I am rejecting this response because:Not once does this general manager apologize for how his staff treated us that night. The two daycare staff were extremely rude towards my son whom has special needs. I was lead into signing a contract by one of employees with the intention that they would work with me and my son whom I was open about regarding his special needs. I was never given any paperwork regarding what the daycare policies were. When this incident happened I was willing to take my son home, and mentioned that I would back. That's when his staff began making rude comments that they would not watch a child like mine. When I asked what they meant. That if they meant a child with Autism, they nodded their heads.  I was not given my refund right away, if anything my husband still needed to go by the office and speak with the general manager. We still didn't get the refund at that time, and instead he was told that I needed to remove  my post off [redacted]. He explained his staff's actions were simply because they are "minimum wage" employee s with no experience. And wants to brush the issue off with a simple statement that they know not what they do simply because they get paid "minimum wage". I don't understand how someone that grew up with another person with special needs could not see or want to address the wrong doing of his staff. And even mentioning that he may feel the need to share my son's day care video makes the situation worse, and shows me that he really must not have experience with others with special needs.I have now seen that my case is not isolated. Other parents have come forward on my post that they have gone through a similar ordeal, and so this tells me that their daycare staff are in great need of some sort of training. So no this statement he sent is not at a solution. I'm adamant that his staff get some sort of training, and. that I get actual apology over this ordeal. I would never want any other parent to go through what I did. It has really affected us more than he can imagine. My other son whom is not special needs saw this incident unfold before his eyes and he only being 8 years old. It made him breakdown. Not fully understanding why we were being kicked out the way we were.

I am rejecting this response because: These are hidden in the contract they have members sign, a year contract is for one year, this should not allow an organization to continually take money from a person's bank account after the conclusion of that year. Really shifty practice.

Good morning, I spoke to our leadership team and based upon their in depth review of your concerns, we will be processing a refund of $925 to the account on file that was used to pay your monthly dues.

Your membership has been confirmed as cancelled and we are refunding your card $94.99, you should see this in 3-5 business days.  This was made up of your monthly dues, bank fees and late fees for November 9th dues rejecting.

Our agreement is legal and binding just as any other business.  Nothing is hidden, everything is indicated within our agreement very clearly.  We are only deducting the amount you agreed to when you signed your agreement.  If you wish to cancel your agreement, I can process this for you but in order to ensure another debit does not take place, I will need to do so by 2/12/16.  Please confirm.

I don't mind staying the full 12 months but can I lower my monthly dues to the $10 a month plan instead of the $34 plan I am paying. My husband got a plan at chuze so there's no reason for me to have the unlimited Ike I had needed in the first place. I can do that instead of the credit for a month. If I can transfer my plan to a lower amount for no charge. I used to love Trufit that's why I chose it but this defeated the purpose of me signing up with the gym since he got his own membership.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes this membership is finally deactivated (THANK GOD)after being told numerous times that they could not do it over email the corporation finally after months did because going into the actual location would never get me a manager to do so! SO Finally when I logged on to check my daughters account and I see that $107 has been taken out over and over I freaked out on the representative who FINALLY OFFERED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP OVER EMAIL! The only reason I kept my membership was to use the study for dancing while my daughter was so depressed she couldn't dance with a group of people after her Dad died so she was able to come in a release some stress by dancing in the room alone.  But after dealing with the constant neglect from TRUFIT it left a very bad taste in both of our mouths and we havent been back since March 7th! Although I have tried reaching out to your horrible club that has Zero Customer Service Skills to get this cancelled or at the very least my card date moved (which I was promised happened numerous times). I have been charged $40+ in late fees every month due to YOUR PEOPLE NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISE!  Plus on top of the bad customer service skills I gave up on trying to contact the location and started to work with corporation whose hands are tied and could not cancel my membership until I freaked out on them and all of a sudden they can cancel through an email request! I am Thankful my membership is cancelled! Seriously! No wonder why you have an F Rating! But I am not Thankful that TRUFIT's lack of care has robbed my daughter of over $900 just because numerous employees of yours had ZERO CARE TO follow through with what they promised after Struggling to just get a Intelligent Customer Service rep on the phone or to return my calls!
