Review: I am not satisfied with the work of the program, when I was told about this program to help with my student loans it sounded like a good plan I was told that if I put the 200 and some dollars down it will go towards my loan and then 30 a month will go towards it. that wasn't the case my loan is going back onto defalut and nothing is moving. I sent my paystubs back in april and they said I n[redacted]r sent them. well I have the email to prove that I sent them. I asked for a refund of my money back but they told me no. I asked to cancel what was going on and they told me no. I am not satisfied with the work and the guy I been communicating with will not return my calls or my emails. he says he is the manager and hes the one that takes care of it all. I want my refund back of [redacted]rythign I paid into this program when I could have been paying the student loan company direct and not wasting my money on them doing paperwork I could have done myself.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and for this program to be more honest about how it works

Response:

This client has notified [redacted] a manager at UAG that he sent his income verification to [redacted] a previous employee in April. We have been waiting on the income to finish the process on his behalf. The client is going to forward the email he sent [redacted] to [redacted] the manager if we get he email a refund will be given from April to present. If no email we will request the income again and finish the process with no refund. Thank you for your time.

Review: I joined United Advisors Group last year in March (2014) to pay off my student loans. I was told that I qualified for the loan forgiveness program. I put my loan into forbearance. I received a phone call and an email telling me to submit my pay stubs. I faxed pay stubs twice. I was asked again to submit them because they had not received them. I again submitted them. I paid $270.00 up front to join the program and then paid $39.92 monthy (for the last 12 months). I recieved a phone call from the Department of Ed. saying that my loan is delinquent and that a single payment hasn't been made yet (12 months). I was not placed in the program they has promised. It was not until I called them that I found out they needed additional information, my calls are not returned, my emails are not answered. As of now they have collected $749.00 of my money that should have went to paying my student loans.Desired Settlement: I want a my contract cancelled on grounds that they did not hold up their end of the contract, I want $749.00 refunded because they have yet to make a single payment on behalf of my account. Per Eve on 3/26/15, I asked point blank how much money has been credited to my account and her answer was $0. It has been over a year. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. The company should not be in business. Shady business practices and horrible customer service- you can never get a hold of a person when you call and it takes days to get a call back.

Thank you for forwarding this complaint to UAG. This client was consolidated and UAG needed her current two pay stubs to apply for the correct program placement which was the next correct step. The client finally sent in the pay stubs in December. Program placement was applied for at this time. The program placement can take 3-8 weeks to approve through the lender. Before the program could be approved the client called the lender and placed her self in a forbearance so she did not have to make payments. This stopped the program placement phase. She is mad that she is not in the program but she stopped the process that was going as planned and did not give us a chance to finish. This client was canceled on 4/26/15 demanding a refund. She does not qualify for a refund as the refund policy is within 1 days of the signed contract and UAG did noting incorrectly in the process. If you need any further information please don't hesitate to reach out.

Review: This company claims to be servicing and managing my consolidated federal student loans. They are formerly known as Student Loan Managers, which is the company I originally worked with on consolidating and lowering my loan payments. I n[redacted]r contacted this company for their services. I was more or less ushered in when Student Loan Managers turned into this United Advisors Group. Both companies claim to be servicing my federal student loans, neither of them did/are. The United Advisors Group claimed my new low monthly payment with them was about $51. They have taken one payment of $51 from me this year, and a few last year when the company merged from student loan managers to this united advisors group. They are not providing me with any type of service that they claim to be. My actual loan servicer is Nelnet and I should only be making payments to them in the amount of $18.68, this company didn't [redacted]n pay Nelnet for me like the student loan managers company did. So they are literally doing nothing for me and have been charging me for a "service". I try contacting them to complain and tell them they can no longer take money from me, but no one [redacted]r answers. I left messages, I got one call back but I was unable to answer and they left a message for me to call back, which I did, but no one answered again.Desired Settlement: I would like the $51 refunded to me. They aren't providing me with any type of service so they should not be charging me anything.

