Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: All of this could have been avoided if they had answered their phone during business hours My email does not check every minute, so after I received the reply that it would be a business day, I decided that was unsatisfactory and called When I got their voicemail, I canceled the order I then also emailed canceling the order They refused both communications It was only after I canceled that I received an email that the order went through, but it was too late by that timeI have only received an email with a link to go get the tickets I have not accessed them and therefore have not received them They should be able to confirm that I have not gone to their link They may do whatever they want with the tickets, I will not pay for them They can choose to fix their business practices or not, I will not use them again Others should be warned though A smart business would resell the tickets and not take the loss as they have already lost a customer If they choose to lose the money and a customer, then that makes my point about how poorly they are running their business In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by UberSeat regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: UberSeat delay in responding caused me to repurchase replacement tickets at a cost of $1, They fail to acknowledge fault but refunded me face value $ Initially they stated the refund would be 150% I informed them that due to their breach, I incurred additional expenses with higher cost tickets that was beyond my control and I requested they cover the difference UberSeat representative Lauren and Michael have not responded to my request for fair compensation I took every step possible as documented in multiple emails to UberSeat Purchase was made in February, inquiry on delivery of the tickets was met with a [redacted] tracking number that was not shipped on two occasions In October I requested an overnight shipment that was tendered at [redacted] but again not shipped I requested a direct ship to my destination in London since I would be departing on travel and would not be home if the tickets shipped UberSeat stated they could not ship to London Not having these tickets, I purchased replacement tickets from StubCenter and they were shipped to me in London in two days UberSeats finally shipped tickets to my home days after I departed to London I am requesting restitution of $1, In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I purchased a vehicle from amotors and during the test drive I noticed it had a slight jerk to it when I pulled off, the dealer reassured me that nothing was wrongThe very next day that same jerk was stronger and the check engine light came onI contacted the Aand they looked at my car and told me the fuel pump is bad and they would like the dealership to look at it for diagnosticsI stated that I didn't feel comfortable with the vehicle and suggested they give me another carThe dealership recommended a fuel pump, thermostat, TRANSMISSION, Coolant sensors and intake camshaftAmotors promised to fix all these issues on my vehicle free of chargeThey purchased all the parts and started the job, after about a week and a half then I needed my vehicle back for the holidaysAmotors has expressed the fact that they have not made a profit off this car because of all the repairs and the expenses that they initially agreed to handleWhen I got my car back half the job was done

I purchased a vehicle from Amotors in November *** and *** were the present sales associates at handAfter having issues with the first car payment due on 12/4/I called the dealership and asked if they could work with me on the payment*** agreed and moving forward to January 3rd My vehicle was repossessed by a African American gentleman who impersonated a police officer to gain access to my locked apartment buildingThe next day 1/4/I proceeded to go to the dealership to obtain information on the whereabouts of my vehicle*** stated to me that they would not tell me who had my vehicle, where it was or even let me get my propertyafter getting into an argument with *** I proceeded to leave the dealershipAmotors never reported my vehicle to the authorities and did not follow proper protocol when repossessing a vehicleSo then today 1/6/I returned to the dealership after I got a call stating my vehicle was there and they would only allow me

referenced an inaccurate map that was not displayed on our siteThe inaccurate map that the customer viewed before the purchase is what caused the customer to purchase the wrong ticketsUberSeat can't be held responsible for inaccurate information provided by another companyAt no time did UberSeat advertise that the ticket purchased would be on the yard lineUberSeat displayed the section and row of the tickets that were purchasedThat information was correct and in accordance with the tickets that were delivered. Due to the nature of secondary market ticket sales, UberSeat is unable to offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placedThis is how we can ensure that tickets are valid and not double sold which is exactly what the "100% Money Back Guarantee" referencesAll tickets sold on UberSeat are guaranteed to be valid and delivered on timeThe terms and conditions that are accepted when an order is placed make it very clear that we are unable to offer any cancellations, refunds, or exchangesWhen these terms and conditions are accepted, it is indicating that the purchaser understand and agrees to those termsThat being said, when this customer reached out, we did offer alternatives in how they could recoup the cost of the tickets since we were unable to cancel or exchange the order at that timeUnfortunately, UberSeat is unable to facilitate any exchanges due to the constraints of the service that is being offered. Although I understand your position I do not feel as though it is customer oriented but rather profit orientedHow do you offer a product, be aware of them not delivered and then say it's not your job to remedy the situation?
If you were simply a broker then why is it that the full charge (including the price of the tickets) is on my credit card has come from UberSeat? Where is your stance on the 100% satisfaction guarantee that is listed on the front page of your website?
It seems to me that your organization lays its commitment to the ticket whole sellers first and it's customers second
I understand you have gone through regular means to resolve the situation and found yourself at an end as have IYour ticket distributor claims the tickets were sent so they can't offer a refundYou then state you won't offer a refund yourselfOkay - but I will not accept this as settledYou won't offer a refund, I still don't have my tickets
Why is it I could not get even a response from your company until I escalated my claim through the Revdex.com? Your actions (or lack thereof) show me how little I mean to you as a customer (or revenue source)
Bottom line, I still don't have the tickets for which I paidYou may not care since this is MY problem to deal with since YOU still have MY moneyYet I assure you that leaving a trail of upset customers IS your problem because soon enough you'll find that your source of income doesn't trust you and won't long support you.

To allow a company who sells ticket seats, especially for sporting events, to NOT provide all of the necessary information to WHERE the seat is located is unacceptablePeople, as I did, pay extra for what they deem to be a "good seat," but the company refuses provides an adequate seating chartThere is no way to determine where the seat is actually located. Any other ticket brokering company (*** ***) etc not only provides a seating chart but also often a VIEW from your seat! Yes, they tell you the section and row but you have no ability to determine where the row and section is located because there is no seating chartAre buyers supposed to have a map of the seating chart imposed into their brains? Because the seller doesn't provide it and if you look online, the company doesn't accept that either. You can see section and rowBut you have no idea in the stadium where the section or row isIf I told you my seat was in Section 209, do you know where in the stadium section is located? No seating chart providedAnd you can't look one up either And as far as offering me "several alternatives"--- they told me I had the option to sell my tickets! How helpful! They pass the buck, of these poorly labeled tickets onto the buyer/consumer. This company is fraudulentThey know they are. To be an honest company, they should have to provide a seating chart, just like any other ticket brokering company already doesSo yes, I would like a full refund.
