I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
At this time, part of the response has been completed (money refunded); however until next months due date of automatic fund withdrawals I will not know for certain that they have placed a stop on my account with them. At that time I will consider the matter closed.

This client is mistaken on how the program works. The fee she is referring to is the service fee broken up over 12 month for UAG service. This was stated in the signed agreement and the compliance call when the client initially signs up for UAG's service. I have attached the...

agreement and highlighted in purple the portion that explains the mis understanding. It is stressed several times that the client makes their student loan payment on time. UAG will call the client and discuss her concern to make sure she understands the process from start to finish.Thank you for your time please let us know if you need anything else at this time. Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

Thank you for letting United Advisors Group know about the open complaint. A representative by the name of [redacted] spoke with this client to ensure everyone is going as planned. The client is on the same page and ready to move forward continuing with United...

Advisors Group. There was some confusion but all taken care of now. If you need any further information don't hesitate to reach out.

This client of UAG signed up with UAG last year. UAG submitted a consolidation with great lakes,  it was completed on 3/11 and she is in a forbearance. Client...

changed all her passwords and already created nslds. The client wants a full refund, but only refunding $101.45. The file has been closed.
Kind Regards,
United Advisors Group LLC

This Client has been cancelled out with UAG. this client was consolidated, program placement was done, and we submitted the Disability paperwork during the...

first year with no issues. When we renewed we should have asked for income and should have sent another disability paperwork since he still hasn't been approved but we didn't.  Refunded $277.00 client is still not satisfied and claims we did not consolidate since all his loans are still with the same lender. We did consolidate just got consolidated with the same lender.
Kind Regards,
United Advisors Group LLC

This client was upset taht she had sent in her W2 for proof of income and the program placement was not done yet. UAG explained to her that the lender does not accept a W2 two. It must be a pay stub or tax return. The client understood and will send in new income verification to proceed.

This client wants to cancel out say UAG is taking her money and doing nothing. The consolidation is done and we are waiting on the client for her income verification to complete the program placement phase. We cant place her in the correct program without her income verification....

This is explained from the start of UAG's service over the phone and in the agreements. From the start UAG lets the client know there are several things we need from the client and with out that UAG cant proceed. We have called and emailed the client if we don't hear from her by 9/7/15 her account will be cancelled out. Thank you for your time if you need anything else at this time let us know. Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

This client's account was closed on 4/8/15. The client was upset that the consolidation was still pending.  United Advisors Group LLC has no control over the time it takes the Department of Education to process the consolidation application. The client...

did not want to wait, consolidation canceled and client refunded. If you need any further information please let UAG know.
Kind Regards,
United Advisors Group LLC

UAG called this client and worked everything out. Her income was submitted in July to the lender but the letter was denied and new income needs to be submitted. She is resubmitting updated income and has a direct contact [redacted] who she is working with. She will continue with the UAG service at this...