Thank you for sending United Advisors Group LLC this client complaint. This client signed up for UAG services on 1/13/14. The consolidation was submitted and everything went according to plan for year one in the income based repayment program. On 1/23/15 [redacted] a UAG employee called the client to discuss the annual renewal of the Department of Education program. [redacted] the UAG employee provided the client with her Nelnet (servicer) online access and told the client UAG needs her 2 most recent pay stubs to show the lower income and take care of program placement stage. The client called was a little confused so [redacted] talked her through the process to make sure they were on the same page. On 1/26/15 UAG received the pay stubs needed to move forward via fax. Another employee by the name of [redacted] tried to do the program placement phase at this time but the client has changed her online access not allowing UAG to complete the process. A voice mail and email have been sent to the client trying to collect her online access information. The client is on schedule and everything has been done correctly and according to the disclosures for UAG service. This complaint to the Revdex.com for reason that are not accurate and negativity effecting UAG. This is why it is so important for clients to thoroughly read the disclosures and ask more questions if they don't understand. UAG provides a service that any person with federal student loans can do on their own. Which is fully disclosed as you hire a accountant to do your taxes to ensure they are don't currently instead of doing them on your own. The last step will take UAG no time at all once we get the online access from the client to proceed. If we don't hear back from the client by Friday 3/10/15 the account will be closed, payments will stop and the client can finish on her own. The client needs to contact [redacted] at [redacted] ext [redacted]. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Review: I contacted this company in May 2014 after receiving information about their ability to help me payoff my student loans quickly. After hearing about the service, I agreed to set up automatic debit payments of 254.12 a month after an initial down payment of 250.00. My expectation and understanding was that these payments would be going directly to my student loans and after a period of 10 years my student loans would be paid in full. In January 2015 I requested a copy of my 1098-E form so I could deduct the interest that would be paid in 2014. To my surprise my statement for payment on my student loan interest was a big fat $0! I then checked my account detail on the company website and realized the reason I had no interest to claim was because my student loans were not being paid! The money I that has been auto debited from my account is being held in an escrow account. This company has been debiting my account, charging me $10 for the debit transaction, and also charging me an additional $35 for account maintenance! I immediately contacted my loan provider and discovered that I could not access my account. I called the customer service department, swiftly regained access to my account and found out that not only had my loans not been paid but this company had put my loans in forbearance. I signed up with this company to pay my loans not put them on hold to accumulate more interest!! I have tried to contact someone at this company more than a dozen times via email and phone calls, since 2/2/15. I've asked them to call at a time I am not at work and they seem to do the opposite. Two times I could answer when they called, there was just dead air, like they were listening but not talking. I am beyond frustrated and I feel duped! I don't feel they explained the fees and charges and I certainly wouldn't have agreed to giving them POA over my loan account! I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and do not want them to handle my student loans any more.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money I have given including the initial deposit. I couldn't even select all of the complaints I wanted to. I feel they need to better explain the fees and process to people who go to them for help.

Response:

Thank you for informing us of the client complaint. [redacted] an employee from United Advisors Group has reached out to the client to discuss the confusion. The client has asked for a call back later today after 4:45 EST. [redacted] will contact the client then. Everything was done correctly as the disclosures state. The client has been consolidated and approved. Client relations has talked to this client several times and everything she has complained about is clearly stated in her disclosures she signed originally. United Advisors has consolidated the clients Student Loans through the Department of Education programs with no problems. At this time it may be confusion which [redacted] will clear up later today on her call with the client. If you need further information please contact us right away.

Review: I have been paying for a service in which I have not received. I am on a limited income and cannot afford to be paying for something and not receive what I told that I would. I have been trying to contact this company for two week now and no response.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund as well as a release of contract.

Response:

Thank you for informing us of the complaint. United Advisors Group has been working with this client and he is good to move forward. He was confused on the process and now on the same page as United Advisors Group. If you need any further information please let us know.

I was given the wrong information when I joined this group. Now my interest from my student loans is going up, and I am paying them to manage my account. They said then I signed up that if I paid them 71$ per/month for 10 years then my 61,000$ student loan bill would be forgiven. I have been paying them for 3 years my loans are up to 66,000$ from interest and I am getting no where. Now they tell me I can NOT cancel their services for 20 years. I am not a happy, and I still have student loan dept. How can I get out of paying them for nothing??

Review: Six months ago I called this company to change my student loans over to them. They were nice, however, after all my iron [redacted] was given they took 300$ from me Saying it was a fee. After two months I looked on my old account for my loans and found nothing had been paid even though every month I gave them 56$. It's been six months since and I finally closed all my banking accounts so they can't take money from me. Before I did that I tried to call them every single day. I would get the "hold for a service representative" so I would but no one ever answered and I got sent to voice mail. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone and after being put on hold, they hung up on me. I called again and got sent to voice mail, three times. Over the course of these six months they have taken aproximatly 605$. I don't know if I can get that money back, there was never any paper work signed it was all verbal agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like I get a refund because my student loan is still due and now I'm six months behind all my loans and down 605$.

