start.  Parking is provided a few minutes away and validated and classes are daily and rarely cancelled. Your 12 month term membership comes up for renewal 3/28/2018 and according to your agreement you can cancel at that time.  Exceptions are moving 25+ miles away from one of our clubs or for medical reason, both require the proper documentation to process.

Your membership and PT agreements have been cancelled and all delinquencies have been waived.

Thank you for your time and providing documentation.  Your agreement has been cancelled and a refund will be issued to your card in the amount of $127.47 and you will see this applied in 3-5 business days.

Please, understand the communication is being duplicated and can confuse the issue.  Both of these transactions were requested to be refunded by the local club's general manager yesterday.

I do apologize but July 2016 was the first thing we have on file with regards to your cancellation.  If you moved 25+ miles away from one of our clubs, you would be eligible to cancel your membership prior to the committed 12 month term date.  Can you please share the proof that you submitted your cancellation in October 2015? Our system only indicates one membership for you, I do not see a duplicate membership.

Do you have your proof of cancellation that was signed at the local club for you membership and kids club amenity?  Please provide this and I will have a refund issued.
