I paid my $yearly fee before the due date (check was cashed by them 6/15)I later (September 7) received an overdue notice billWhen I called they said they hadn't received the check and demanded payment so I paid another $via VISA over the phone then later rechecked my bank statements learning it had indeed been cashedI have called them six times since that date and received answers ranging from "the check is in the mail" to not being sure if it will even be processedThis last call today I was told that they've started the refund, but I've heard this beforeI need help bringing this small but irritating issue to a closeThanks

I have been receiving letters from this company to sign up for a insuranceI have called them and told them I am not interested, but they continue to send lettersThe recent letter I received informed me that I have a plan which is noted on a declarationI have not signed for any plan and do not want any insurance from this companyAlso the letter was in my husbands name and he has just recently diedI want this company who claim that they are affiliated with FPL to stop harassing me

I thought this company was greatRight from the beginning of the quote to the follow up to make sure I was happy with my moveI will recommend this company to my friends and family

Within a week, of this move, our manager inspected the damages at the customer’s homeAs a result,we agreed to purchase a new vanity even though the old one couldhave been repaired, and it was sent directly to the customer’s house within 2weeks of the move date. The wooden piece to the
dining room table is a cosmetic plank that connects the two large tablelegs underneath the table. Though not damaged, the hardware was missing. The sturdiness of the table was not compromised, and we offered to send a vendor toinstall the plank with new hardware. Because the vendor could not comply with the customer’s time frame, we reimbursed the customer $for the repair that he arranged.Because of the age of the patio furniture, the inserts are no longer available. We have had to call Service Line Warranties several times in the past monthsOur sewer line from house to street has been cleaned at least twice and a camera was put in the line to view potential problemsAs I viewed the monitor , it appeared to show possible displaced or broken pipe and the probe reached a point where it could no longer goThis point appeared to show a blockage which only allowed partial drainageUpon asking for access to the video, Service Line Warranties customer service department refused - saying that the video was proprietary and I could not view the video of my sewer line

I contacted customer service on 6-11-regarding a double payment of the annual sewer line insurance premium The rep, Jeanie, acknowledged that a double payment had indeed been made and that a refund check would be issued for the extra payment and mailed to the address on fileShe told me that it would take at least 4-weeks before the check would arrive On 7-23-18, I contacted customer service againThe rep, Vickie, informed me that approval for the refund check had been processed on June 15, and it would probably be weeks from that date before it arrived
Eight weeks after approval (and almost nine weeks since initial contact) still no check, so I contacted customer service a third time on 8-10-
Because of the accent of the rep, I never understood his nameHe tried to start the process for a refund, but I told him that had already been doneHe said he could only communicate with the refund department by email, and he couldn't tell if the check had ever been maile

This is strictly a service enrolled by someone other than in our household

All of theses days are fraud charges under some kind of protection plan via Columbia Gas Co that was never initiated by me via phone or in writing
This company indicated I enrolled under my current address, the account number was provided by customer service to me todayAcct# ***
The charges been detected after noticing a refund pending under this company in the amount of $ 10.42, by Credit Karma
I checked my credit today, since I had more charges on my Credit card and my checking account as well via phone purchases
That is how I became of this knowledge
I called them, but because I can not trust them to tell the truth
I spend hours of calling them, spoke to different people at customer service and one manager without results
And they hung

When I called Two Men and a Truck, I needed our small office moved at the end of the weekThey fit me in when someone cancelled, communicated well, and were very quick moving our office around the cornerThe office staff was friendly and helpful and the moving staff were lovely and cautiousThey moved us in under hours with no damaged furniture and no problemsI would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!

Ms*** contracted with us to do her move on April 29, Upon completion of her move Ms*** contacted our office and spoke directly with me regarding her concerns of the length of her move as well as items she felt were damaged during her moveI told Ms*** that I would need to
discuss her concerns with the Movers and would contact her after our internal investigationOn April 30, I discussed Ms***'s concerns with the Movers and contacted Ms*** on May 1, to set up an appointment to view her damage concerns and also look into her time complaint for herAn appointment was set for Wednesday May 6, at 3:30pm to accommodate Ms***'s work scheduleAfter viewing Ms***'s damage concerns I informed her that we would be sending out an independent contractor to do the repairs for her, I also told Ms.*** that I would review her time concern as well based on the items that she showed me we physically moved for her but would need to also verify these items with the moversOn May 7, a work order was sent over to our contractor to do the repairs for herOur contractor has made several attempts to set up an appointment date with Ms*** as recently as yesterday May 13,and has given Ms*** several different dates as well as times to accommodate working around her work schedule to complete the repairs for her but has not received any confirming dates or times for an appointment to dateWe do agree that the items listed by Ms*** as being moved are accurate and we are willing to resolve the time complaint issue once all repairs have been completedThank you