This complaint is written by our clients daughter. We have been calling and emailing with out a response. we have been waiting for a certification letter from the client to finish the program placement and complete the process. At this time UAG has been at a stand still with out the certification letter. UAG has reached out to the client many times with out response or a fax of what is needed at this time. Communication is a very large part of this process. If UAG cant get a response from a client it puts the whole process on hold. If the client can call UAG we can discuss the next step or cancel out the file. Thank you for your time.

Review: I was contacted in November because of my student loans. [redacted] had came with a plan of a down payment of $225 and 12 payments of $60 and 48 payments of $46. I agreed because I thought it was a better deal than paying almost $400 a month. I gave them all the information they asked. They started taking the money out January 1. 2015. A couple of months later, I started receiving letters from FEDNET saying my loans were not being paid. I called UAG over 50 times, left voicemail and even emailed them. I NEVER got a response back. I called my bank and put a stop payment on them, the next day they emailed me (it was automated) saying they did not receive my payment ad to call them to fix the problem. I tried calling again and once more no one answered.Desired Settlement: They have removed $860 from my account. I would like a refund so I can pay the REAL student loan company that money.

Review: After graduating from college I contacted UAG to help me pay off my federal student loan debt through an income based payment plan. A few months later, I found out that my federal student loan provider could offer me an income based payment plan. When I brought this up to a UAG representative, they told me that UAG could consolidate my loans quicker and get me a lower monthly rate than the federal student loan provider. The representative also said that [redacted] the government was not supporting college graduates with debt and it was becoming more difficult to have lower payments and/or more time to pay off your loans. I believed the representative and stayed with UAG. When it was time to renew my contract with them, I had approximately five representatives email and leave voicemails on my phone within one week. The email stated that if I didn’t renew my contract, my loan period would default to ten years and my monthly rates may drastically incline. A representative called me after work and I answered, wanting to renew my contract to keep my low monthly rates. After I had completely renewed my contract, the representative said I needed to go to [redacted].com and set up an automatic payment from my bank account. I was very confused and asked the representative to stay on the line with me as I did what he requested. He refused, saying he had to supply me with a username and password for the site and make sure it worked properly. A few hours later I received his email with the username and password. I used them to log onto [redacted].com and was shocked to see that I owed them over 700 dollars. I immediately called UAG and received a voicemail. I then emailed the representative who supplied me with the username and password, asking him to call me the next day. I did not receive any email from him the next morning, so I emailed him again in the afternoon. I did not receive a phone call, so I called UAG multiple times and received voicemail. I then logged back onto [redacted].com and saw that my loans had been placed in forbearance. I called [redacted] directly and began asking questions about my loans and account. UAG had my loans in forbearance for ten months and had not made any payments towards them. My username, password, and account with [redacted] had been created by UAG. UAG listed their address as mine and a representative’s email as mine. As it turns out, [redacted] had sent “me” many letters and notices about my account but they all went to UAG. I had no idea that [redacted] was even managing my loans or that they weren’t receiving payments until the UAG representative renewed my contract and told me to set up an automatic debit. Turns out I have paid UAG 492 dollars to put my loans in forbearance and risk my credit by not making payments on my loans.Desired Settlement: I would like my contract with UAG to be voided completely. I no longer wish to be affiliated with them. I would like the monthly payments and down payment I made to be credited to my federal student loans as they should have been.

