I am very, very frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service at UAG and am working to suspend any further transaction with this company In fact, I will be calling my bank on Monday to block any further debit transactions from this company 1) All day today, I have been calling the office to no avail, both to your extension and to extension This is not the first time this has happened 2) All day today, I have also called and selected Option and I receive an error that the voicemail is full If I did not have your extension, I wouldn't be able to leave a message Again, this is not the first time this has happened 3) I received a letter that was sent to another address and forwarded to me In that letter is a PLSF Employment Certification Form There is a handwritten dummy phone number on that form I know b/c I called the number The phone number is **SSN [redacted] and it is a disconnected number So all this leads me to believe that this service is fraudulent and am working to suspend its service DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE

I revceived a call from the United Advisors GroupThe said, I would get an email from you and to respond to the emailAlthough, I have not gotten an email from the Revdex.com since then United Advisors said that I needed to repond to your email and then forward that response on to themI was told they would refund my money after they got the response from the Revdex.com Could you help me out I'm not quite sure how to proceed, seeing as I have not recieved an email from the Revdex.com since United Advisors called me at the beginning of this week? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In regards as to why it "took a very long time" to send my income verification, UAG has horrible customer serviceI would call day after day, only to get someone's "voicemail" and when I would leave a message no one would return my callAs you have read in other Revdex.com complaints regarding this company, you will see that as trueI refuse to accept this response from UAG because they failed to acknowledge that they didn't inform me that they had applied to [redacted] Department of Education Loan Servicing on my behalfThey also failed to provide [redacted] with MY home address of phone numberInstead, they listed my address as [redacted] AVE STE [redacted] I [redacted] CA ***- [redacted] with the phone number of 760- [redacted] .The address belongs to UAG and the phone number came up as the Federal Student Loan Debt Relief HotlineUAG filed for forbearance with [redacted] on November 27, They created an account and password with [redacted] which didn't contain my personal email account or phone number so I couldn’t get any correspondence [redacted] has been emailing the email account [redacted] @unitedadvisorsgroup.com since November concerning account changes, payment plans, past due statements, and delinquency notices; and UAG never forwarded that information to meWhen I tried to check my UAG email account, all emails had been deleted"***" from UAG stated the emails were there and I needed to allow them to load which could take up to five minutes; however, I sat for over ten minutes for the browser to load which leads me to believe that the emails were either deleted or could only be seen on UAG's endUAG eventually changed the address to my home address in May 2015, but quested all correspondence be done by email to the [redacted] @unitedadvisorsgroup.com accountI called UAG on November 17, and n***r got an answerI called the many numbers they have listed with no answerI ***n called the number and the extension to [redacted] who had assisted me in the past only to find that her extension now belonged to “ [redacted] ”I left a message only to have it go unansweredI also sent an email to Julia stating that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as my State Attorney General, only to receive a “Failure Notice” which means the email was invalid or no longer activeAs stated before, I paid this company to consolidate my loans in place them in forbearance, only for them to apply to switch my account to another Department of Education Loan Servicing companyI could have done all of this myselfMy personal Attorney along with my State Attorney General have been contacted regarding this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

This client of UAG signed up with UAG last yearUAG submitted a consolidation with great lakes, it was completed on 3/and she is in a forbearanceClient changed all her passwords and already created nsldsThe client wants a full refund, but only refunding $The file has been closedKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

After reading this clients complaint it is very clear that she is misunderstanding the process and the service UAG is providing Back in August [redacted] walked the client through the entire agreement and answered all questions clarifying all questions and concerns all your allegations you made in your complaint alreadyIf you wish I can go over everything with you again [redacted] has called and emailed the client awaiting a response to assist her with the continued confusionIts very important to UAG that each client understands the process thoroughly feeling satisfied with the processThe statement alluding that UAG told you your loans would be forgiven in years is incorrectThere are not currently and programs through the Department of Education that forgive Federal Student loans that in yearsThe program you signed for is a year forgiveness program as stated in the agreement you signed (year public service loan forgiveness) as long as the client is employed full-time for a public service organizationHow the program works is the client makes payments on-time the Department of Education allows the client to become eligible to receive full forgiveness of the remaining balance (interest and principal) on Direct Loans through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness ProgramUAG is not a debt negotiator nor or they affiliated with the governmentUAG is a document prep company that process the consolidation on behalf the client to make sure they take full advantage of the best government program availableThe service fee of $fee is for the service UAG is providing divided over months to make it more affordable It does not go towards your loan paymentsThe agreement signed by the client clearly states multiple times; (â01COur Service Fees are not payments on your student loan debt Our Service Fees are in addition to and independent of any of your student loan obligations and are fees paid to us for services rendered.â01D)The complaint requested full refundIn the agreement signed it states " day refund policy; â01CYOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF ANY/ALL FEES PAID TO US.â01D)The client is not eligible for a refundPlease have the client call [redacted] so they can discuss the issues at hand and make a decision to move forward or cancel the service Thank you for your time please let me know if you need any further information at this time.Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