For months now I have been trying to get some information from Service Line Warranties that I believe I am entitled to To date, I have received nothing I first started trying to contact SLW in May of I sent numerous emails to their email address that they provide on their website and received no response to dateTherefore, I sent them a letter May 18, 2017, and again June 8, At that time I was basically asking them to confirm my Account with their company regarding one of their warranties offered, informing them that my husband had passed away in 2016, provided them with documentation confirming that the property/residence which this contract covers is now in my name alone, and asking them to note that in their records I had also asked about more information about solicitations my husband had been receiving about other warranty programs
About the middle of June, since I had yet to receive a response either by email or USPS, I called the number provided on their website To be frank, the person on the phone spoke so quickly that I had to ask them times to please slow down so that I might be able to understand what they were saying, and so I would be able to stop asking them repeating themselves They never did slow down, they were rude, and I finally ended the phone call
Late June, 2017, I received a response from SLW dated June 27, from Dessie S*** with The Customer Care Team It said that it was a response to my letters of May 18, and June 8, but honestly it didn't answer the questions I had posed So once again, I started emailing them asking them for this information Additionally, I asked them for a list of the network contractors used in my area Quite frankly, since I am alone at this residence, I want to know what companies and/or representatives might be called out to my residence if I ever had to file a claim with SLW
Emails went unanswered; and in another phone call to them in early July, I was very rudely informed that they did not give out the list of their trusted contractors, and I did not have the right to that information I began looking for information online as to whether there were any complains or negative reviews on SLW, and that is when I came across some negative reviews about the company on the Revdex.com website, and specifically, one of the negative reviewers had encountered the same "wall" when they also wanted a list of SLW's approved contractors used in their area However, a "Customer Care Manager" with SLW, who identified themselves as "John K***" indicated that he emailed this list of approved contractors to the reviewer, and he also indicated that the reviewer's inability to previously get this information probably had to do with confusion of where the phone call they made was received, and that if one wanted that information, you should call or asked to be transferred to the Service Center
In light of that information, I once again called SLW on July 20, 2017, asked for this information, and when "Shamiria" (sp?) very rudely informed that they didn't give that information out, I asked to be transferred to the Service Center She told me that they would tell me the same thing, so I described to her the response I note above by "John K.***" with SLW on the Revdex.com review portion of their website, and she said that all she could do would be to ask her supervisor to contact me So I gave her my phone number as she asked, and then asked how long it would be before I heard from someone She said within hours As it is now August 10, 2017, it appears that they have ignored this also
I am very disappointed in the fact that not only does SLW not respond at all to any of my multiple emails, have extremely rude employees answering their phone who offer no meaningful customer service, but their customer service representatives' supervisors are also non-responsive How can I feel comfortable with or trust that this type of company would deal with or contract with companies in the area that they would send out to my residence if I had to have someone come out? How can anyone feel comfortable with this I understand that it's all in the numbers The more warranties they can sell, the more money they make But the problem is that if they do not provide quality customer service and respond to their customers' concerns in a timely and efficient and polite manner, then how can you trust that the coverage that you have purchased is worth anything at all?

Service was not surrender as promise.They slowed around to make the time longer.My items were already packed and taken apart to get loaded
When the two guys arrive at 8:30am every thing was ready to be loaded.These guys stood around and slow around on the truck like they did not know what to do next.They wanted to make it take longer than it should have.They put items on the truck that did'nt belong and than had to take it off.and the items that was suppose to go on the truck got left off.Than they went to the apartment first when it was stated that we would go to storage unit first.We had to leave the apartment and go to the storage unit.When we got there they did not have all the storage units items packed in front.Agained this is prelonging the time.Next they had to go to lunch.After that they got to the apartment one of the guys would not place the items where I wanted them to go said he would move them later, later never came.They scratched up my furniture so bad it was messed.T