Review: I have a federal loan w/ American Education Services (AES) totaling over $9,000. In July of 2014, I was referred to a student loan management company called United Advisors Group (UAG). I spoke w/ a representative who asked me some questions about my income. He then told me that he could set me up on their income based repayment plan, & that my monthly payment would be a lot less than the $159 monthly fee I was paying to AES, & that after 10 years my loan will be forgiven entirely. The rep stated that I had to provide my FAFSA pin & also email UAG proof of income such as a tax return & pay stubs. I had to pay UAG a “processing fee” of $264 so they could acquire the loan from AES & process the paperwork on file on my behalf. I also signed a bilateral contract that explained the services they would perform on my behalf in exchange for my payment. On 7-4-14 UAG withdrew $264 from my bank account. Then on 6-4-15 I received an email from AES notifying me of the delinquency of my loan. Believing this may have been an error I called AES. They stated that they were in fact still my loan holder. The address on their file was none other than UAGs, & the phone # was traced to Chula Vista, CA. The rep informed me that AES had NEVER received any contact or notification from UAG stating that they would be handling my loan. I contend that UAG logged into my FAFSA account as me & changed my address and phone #, & this is why I did not receive any notifications from AES regarding my loan delinquency. I called UAG on 6-8-15 to explain to me why my loan is now delinquent if they were supposed to be handling it. Their rep "Leslie" hung up on me immediately. I called back right away & received a voicemail to leave a message. I left a message. I received the same experience when I called again on 6-10-15. My calls have been unreturned. I allege UAG is a fraudulent company that simply took my money & did not render ANY services on my behalf as promised in their contract.Desired Settlement: I believe I have been defrauded by UAG. For the reasons stated in the above complaint, I am seeking restitution in the amount of $264 that UAG stole from me for services non-rendered.

Response:

This is a complaint in error as this client has been cancelled with UAG for a year. The client was not even a client for a month when she told UAG she was cancelling to work with another company. Client will reply to the Revdex.com as well.

Review: I contracted them to manage my student loan and for the first year of my repayment plan, my monthly payments were debited from my checking account. I reapplied for the second year and completed paperwork with them.

For the past three months they have been debiting only their monthly fee and not the total payment due to the department of education. I am concerned if not worried that they are scamming me as they have not been making my scheduled payments to my student loan servicers. My phone calls to this company go to someone's voicemail and they are not returning calls. They have all my personal information such as social security number and they have access to my student loan information, and so again, I am worried that I am being scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call back from this company to assure me that they are working on my behalf and that my loan is in good standing - or if they are scammers, I want them to cease and desist negotiating on my behalf with the government. Either way I want an explanation from them.

Response:

This client was very upset because she does not remember being told to make lender payments. This is stated on the signed agreements. According to the notes her file [redacted] a previous employer did explain to the client when she singed her renewal agreements. It has been quite a few months since she was told. [redacted] from UAG went over what we do at this point to get her on track and told her to start making her lender payments right away. The client has agreed and will make both UAG and lender payments. She understands and will be responding to her Revdex.com complaint shortly. If you have any further questions please contact UAG at your convenience.

Review: I signed with UAG over a year ago. At the time I paid like a $350 deposit and paid a little less than $70 a month. I tried for a long time to get statements of my payments and no one could ever give me the correct place to get that information. This year I kept getting calls saying that I had late payments on my student loans. I tried getting in touch with UAG for several months and could never get a hold of anyone. I finally had to close my account so they could no longer take my monthly payments. I have now been dealing with the department of education and there is no proof that any payments were made by UAG the whole time. That is almost $1200 I have lost and have no idea where it went!!!Desired Settlement: I would really like to receive my $1200 back that went to who knows where so that I can actually put that towards my student loans

Response:

Client was consolidated and program placement was completed in October 2014. The payment break down was suppose to be uploaded to Secured Account Service (Trust Company SAS) in order for SAS to start making lender payments. An old employee of UAG [redacted] never did uploaded the document as she was suppose to. She is no longer with us as this was not the first mistake she made. Instead she had them make a one time lender payment on 10/9 and 3/17. This client was given a refund of all payments made after March 2015 $62 total when the mistake occurred. Thank you for your time please let us know if you need any further information.

