. I would like to share something with everyone about an experience that I encountered with Trugreen for our Lawn services. Last year when we moved in, we had a sales rep by the name of Steven M B[redacted]. He persuaded us to take on a year contract with Trugreen to get our lawn nice and pretty. He told us that contract is for one year starting in April 2016 to April 2017, but it seems our contract ended in December. He assured us that our lawn will be lush and green throughout the year but was not improved even a tiny bit. The grass is still dry, brown and have huge patches. I even doubt if they applied anything to our lawn and shrub when they came in for monthly services. He assured us that he will be visiting our property periodic[redacted]y to check how it is and in case, we don't see any improvement he will schedule more services at no cost on us. And he never showed up or c[redacted]ed us. I was not even sure if he was still with company. I spoke to other Sales Rep., and as expected he assured us that he will look into it and will fix the issue. They kept providing false promises that it will improve with the next visit/service.
Last week we noticed, they automatic[redacted]y charged our credit card for additional services for the month of January and February. I c[redacted]ed Truegreen Customer Service and they told us that we should have received a letter stating the renewal of our agreement, which we never received. We c[redacted]ed Steven, he confirmed that it was his mistake and he did not communicate to us that the contract will end in December vs. April and he promised us that he will look into the matter, as it was his mistake. I did mentioned it to him that we have already cancelled the contract because we were not happy with their services and now we want our money back for last two services only. A weekend later, when we c[redacted]ed Steven again he was so rude and unprofessional, he stated that we will not be able to refund our money since it has been debited. I was so angry that I could scream, first they took the money and now they are stating that they can't refund the funds to me.
They are the most horrible business ever. Steven went ahead and stated "go ahead and do whatever you can, I will not refund your money." We are now going to take it up with Trugreen management to get this resolved, but I wanted to inform every one of the horrible service we received and would not like anyone to go through what we did. So please share this with your friends and family too. NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE AWFUL.

The dogwood tree has been delivered as requested. Our service manager [redacted] has contacted Mr. [redacted] and is actively working to resolve the issues with his lawn.

I have had nothing but a horrible experience from these people. My yard is nothing but weeds and dirt now. I paid for the Complete Lawn Service for a year and my yard looks worse than when they started. The portion that was not treated looks great. On one occasion they said they used a spreader to apply product but there were no spreader tracks in the dirt of the yard nor was any product visible anywhere. I get plenty of excuses about why my yard looks so bad but no resolution. They were to over-seed the yard as well but that didn't happen either. I do not recommend using these people for your lawn care.

We had TruGreen for one year. We discontinued the service because we sold our house, and we're not completely satisfied with the results. The real problem has come afterwards. They have called and called me to the point of harassment. I have been assured on several occasions that my number would be removed from their call list, the first time over a year ago. But they continue to call me, over and over at all times of the day and night. What do I have to do to get TruGreen to leave me alone?

Years ago we used TruGreen and had a very positive experience; however, something changed along the way and we were no longer satisfied with the service. We started having weed problems and they would say they were going to come fix it and they never would.

We moved to a new house and signed up for them to service our yard. We could never get them to come when they said they were going to come, so we eventually just cancelled it.

They have bordered on harassment with the calls since then with attempts to sign us back up. We have repeatedly asked them to remove us from their database, which they always say they are going to do. Within a month, they will start calling again.

We Talked to Mrs at 4:30pm on Monday Febuary 10th 2014. We informed the customer that we have a new software program update and it is hard to set appointment dates out in the future. We talked to Mrs and mentioned to her that we were going to credit her last application and if there is...

anything else we could do to make her happy, to let us know. That was all she wanted from us.

When salesman (Alllen) called I said I would like to TRY Trugreen. Wanting the 29.99 offer. When young man came to treat lawn, he left tab that said he treated with fertilizer, and weed prevention, ok. I had given my cc, big mistake! So, was surprised to see an amount of 83.93 on my card! Took a week for anyone to return my call, and when they did I got different responses. Was evidently turned over to a supervisor, who told me I should have had 2 receipts from him, as he also treated for grub control. Really?? I also had been put on the TruHealth Lawn Plan, really?? well, I am out 83.93. Watch out, and don't pay with cc, they charge it right away!

had indicated that they repaired the tank, you have hot water, and the file was closed.They had not included the notation concerning the potential for future repairs. We contacted the contractor and authorized the repairs and asked that the parts be expedited.We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Hello! I switched to TruGreen this year after using [redacted] (would not recommend them). I see a HUGE difference in the way my lawn looks. My lawn has never been greener, thicker, and I've never had less weeds. Keep up the good work guys I'll definitely refer you to friends/family

Worst company ever!! After a very negative experience with them not returning my calls, not servicing my lawn, and when they did come and finally service my lawn, it did NOTHING! Looked terrible for months. Finally cancelled service. Now I can't get them to STOP calling me! I've told several people verbally, sent communication through their customer portal, and sent emails. Still... getting HARRASSED! Finally had to install an app on my phone to block the phone number. Just checked my phone log... Continue to get calls from them nearly every day. Got three calls yesterday! Worst company ever. Do NOT even let them in or consider their services. Just terrible.

If I would have the option to give negative or 0 stars I would. I have paid for my full yard but they only did half all year unless I called back, and then they still did not do it all the time. Have had several cases of service being said it was performed and charged for, however my camera footage shows that nothing was done. DO NOT use TruGreen for any services for your yard. They do not care, they lie and they steal (by not performing services and charging for them).

I signed an agreement for the following services :

- Aeration
- Over seeding
- Weed control
- Fertilizer

This company at every visit provided an invoice for a full service when I am not available even though I asked specifically to call me 24 hrs ahead to make sure I am at home when they service the lawn.
Systematically, at every visit, I noticed that only a small portion of the lawn was treated, without knowing the reason, and every time I had to call to ask the reason and ask them to come back to finish the incomplete job.
This is not called professional and shows a lack of honesty, I completely lost trust in this company after 4 visits when the job was not completed every time and still asking for full price.
I do not recommend dealing with Trugreen, the advertisement is way more advanced to trap clients than providing quality and honest job.

I ordered service from them 2 or 3 years ago but cancelled before the service could be performed. The first subsequent year, I received mailings from them about once a month. These past two years I receive phone calls as early as 8 am and as late as after 9 pm on about a bimonthly basis. Each time I block their number, they call from a different number. The first few times I told them that I didn't want their services and then they started getting dogmatic and rude. That's when I started blocking their number to no avail. When will this end?
