Worst Service Ever
First the nonprofessional lawncare expert lied. He was doing aeration on the yard. My husband opened the back gate, told my husband that he could not get the machine thru the gate and he would return with a smaller one and finish the job - Lied he never came back. I called and rescheduled, meaning he meant to leave it as such. I called customer service and had the remainder of the job on 9/7 between 1-4. On 9-7 around at 3:48 pm I received a text stating gate locked. Yes it is locked, I was waiting for him to come to unlock the gate. He did not ring the doorbell. I have a ring security system and HE DID NOT COME. I called customer service asked to reschedule it or have the tech come out on 9/7, told by a rep, sorry to late. Was scheduled for today without offering me a time frame, it got booked for today from 1-6. I had travel plans today and asked that the time to be moved up to 8 am. Was told that they notified the manager. This morning no change, called customer service and they have been reaching out to this non manager since 8am this morning. I cancelled my travel plans to get this done today because I will be gone for a while. The tech lied and continue to lie and inconvenience me. I guess they don't care, they took the 331.00 immediately for a third of the job done, now I have to wait, so unfair and unprofessional for a company that so-call pride themselves on customer service. The service I am getting sucks, no consideration for my time, only their time, paid for a service not fully done and I cannot speak to the manager because he is avoiding me like the plague. He will not call me to try to make this right? Who is going to compensate me for my inconvenience knowing I had plan to travel today? Nobody they don't care, and especially this manager that allows a lazy tech to lie to a customer. Is this how you do business? If it is-I will be seeking out a reputable lawn care company, that cares about the customers, not give them the runaround

I hired TruGreen in Colorado Springs to fix my yard and take care of my treesIn the two years we had their services they sterilized my apple tree and they killed my yardThey never returned calls, the regional manager never returned a call and the customer service was horrific

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am truly disheartened that someone at United Muffler of Christiansburg would do what they didFirst I want to say this one last timeI checked my wiper blades about fifteen minutes before dropped my car off for the inspection and they were fineMy wife watched me do thisI pulled on them and they were not ripped, top or bottom, driver or passenger sideI understand that even the slightest tear is cause for rejection but my blades were fineIn United Mufflers previous response they said they had nothing to gain by tearing my wiper blades so my car would fail inspection So am I really supposed to believe that they (the owners) would not profit from selling wiper blades? Am I really supposed to believe that they will sell me blades at their cost and install them for free? It was strange too how the bottom of the driver blade was torn and the top of the passenger blade was tornThink about thatWho ever did this didn't have to make an obvious motion and lean in towards the center of the carAs to the comment that "none of the technicians working here are related to the owner." That may technically be true because I don't know his title but I do know that one of the sons of the owner does work thereHe was the one looking through the window from the garage bay as I stood at the counter (Me obviously angry) after I had installed my new blades and I was waiting for the inspector to put the sticker on my carHe didn't come out to ask me what was wrong even though I was standing at the counter with my old wiper blades in my hand looking very perturbedHe left the angry customer to be dealt with by the ladies out front I have no bad feelings towards the ladies out front or the inspector (the hourly guy with nothing to gain)I doubt either knew what someone there had doneI'm truly sorry that you (United Muffler of Christiansburg) have lost my trust and business over something so trivialI don't need or want a response from United Muffler of ChristiansburgAll I wish is for anyone who takes their car for an inspection at United muffler of Christiansburg or anywhere for that matter please take a short video of yourself checking your wiper blades for tears with your phone You may avoid filing a Revdex.com complaint or at least get the business to do the right thing Regards and Thank you Revdex.com, [redacted]

Years ago we used TruGreen and initially we were satisfied with there services, UNTIL they started applying products we did not ask for or were even consulted about We discontinued the service Two years ago we were approached by S [redacted] and agreed to try their services, with a limited amount of successSometime in the recent past S [redacted] sold out to TruGreen, and it is DeVu all over again While we on vacation an application was applied, regularly scheduled, as well as Cinch Bug controlNo one ever mentioned Cinch Bugs and we did not ask for it Today we received a call stating an aeration and seeding service would be done next week When I questioned this with (lack of) customer service I was told we ordered this on a day we were on vacation, not even close to home Then we were told it was in the computer when they took over from S*** The (lack of) customer service person then argued with me about scheduling the service to which I told her cancel all future contract issues and followed that with an e-mail