Review: I have student loans with the Federal Government where I pay $206 a month and last year in April 2014 United Advisors Group contacted me and offered to help consolidate my loans along with acting as the fiduciary of my loans to make the payments from my checking account. The process started off as contracted with my federal loan going through forbearance while UAG settled the consolidation payments for an upfront fee of $355. I then began to see $176.54 deducted from my account each month by a company called GTX Law. I spoke to UAG and they advised GTX Law was the company facilitating the payments to for my federal loans. This past September I received one charge in my checking account from GTX and one from the Federal Government. I called UAG to see why this occurred and they reassured me everything was still as planned and I would just need to call my bank and cancel the Federal Government withdrawal as the consolidation process was still being calculated. As I trusted this company I went back to work and continued to see the GTX monthly fee of $176.54. However, this past March the Federal Government charge came through again. I called the Federal Government loan department and they advised they had not received a single payment since April of 2014. I immediately called UAG and they advised that the consolidation process was never completed and they were holding all of my payments in a trust. They never contacted me after 10 months to notify me and continued to collect fees. I asked for a full refund and they advised they are willing to pay back my 10 months of payments but they are going to withhold the initial $355 fee along with each $10 monthly charge for GTX. First, UAG did not honor our contract to uphold their fiduciary duties to pay my loans on time and I am at risk of ruining my credit. Secondly, they have the audacity to withhold my initial fee and the monthly processing fee for service they never did. This place is a scam!Desired Settlement: I would like the full $355 returned to me along with my full ten payments of $176.54 returned to me. Secondly, if possible, I would like every student loan agency to be notified of this scam. I just don't want other students to have to go through the same difficulties that I'm going through. I am still not sure if UAG will pay me a cent but their manager [redacted]. advised I would see some of the money returned within 3-5 business days. Student loans are difficult enough to pay back, so the last thing we need is a company to collect fees and not uphold their fiduciary duty.

Response:

This client's account was closed on 4/8/15. The client was upset that the consolidation was still pending. United Advisors Group LLC has no control over the time it takes the Department of Education to process the consolidation application. The client did not want to wait, consolidation canceled and client refunded. If you need any further information please let UAG know.

Review: I was under contract to pay back my student loan and was told by Fedloan that my account is delinquent. The contract expired as of July 7, 2014 and as of Feb 4, 2015 they were still taking money out of my account in the amount of $1,344.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back to pay towards my student loans.

Thank you for letting us know about this complaint. United Advisors Group needs the client online access to move forward at this time for the renewal process. This client let management know he faxed in a cancellation fax in 2/20/15. After review the file the fax was received and the mail clerk did not get it to the correct person in February. This client did follow proper protocol sending in a written cancellation notice. The account will be canceled out and he will be refunded his 3 payments made this far. Review: On November 16, 2015: I received a Letter from [redacted] Department of Education Loan Servicing notifying me of the delinquency of my loan, and to resolve the issue immediately to avoid collection calls and to pr[redacted]nt the notification to consumer reporting agencies. They stated that they were my loan holder because an application had been filled on my behalf. The representative asked for my address and phone number which were both incorrect. My address was listed was and the phone number listed came up as the Federal Student Loan Debt Relief Hotline. UAG filed for forbearance with [redacted] on November 27, 2014. They created an account and password with [redacted] which contain my personal email account or phone number so I couldn’t get any correspondence. [redacted] has been emailing the email account UAG created since November 2014 concerning account changes, payment plans, past due statements, and delinquency notices; and UAG n[redacted]r for[redacted]ed that information to me. When I tried to check my UAG email account, all emails had been deleted. I called UAG on November 17, 2015 and n[redacted]r got an answer. I called the many numbers they have listed with no answer. I left a message only to have it go unanswered. I also sent an email stating that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as my State Attorney General, only to receive a “Failure to Send” notice. My calls still have not been returned. Given my experience, I allege that UAG is a fraudulent company that simply took my money and did not render ANY services on my behalf as promised and that I have been the victim of their scam. The company did NOT perform their obligation to me, in exchange for my payment as stated in their contract. UAG failed to properly communicate that I was paying them to consolidate my loans and put them in the forbearance state, which is something I could do for free on my own.Desired Settlement: Along with my initial payment, I have been making monthly payments to this company. I paid this company to consolidate my loans in place them in forbearance, only for them to apply to switch my account to another Department of Education Loan Servicing company. I could have done all of this myself. UAG defrauded me. For this reason I am seeking restitution in the amount of the $893.96 that UAG stole from me for services non-rendered.

Response:

I have reviewed this client account and cancelled it out with no fault of UAG.

UAG is a document preparation company that processes the

consolidation application and completes the program placement on behalf this client. Her consolidation went through correctly as the agreement states it

should. The program placement phase can’t be completed until the client send

UAG the income verification to submit to the servicer. For some reason it took her a very long time to get us your income verification. As well she told UAG

your income was $15,000 a year when you signed your agreements and when you

sent your income verification in it shows you annual income as $39,000. This

amount is more than double the original amount and will raise your payment on

your student loans. With all of the being said UAG has done what they agreed to

do on your behalf.