To whom it may concern, Thank you for forwarding the complain from [redacted] *** This client signed up with United Advisors Group on 6/5/@ 4:pmThe initial payment made by this client cleared 6/6/through the trust company and the consolidation was submitted through the Department of EducationSince then the client has made monthly payments United Advisors Group has not control over the Department of Education and time it takes to process the application submittedOn average they take about 60-daysOnce the Department of Education is complete they mail out a summary and repayment terms letting us know it has been processed and approvedThis application is taking longer than most of our clients but unfortunately there is nothing we can doUnited Advisors Group understands the frustration of the client [redacted] a representative from UAG called the client today to discuss and the client has decided to hang up on us with out discussingAt this time we will part ways with the client and he can finish on his ownA refund will be submitted and sent to the client The account has been closed at this timeWe have to follow the Department of Education process and cant reinvent the process for clients that are not happy with the DOW's processWe wish the client the best with the consolidation If you need any further information please contact us at your convenience Kind Regards, United Advisors Group

If you read the agreement signed by the client and UAG it clearly states that UAG charges a service fee and non of the fee go toward the Student Loan Payment with the Servicer The client is responsible for the Student Loan Payment once UAG gets the client in the repayment program with the consolidation processThe agreements also state that UAG does not advise anyone to miss a payment to the student loan servicerIt is very important to read the complete agreement and ask any question to clear up confusionThank you for your time please let me know if you need any further timeKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

This client is complaining that complaining that UAG lied to her and and told her the GTX payments go towards her loansIf you read the signed agreements it is clearly written out in places explaining there is a student loan payment and a service feeUAG Explained this to her in detailThe agreements clearly state that the GTX payment go to UAG not towards her loans balanceShe has access to her secure portal with her signed agreements 24/to referenceUAG processed her student loan consolidation and requested for her income to complete the processAt this time she hasn't sent UAG her income verificationHer payments are not based off her income right now because she has not sent us her income verification and she knows that we need her income in order to lower the paymentsShe said she wants to keep the payments as is and if she wants us to lower the payments she'll send us her income laterEverything has been done as it should have beenIf you have any further questions please let us know Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

This complaint is written by our clients daughterWe have been calling and emailing with out a responsewe have been waiting for a certification letter from the client to finish the program placement and complete the processAt this time UAG has been at a stand still with out the certification letterUAG has reached out to the client many times with out response or a fax of what is needed at this timeCommunication is a very large part of this processIf UAG cant get a response from a client it puts the whole process on holdIf the client can call UAG we can discuss the next step or cancel out the fileThank you for your time Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

This is a complaint in error as this client has been cancelled with UAG for a yearThe client was not even a client for a month when she told UAG she was cancelling to work with another company Client will reply to the Revdex.com as well It is clients like this that have placed so many UN necessary complaints on the Revdex.com about UAG without looking at the details or reading the contract before submitting a complaintThe contract gives the details of UAG's service very clear with a very fair refund and cancellation policyUAG's Revdex.com shows many complaints but it does not say how many of the are bogus and should be removed hurting our reputation If you need any further information please let UAG know Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.UAG has advised that they will cancel my account if they do not hear from me by 9/7/ They were contacted by e-mail on 9/advising that I wanted to cancel my contract due to the fact that they have an F rating with Revdex.com and that they advised me that by signing their contract, the $monthly would be applied toward my student loans I received correspondencefrom Federal Student Loans advising that this was not true and that I was behind $ UAG charged $for me to sign on and $ monthly x months I discovered from Federal StudentLoans that UAG was not considered a legitimate company prior to my sending a copy of my income verification to them Therefore, I am requesting to cancel this contract and have my money refunded Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, Client [redacted] signed up with United Advisors group formerly known as Student Loan Managers on 3/21/He current lender was out into forbearance by his request while the process of the consolidation took placeWe cant submit the consolidation without references on the application and the clients reference was missingA voice mail and email were sent on 3/25/after the first payment cleared on 3/21/ The information was received and the consolidation was submitted 4/16/through the Department of EducationI understand the client is not happy about the amount of time the consolidation take but he must realize we have not control over the Department of EducationThe time it takes to process all depends on the number of application I line with the Department of EducationIf we could speed them up trust me we would in a heart beatThis client is on tract and should be done any timeAs soon the repayment terms are received we will send a copy to the clientdays following the repayment terms the summary letter will be received and the approval will be complete sending the client a copyWe are happy to answer any question [redacted] has during our business hours to ensure him that he is on track If you need further information please let me know going forwardThank you for your time Kind Regards United Advisors Group LLC

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I joined in March of I sent my pay stubs in twice to different people I received a third email and faxed the pay stubs in to UAG I did not get a phone call or notice of any kind that they received them I received a phone call from the department of Educarion stating that my account was delinquent and was going to be sent to collections I informed them that I had signed everything over to UAG authorizing them to handle my account I was informed by the department of Ed that they had yet to receive a payment In months they had not received a single payment to my account I called UAG times and left a message each time- you can never get a hold of a real person and it takes up to a week before they return your call if they return it at all When UAG finally called me back, I was informed that I didn't qualify for the program I was promised months ago- nobody called to tell me this, but they continued to take my moneyThey wanted me to pay my loan for years- I will be retired by then Then I was told they made a mistake and I did qualify I had to put my account in Forbearance times based on their recommendations and to this day, not a single payment has been made on my account $paid in and they refunded me They did not communicate with me or notify me of any changes regarding my account and I was given different information from numerous employees There seems to be a lack of communication and training among staff I never received the same answer from the staff I want a full refund since services were not rendered and they did not communicate pertinent information regarding my account status on numerous occasions Regards, [redacted]