time.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not satisfied with
the business’ resolution of refunding the last four payments totaling $159.68
because I am completely unsatisfied with the services of this company. To be
completely satisfied, I would like a 100% refund of all money paid to this
company. I have made eleven monthly payments of $39.92 beginning July 2014
through May 2015 which totals $439.12. Furthermore, I made a down payment in
June 2014 of $250.00 which brings the total to $689.12. I have already received
the business’ refund offer of $159.68, therefore the remaining amount that I
feel is appropriately owed to me is $529.44. I am seeking the $529.44 because I
had paid it to the company under the assumption they would place it toward my
federal loans. My federal loan provider has not received any payments while in
association with this company, and I would like to place the amount I am
seeking toward my federal loans as it should have been by the business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This was NEVER told to me.  Mr. [redacted] did not tell me that I qualified for a $0 payment.  If that is the case, why did Fedloan.gov report that I was past due and no payment was ever made on my account since December of 2014 when they acquired my loan?  When logging on to my account, my monthly payment was $1846.19 a month not $0.  It was also never told to me that my payments still counted towards the discharge of my loan.  Yes, I was rude to Mr. [redacted], who continued to talk over me as I was attempting to get answers to my questions.  Yes, I did tell him to shut up and did call him a [redacted]  He and his company took money from me!  I was completely upset!  Yes, I do know how the program works and I know after investigating the status of my student loans, that my income based repayment plan which I sent UAG the paperwork for in September of 2014 for 2015 including my current pay stubs and tax information from 2014 was never submitted as stated it would be.  Again, since Nov. of 2013 I have been making monthly payments to UAG through Secure Account Services with the promise that my monthly student loan payment was being made on my behalf.  This was clearly never done.  Taking money for services that were never completed sounds like theft to me.  If my monthly payment was indeed $0 a month, why was UAG collecting monthly payments from me in the amounts varying from $360 to the most recent payments of $150.20 per month?  Where did this money go?  Obviously not to pay my student loans as stated it would in the contract that I signed in Nov. 2013.  I was not up for renewal as of April 2015.  I was up for renewal as of Jan. 1, 2015.  UAG contacted me in Sept. of 2014 and asked me to provide my income, and tax information so that they could begin the process of renewing my income-based repayment program.  April of 2015 means nothing, other than a date that UAG is putting out there.  Being 97 days past due had nothing to do with a renewal in April of 2015.  It means that UAG did not pay my loans and hadn't since they were consolidated with Fedloan.gov in Dec. of 2014.  Nor did they pay my loans prior when they were with Great Lakes Loan Servicing and Navient.  Both organizations verified that no payments in any amounts were ever submitted on my behalf since I signed up with UAG.  Since Nov. of 2013 I have paid $4132.11 to UAG. I was able to get a refund back from Secure Account Services who was the trust company who held my money.  However, there was only $1334.88 in the account.  I was also able with the assistance of my bank to file a bond claim and get two payments of $150.20 back for a total of $300.40.   This leaves $2546.83 which was taken and unaccounted for.  I have reviewed my contract several times and UAG is in clear violation of it.  It should also be noted that since I canceled my account with UAG on 6/17/15, and told them they are no longer to have access to any of my accounts, UAG attempted to illegally log into my Navient online student loan account to change my address back to the address of their company in Irvine, CA.  Navient caught this activity and contacted me immediately.  UAG does not have permission to access any of my student loan accounts.  With Navient's assistance, I am reporting to the US Dept. of Education that my account was accessed without my permission.   As far as contacting an attorney, yes I have.  I have several written complaints sent out to many different state and federal agencies that will be investigating the alleged fraudulent activity.  Also, as far as making threats, there were no threats made.  The fact was stated that I would contact an attorney, which I did, and follow up on the options that I have in order to file complaints against UAG which again I completed. While I admit that I could have handled myself more professionally on the phone, I do not dispute the fact that $2546.83 was taken from me and I want that money back.  [redacted] N. This client was cancelled out on 5/19/2015 and has not paid UAG anything at this time. Below is the email sent to the client.
background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">[redacted],Thank you for your email. You signed up with UAG on 5/7/15. Our contract clearly states you have a 14 day cancellation period with a full refund. UAG is not a scam and honors its policy??s 100%. Your account has been cancelled and no funds have been collected from you at this time. A cancellation email was sent to you today at 7:45 am pst. This clients account has been closed and UAG is no longer providing a service. This client singed a limited power of attorney allowing UAG to assist her with the consolation process. UAG would never do anything illegal to hurt the client. As far as not being able to get a hold of UAG there was...

only one message from the client on 4/14 and she was called back right away. At this time UAG and the client have parted ways and the client will be responsible to for her consolidation on her own.

UAG received this clients income verification on 12/19/2016 and ** was submitted on 12/26 as scheduled. Client called in on 12/20 mad that no one confirmed her income was received and said that she wanted to change the banking that [redacted] is her lender and she must change the banking...

information on her own clearly explained. UAG also told her that we need her online access to check if the program placement for the repayment program was approved and if she did not want to give UAG the access she needs to log in to check. If this client is so upset why would she place a Revdex.com complaint previously then continue to work with us and renew with the service start her next year with UAG 2/15/17. already renewed and will start new payments for the 3rd year on 2/15/2017Ultimately she wants money back and is stating no one told her she had to make the lender payments on her own. If you did not know this why would renew 3 times over 3 years with the service and now get mad. Our contract and compliance clearly read they client is responsible for their lender payment. It's c;ear as day and the client is stretching for excuses now. Her account has been closed and UAG will no longer be working with this client.

to whom it may concern,

Thank you for forwarding this complaint our way. This clients refund was submitted yesterday 11/3/14. It takes 3 business days to process through the bank and will show up on the 4th day.  Im not sure the reason for the complaint as the client...

was refunded yesterday but if there is anything else we can do please let us know.  Everything was on track and the client decided to process her consolidation on her own. Thank you for your time.
