In response to the customer's compliant about his torn wipers, we stand behind our original response We sincerely apologize for this incident but if, for one moment, we believed we had any dishonest employees, they would not be working here We have absolutely nothing to gain from tearing this customer's (or any customer's) wipers!! That's not how we operate!! If there was a chance of someone tearing his wipers, we would not have a problem reimbursing him Also, in response to the customers comments, none of the technicians working here are related to the owner

First, this was not ever mentioned to my husbandIn all three cases, dates were decided upon between the rep and my husband (in person and on the phone)Second, how can a customer guarantee that their yard will be "accessible" as Trugreen "requires" unless they know when it must be accessibleNo, this answer is a lieAlso, my husband went ahead and paid the final billThey can refund it or notThe main thing is, I want other people to know that this company's word is no goodI would not recommend them to anyone

I spoke to Mrs*** yesterdayI let her know the balance would be taken care of and that I would discontinue our servicesI apologized for the less than adequate service and any miscomunication on our
behalfShe thanked me and said she would relay the message to her husbandMr*** has my direct line and if there is anything else I can do to rectify the situation I will do it

We signed up, and prepaid for a year in advance.with Trugreen a year ago 6/and our experience with this company is very unfavorable They will not communicate with a simple phone call Their technician purposely killed the fescue grass in our back yard, because he said that my wife agreed to do so on his recommendation to allow the Bermuda grass on the side yard to overtake it How many years would that have taken?? She never agreed to any such suggestion We paid to have sod installed in the back yard to repair their mistake A year later we still had a bare backyard and weeds and crabgrass in the established areas that they were supposed to be servicing On the last lawn visit that I happed to be there for, the tech rang the door bell when he arrived and asked if our dog was in the backyard He completed his service and before I could get out the door and ask a question about how long before I could let our dog back out, he put the lawn sign out next to the curb, put the receipt in our mail box and drove away Very poor service and no communication is our reasons for no longer doing business with this company

This is the worse customer service experience I have ever had I have used Trugreen since and it has continued to go down hill I called and asked several times that no additional services or applications be applied to my lawn without my expressed consent before the applicationI continue to be billed for services I did not authorizeWhen I signed up I was told the service covered my front and back yard, but the technician only sprays my front yard and quickly leaves before I can say anything When I called on 12/23/to cancel service and have my bill adjusted the lady was rude and condescending When I asked for a supervisor I was told she is the only one working and I can get a call back from Jamie G*** in a week or more STAY FAR AWAY from company, they will bill you for unrequested and unnecessary applications and your grass will look the same as it always does

I am disheartened by the fact that someone at United Muffler of Christiansburg decided damage my property by tearing my wiper blades in an attempt to sell me new wiper bladesBefore I took my car in to United Muffler of Christiansburg I checked the wiper blades and the were not torn at all, I checked the top and bottom of the driver or passenger sidesNo tears at allI checked them about fifteen minutes before I dropped my car off at United Muffler My wife watched me check themAfter I was phoned to tell me my blades were bad I was upset and dumbfounded because I knew they were good When I asked to speak to the owner on the day of this incident I was told that the owner was retired I was told that the mechanic and all of the employees are are hourly employees and would have nothing to gain by tearing my wipers So if the hourly mechanic didn't do it who would? I have learned through contacts that there is a relative of the owner working thereThe guy with the beard.Thank you,***

I have found their advertisements staked into my yard or hanging from my front door knob for yearsBut most of the time I haven't been home when they have come by
This year, my wife was home by herself when they came byThey never knocked or rang the doorbellBut a man got out of his van and walked all over our yardNot just on the sidewalks, but into our grass, flowerbeds, etcHe even came and looked over the 6ft privacy fence into my back yardHe picked leaves off some of our plants like Crotons and HibiscusThen he left then in a bag on our door with an offer to buy their service
Making a solicitation by hanging something on the door knob is one thing, but walking all over my yard and digging into my flower beds and looking over my privacy fence just seems far too much like trespassing
Please stop sending your people to my house and please keep them out of my yard! They were not invited in and they are not invited in the future! Also please stop touching and breaking things off of my plants!