Be careful and read the fine printI recently signed a contract with TruGreen to get my yard into shapeI have a mixed yard with StAugustine and Bahia grassSince I was trying to get the StAugustine to spread the sales person indicated that they would make it happenHe lied and they sprayed a chemical that killed the StAugustine after the first applicationI cancelled the service immediatelyNot only did they not refund all of my money but insisted that I pay for the first two applications which were done at the same timeDO NOT USE TruGreen!!!

We signed up for services and were told the first treatment would be $Then treatment every 4-weeks @ $50.95...autopsy out of checking acctwell, first treatment done and next day I see a deduction of $80.90??? I call and was told something about yea the first couple of treatments are close together Okay then why were we not told that in the beginning?? The a couple of days later they show up and do another treatment and deduct $again...hello?? So I call the 1-number and a customer service representative tells me they will refund the $50.95..which still has not happened and we had also signed yep for treatment to shrubs and treesFirst treatment FREE...nope we had $deducted for thatAll of these deductions within one weekOh we are suppose to get refunded the $also but nothing yetWe have cancelled our service but I felt y'all should know about thisThank you!

We had TruGreen for one year We discontinued the service because we sold our house, and we're not completely satisfied with the results The real problem has come afterwards They have called and called me to the point of harassmentI have been assured on several occasions that my number would be removed from their call list, the first time over a year ago But they continue to call me, over and over at all times of the day and night What do I have to do to get TruGreen to leave me alone?

Applications do not seem to be applied, especially when the person does not think you are home I have more weeds now, than when when applications supposedly started I was promised a call last week, which I am still waiting on

I signed an agreement for the following services : - Aeration - Over seeding - Weed control - Fertilizer This company at every visit provided an invoice for a full service when I am not available even though I asked specifically to call me hrs ahead to make sure I am at home when they service the lawn Systematically, at every visit, I noticed that only a small portion of the lawn was treated, without knowing the reason, and every time I had to call to ask the reason and ask them to come back to finish the incomplete job This is not called professional and shows a lack of honesty, I completely lost trust in this company after visits when the job was not completed every time and still asking for full price I do not recommend dealing with Trugreen, the advertisement is way more advanced to trap clients than providing quality and honest job

We Talked to Mrs at 4:30pm on Monday Febuary 10th We informed the customer that we have a new software program update and it is hard to set appointment dates out in the futureWe talked to Mrs and mentioned to her that we were going to credit her last application and if there is anything else we could do to make her happy, to let us knowThat was all she wanted from us

Truegreen of Carpentersville not only gives terrible service but also does not deliver what they promiseTrugreen burnt my lawn , which they acknowledge, and they promised to repairedI have called them on many occasions and they promise they would come buy but they have not Every time I have callef they give me a new excuse, I've had it with this business s d I will let those that I know that have them to get a different serviceI have been dealing with the problem for over weeks

Mr [redacted] has been contacted and our Service Manager is meeting with him at his property on 7/14/to resolve all issues

Company called Revdex.com to report they resolved complaint with consumer

Trugreen apparently has taken over the former S [redacted] Lawn ServiceThey recently called and left a message they were going to make an applicationWe had recently called them and said No to both a "fungicide" and "lawn services" We don't know if the did the applications but they did send us a invoice for bothIt appears a simple no doesn't work with these people and the only way to stop this abuse is to completely cancel the serviceOh, by the way, be sure to get from them a CANCELLATION NUMBER!! This shouldn't take you more than 30-minutes on the phone waiting for a customer service rep!! Good luck

Years ago we used TruGreen and had a very positive experience; however, something changed along the way and we were no longer satisfied with the serviceWe started having weed problems and they would say they were going to come fix it and they never would We moved to a new house and signed up for them to service our yardWe could never get them to come when they said they were going to come, so we eventually just cancelled it They have bordered on harassment with the calls since then with attempts to sign us back upWe have repeatedly asked them to remove us from their database, which they always say they are going to doWithin a month, they will start calling again
