Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I cancelled.in person 1-20-and was told I was cancelling in time to prevent an additional charge for February I also cancelled "kids club" at that time and understood I had to give a week notice until the next charge1-20-was over days prior to 2-15-Customer device has been nonexistent after 1-20-I have been unable to discuss over the phone due to nonsensical excusesI have issues Kids club billingThis charge was not authorized Gym membership was canceled in person and there was no issue at that timeOnce [redacted] got involved, all of my positive experiences went out the windowMaking excuses, avoiding customers, and changing a member cancellation weeks after agreement cancelled are unethical Sincerely, [redacted]

The managers at our clubs are managing partners out of the personal training sessions have redeemed I will cancel your sessions and issue a refund for the sessions that were not serviced

The signed agreement on file is for a month term membership According to your agreement you can cancel this if you move 25+ miles from our club, medical reasons or if you cancelled within business days You do have the option to pay the remainder of your term membership to cancel and this can be done at the local club

The reason the Kids Club staff does not feel that they can care for your child has nothing to do with his disability but is based on concern for the safety of every child. What you refer too as inappropriate behavior is a safety issue for all the children.3. In regards to the video, let me be perfectly clear. It is not the intent of TruFit to portray you, your child ,or family in any negative way but we also have to protect ourselves when being portrayed on social media as discriminatory to the disabled. 4. In regards to the refund since you paid cash for the enrollment we must send a check for payment. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes this membership is finally deactivated (THANK GOD)after being told numerous times that they could not do it over email the corporation finally after months did because going into the actual location would never get me a manager to do so! SO Finally when I logged on to check my daughters account and I see that $has been taken out over and over I freaked out on the representative who FINALLY OFFERED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP OVER EMAIL! The only reason I kept my membership was to use the study for dancing while my daughter was so depressed she couldn't dance with a group of people after her Dad died so she was able to come in a release some stress by dancing in the room alone But after dealing with the constant neglect from TRUFIT it left a very bad taste in both of our mouths and we havent been back since March 7th! Although I have tried reaching out to your horrible club that has Zero Customer Service Skills to get this cancelled or at the very least my card date moved (which I was promised happened numerous times)I have been charged $40+ in late fees every month due to YOUR PEOPLE NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISE! Plus on top of the bad customer service skills I gave up on trying to contact the location and started to work with corporation whose hands are tied and could not cancel my membership until I freaked out on them and all of a sudden they can cancel through an email request! I am Thankful my membership is cancelled! Seriously! No wonder why you have an F Rating! But I am not Thankful that TRUFIT's lack of care has robbed my daughter of over $just because numerous employees of yours had ZERO CARE TO follow through with what they promised after Struggling to just get a Intelligent Customer Service rep on the phone or to return my calls! Do you have your proof of cancellation that was signed at the local club for you membership and kids club amenity? Please provide this and I will have a refund issued

I do apologize but July was the first thing we have on file with regards to your cancellation If you moved 25+ miles away from one of our clubs, you would be eligible to cancel your membership prior to the committed month term date Can you please share the proof that you submitted your cancellation in October 2015? Our system only indicates one membership for you, I do not see a duplicate membership

Good day, my apologies but I am not finding an active membership It appears as though this was handled at the club

Please, understand the communication is being duplicated and can confuse the issue Both of these transactions were requested to be refunded by the local club's general manager yesterday
