Good morning, these issues were resolved yesterday

Good morning, I spoke to our leadership team and based upon their in depth review of your concerns, we will be processing a refund of $to the account on file that was used to pay your monthly dues

Your membership has been cancelled and all delinquencies have been waived

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Are you saying that there is nothing wrong with the behavior of these managers? I was most upset with the challenge I worked so hard on and wasn't able to weigh out because there was no communication When I tried to reach the fitness manager I was hung up onYour response makes me think that you are ok with the way the club is being ran and that your clients paying good money are treated with such disrespect.My complaint wasn't against my trainer ( [redacted] ) if anything he is the only good thing you have going on at this clubI didn't ask for my sessions to be cancelled and refundedI logged into my account and see that you have indeed cancelled my sessions but I do not see that there has been a refund submitted Is there a phone number I can contact you at so that we can discuss these issues? Good day, I have submitted your request to cancel both of your Kids Club agreements and I have also frozen your membership until December (no payments will be deducted during this time) If you need to reactivate sooner, the local club will be able to assist you

Our agreement is legal and binding just as any other business Nothing is hidden, everything is indicated within our agreement very clearly We are only deducting the amount you agreed to when you signed your agreement If you wish to cancel your agreement, I can process this for you but in order to ensure another debit does not take place, I will need to do so by 2/12/ Please confirm

The company did present a copy of the contractI did have to go through corporate which is a hassle within itself as there is no phone numberAfter three different email addresses someone finally respondedCorporate agreed to end the contract in December and the local office refused to do so until the end of FebruaryThey also waived the requirement that we must notify them by certified mailHad we known that we would have to go through all these ridiculous steps we would not have joined this gymThe local handling of this was horrible and we will never recommend this gym to anyone elseInitially we were never informed of an equipment fee and it is obviously not my husband's initials in this boxAdditionally we belonged to this gym years ago when it was owned by another company and the equipment has only gone downhillI had to try five treadmills in a row to find one that workedThere were always notes on machines that they were not operationalThe gym is dirty and not maintainedWe were told when we signed up there would be a drink and snack service coming inThat never happenedOur card didn't work several different times and each time we were assured it had been taken care of to have it happen againThe trainers who use the gym with their clients take over machines and on several occasions we would be on a machine and they would come over and tell us they needed it to finish a setThey literally "claim" three machines at a time, even though they can't use them all at onceJust a very frustrating experience and we will never return as long as it is owned and managed by the same corporation

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI don't mind staying the full months but can I lower my monthly dues to the $a month plan instead of the $plan I am payingMy husband got a plan at chuze so there's no reason for me to have the unlimited Ike I had needed in the first placeI can do that instead of the credit for a monthIf I can transfer my plan to a lower amount for no chargeI used to love Trufit that's why I chose it but this defeated the purpose of me signing up with the gym since he got his own membership Sincerely, [redacted] ***
