is nothing wrong with the behavior of these managers? I was most upset with the challenge I worked so hard on and wasn't able to weigh out because there was no communication.  When I tried to reach the fitness manager I was hung up on. Your response makes me think that you are ok with the way the club is being ran and that your clients paying good money are treated with such disrespect.My complaint wasn't against my trainer ([redacted]) if anything he is the only good thing you have going on at this club. I didn't ask for my sessions to be cancelled and refunded. I logged into my account and see that you have indeed cancelled my sessions but I do not see that there has been a refund submitted.  Is there a phone number I can contact you at so that we can discuss these issues?

My apologies for your concerns.  A refund request for your 3 sessions have been submitted and will go back to the card on file.

The signed agreement the member has on file with us (10/22/14), covers these two items.  One is the terms of membership renewal options and the other is our club enhancement fee.  The terms of membership renewal options indicates your membership will continue to draft monthly...

membership dues and if you wish to cancel, the buyer must notify the seller in writing 10 days prior to the date of the monthly dues draft.  The $49 club enhancement fee is not an upgrade fee, this is collected from every member on the 91st day of enrollment and collected annually thereafter.  If the member wishes to cancel, we would need to process by the 12th of February to ensure no other debits occur, please advise.

The managers at our clubs are managing partners.  104 out of the 144 personal training sessions have redeemed.  I will cancel your sessions and issue a refund for the 40 sessions that were not serviced.

I am rejecting this response because:They have processed two payments since my cancellation. One for $98 and one for 45. This is despite them canceling the policy. This is in an effort to slip through the cracks and still screw me over.

My apologies for your concerns and I will do my best to resolve.  Do you have tangible proof that your membership was to be cancelled?  We have nothing on file or attached to your agreement indicating a cancellation was requested.

agreement commits you to the terms for the next 12 months.  We have issues a one month dues credit to your account.

Good day, my apologies but I am not finding an active membership.  It appears as though this was handled at the club.

I am rejecting this response because I cancelled.in person 1-20-2016 and was told I was cancelling in time to prevent an additional charge for February.  I also cancelled "kids club" at that time and understood I had to give a 2 week notice until the next charge. 1-20-2016 was over 14 days prior to 2-15-2016. Customer device has been nonexistent after 1-20-2016. I have been unable to discuss over the phone due to nonsensical excuses. I have 2 issues.  Kids club billing. This charge was not authorized.  Gym membership was canceled in person and there was no issue at that time. Once [redacted] got involved,  all of my positive experiences went out the window. Making excuses, avoiding customers, and changing a member cancellation weeks after agreement cancelled are unethical.