I’m not understanding why she need a refund when she is in

the correct program and UAG has done nothing wrong.

Thank you for your time.

Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In regards as to why it "took a very long time" to send my income verification, UAG has horrible customer service. I would call day after day, only to get someone's "voicemail" and when I would leave a message no one would return my call. As you have read in other Revdex.com complaints regarding this company, you will see that as true. I refuse to accept this response from UAG because they failed to acknowledge that they didn't inform me that they had applied to [redacted] Department of Education Loan Servicing on my behalf. They also failed to provide [redacted] with MY home address of phone number. Instead, they listed my address as [redacted] AVE STE [redacted] CA

[redacted] with the phone number of 760-[redacted].The

address belongs to UAG and the phone number came up as the Federal Student Loan

Debt Relief Hotline. UAG filed

for forbearance with [redacted] on November 27, 2014. They created an account and

password with [redacted] which didn't contain my personal email account or phone

number so I couldn’t get any correspondence. [redacted] has been emailing the

email account [redacted]@unitedadvisorsgroup.com since November

2014 concerning account changes, payment plans, past due statements, and

delinquency notices; and UAG never forwarded that information to me. When I

tried to check my UAG email account, all emails had been deleted. "[redacted]" from UAG stated the emails were there and I needed to allow them to load which could take up to five minutes; however, I sat for over ten minutes for the browser to load which leads me to believe that the emails were either deleted or could only be seen on UAG's end. UAG eventually changed the address to my home address in May 2015, but quested all correspondence be done by email to the [redacted]@unitedadvisorsgroup.com account. I called

UAG on November 17, 2015 and n[redacted]r got an answer. I called the many numbers

they have listed with no answer. I [redacted]n called the number and the extension to

[redacted] who had assisted me in the past only to find that her extension

now belonged to “[redacted]”. I left a message only to have it go unanswered. I

also sent an email to Julia stating that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com

as well as my State Attorney General, only to receive a “Failure Notice” which

means the email was invalid or no longer active. As stated before, I paid this company to

consolidate my loans in place them in forbearance, only for them to apply to

switch my account to another Department of Education Loan Servicing company. I

could have done all of this myself. My personal Attorney along with my State Attorney General have been contacted regarding this matter.

Regards,

Review: I signed up with UAG over a year ago to consolidate my student loans and lower my payment. I paid an initial payment of $270 and then $153.20 a month for 10 months. At this time my student loans have still not been consolidated and I had to call my company to get my loans in forebearance because I was late on payments which I thought was taken care of by UAG. Everytime I call I get the run around on when my loans will be consolidated. I have been told that they have been, then they haven't been, and then that it was denied by the Dept of Education but they are still taking money out of my account on a monthly basis. I am not getting what I paid for and would like to cancel this agreement and would like a refund of my $1820 to my account so I can actually apply this money to my student loans.Desired Settlement: I would like for UAG to cancel my agreement effective immediately and refund my money immediately.

Review: I entered into the program under the belief they would lower my student loan payments and overall amount owed. I am still being contacted from my student loan company on repayment. I have tried to contact them about this issue, and I never get an answer from them. I called about ten times on the morning of 01/22/2015, and someone answered one time, only to hang up on me. I want to know what is going on with my account.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money returned to me, includinincluding my deposit that I put down at the beginning of this. I want out of the program, to be able to start paying everything on my own.

I have been trying to reach my loan person for 4 days now and still haven't gotten a-hold of him.The company is due to take out $300 on Feb. 10th and I am trying to cancel before that happens. I need my money and want to opt out of this "consolidation" service. I will continue to call until someone finally answers.

Review: On April 30, a contract was sign seeking service to help with student loans from UAG. I requested to cancel contract because a transaction was scheduled to be withdraw from our account for service fees. On May 19th I wanted to cancel agreement than but consultant contact me and stated that he would take of the payment deposit amount since he wad the Manager. Well, he failed on agreement and the payment was taking out of our account anyway. The company agreement states I can cancel the agreement with a written statement but the Manager of the cancellation Department will not honor my request. Now that I want to cancel agreement the payment of $150 has been charged to our account. He states that since the papers has been process to the Federal Gov of education I have no option to cancel it. I need help to get this solve.Desired Settlement: I want to cancellation with United Advisor Group.