I will expect that the refund will be immediate and placed in the mail within the next two business days With regards to the business's attempts to contact me, these attempts were made by phone and quite frankly if I wanted to verbally discuss this with them further I wouldn't have files the Revdex.com complaint Had the followed the Revdex.com procedures, this issue would have been resolved much faster

TruGreen in Memphis, TN is not providing the service I'm paying for; my yard still has weeds; several days ago TruGreen serviced my yard, on the bill it say they put down weed control and treated the entire yardI have pictures of dandelion weeds thriving in my yard and they could've service the entire yard because the back and side yards were lock; I never received a call that they were comingIn the past I've called TruGreen back out; when the technician arrives he put a sprayer on his back; rather than spray the entire yard they spot spray a couple of weeds and leave When you call back they tell you it's almost time for your regular service and they'll take care of it then; it's a vicious circle
It's has to be a game or scam; Trugreen is not providing the service they promise

We have done two treatments on this property on 04/19/and customer paid for this treatment and the last treatment was on 01/31/which we credited off accountThere is a zero balance on account at this time no payment from customer has been received yetIf we do get payment from customer we will refund it back to customerIf there's anything we can do for you please let us knowThanks

Been with this company since buying my house years ago.It was a new property and they were responsible for lawn maintenance from the get-go.We had bald spots on our lawn when the snow melted and when we called them were told it was grub damage.Don't see how when we have regular lawn maintenance.Anyhow we contacted TruGreen on multiple occasions to have this fixed,many promises with no results
All we get is a weed control/fertilizer treatment and a bill
We have fixed the damage to the lawn ourselves at our own expense.Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this company to a friend

In response to customer complaint #*** concerning torn wiper blades:On November 5, 2015, the customer brought his Honda Accord in for a Virginia State Inspection Upon inspection of the vehicle by our mechanic, the wiper blades were found torn and therefore would not pass a
Virginia State Inspection We then called to notify the customer of the torn wiper blades Customer stated that he had just checked the wipers before bringing the vehicle to our shop and they were not torn He stated that he would stop to purchase new wiper blades and bring them in and install them himself We told him that would be just fine When he returned he was very unhappy and accusing our shop of ripping his wiper blades We assured him the mechanic had nothing to gain from tearing his wipersThe customer was asked if it was possible he overlooked something and he was certain he had checked them well Our mechanic is an hourly employee, as are all of our employees Also, we have no problem with customers bringing in their own wipers If we thought any of our employees were dishonest and would commit any act like this, they would no longer be our employee We have been in business for years We treat our customers the way we would want to be treatedWe try to be honest and fair with everyone We are very sorry that this customer feels he has been wronged and we deeply apologize for this situation We understand the customers frustration, however, we can't justify reimbursing for wiper blades of such high expense (thirty five dollars) when we stand behind the belief that his wipers were not torn by any of our employees This is a very unfortunate incident and we absolutely hate that the customer feels he has been treated unfairly

Absolutely awful! Signed up with this company, first treatment was supposed to be $according to the plan they provided to us August 12th they took $out of our account, told us it was for grub control, first of all, why didn't they tell us that grub control was going to almost double our bill and secondly,, they didn't even come out to our house at all, we couldn't see any granuals and there was no little flag letting us know treatment was done We viewed our security cameras, no one came out at all We called trugreen they told us it was an honest mistake, they had gone to the wrong house They rescheduled for today and told us they would make it right with us They did come out but didn't perform any service apparently they didn't have grub control with them so left a note saying they would come back tomorrow How do you come out to a customers house and not have the product you need to service said customer? I called and requested a refund, after minutes arguing with customer service I was told we would get a refund in to days We better get the refund is all I can say at this point!

They refuse to help me since they burned my lawn from Sept. They say that they looked at my lawn, but then did nothing!
