United Advisors Group Reviews (575)

Review: I contacted this group back in August 2014 regarding debt consolidation. They stated they would consolidate my loan with Aspire Group and due to my employment status I would only pay 10 years and they would wipe off the rest of the loan. They charged me 260.00 fee for these services which was paid in full. As of this date, January 2, 2015 they have not followed through with consolidating, however they have been auto debiting my checking each month. I have still been receiving bills from Aspire each month and they have no records of this group consolidation. They have never heard of this group before and state consolidation takes 6-8 weeks and this has been 5 months now. I have tried calling this company over and over and have to keep leaving a general message which never gets returned. Since I have made this call I have been getting numerous calls from other debt consolidators on a daily basis.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the "convenience" fee and for my loan to either be consolidated or back to how it was before hand.I take pride in my credit rating and refuse to let this company screw it up.

Review: Engaged company to handle student loan debt. Worked well first year. Now, per my credit report, no payment has been made to the Dept of Education in my behalf in the past 120 days which is profoundly affecting my credit rating. In the meantime, UAG has continued to deduct the agreed upon funds monthly through Secure Accounts at the rate of $506 per month. I have attempted to reach them by phone and email over the past three days without success. I have no idea where my money has gone over the past 180 + days or how to reach these people. I need help!Desired Settlement: I want UAG to fulfill their end of the contract by getting my loan up to date and correcting my credit report. I want a reason why this problem has occurred and where my money has been held. I wan this to never happen again!

Review: Have tried to contact United Advisors Group about my student loan debt and have failed to receive any information or a phone call back after I have left several messages. I have not received a W-2 for 2014 taxes so I can file them. They have been taken $244.00 a month out of my account and I can no longer get a hold them for assistance or find if they are a legitimate company this has been going on for over a year now.Desired Settlement: to get this situation resolved since I have switched to another company. If this company is not legitimate I would like my money back.

Review: I have paid $250 to UAG to service my student loans and I have made monthly payments to UAG since February of 2014 which in turn were to be applied to my Department of Education loan. To date, no payments have been made. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with them to find out why and have not received an answer, just told to keep putting the loan in forbearance which causes interest to be charged. Often when I have tried repeatedly to reach them by phone or their contact link on their website, no one ever answers and the voicemail is always full and the link doesn't work.Desired Settlement: I would like all my funds refunded so I can pay my student loans on my own.

Review: I have been calling the company since Thursday & Friday, they sent me a letter about an employment certification that I am trying to get filled out and I have been trying to reach someone and every number that I call no one answers, then when the machine comes on it say that the mail box can not receive any message ext 220 or something like that. I have questions that I need answered how am I suppose to get those question answered if I am not able to reach anyone. I have sent emails to 3 different people in references to this issue, I am feel dissatisfied with the way this company is working and I just started, Before anyone takes anymore money out of my account I want to hear from someone immediately or I will have to take this to court I don't like when people play with my money and my time I am a hard worker and I expect if you at least are going to take my money let me able to get in contact with a real person and not a machine. It was like as soon as they got my money now all of a sudden no one wants to answer the phone I bet you if I stop them from taking money from my account they will be calling ne day and night about missed payment. The customer service needs to be fixed.Desired Settlement: I hope that when I reach out to someone at this company I am able to speak directly to someone if this shall happen again I will be going to court to get my money back.

Review: FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT CONTACTING THIS COMPANY IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED BY UNITED ADVISORS GROUP TO CONTACT FEDLOANS CONCERNING MANAGEMENT OF MY LOANS, ALTHOUGH I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH THAT COMPANY AND BECAUSE OF THERE LACK OF CONSISTANCY MY LOANS MAY GO ON DEFAULT NO MATTER HOW MUCH I STAY ON TOP OF MY THEM. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT U.A.G. HAS NOW CHARGED MY CHECKING ACOUNT WITH NOTIFICATION TO ME AND HAS CAUSED ME AN INSUFICIENT FUNDS CHARGE. I WOULD CONTACT THEM CONSERNING THIS ISSUE BUT AS I HAVE STATED CONTACTING THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLINATION OF THE CHARGES NOTIFY ME BOEFORE THEY CHARGE ME AND THAT THE INSUFIENT FUNDS FEE IS BE COVERED BY U.A.G.

Review: Several months ago (in March) I signed on with United Advisors Group student loan services to have my student loans consolidated and my payments INCREASED in order to decrease the length of my student loan payoff (from the 7 years that remained to 5 years that UAG quoted me). The reasoning for the monthly payment increase and shortening of the longevity of my loan was to overall, save me several thousand dollars over the life of my student loans (again what was quoted to me by UAG).

At the time I signed on with the UAG company I agreed to pay them an initial fee of $299.00 for beginning the process of loan consolidation, and a monthly fee of $53.00 until my loans were paid off. Within this agreement they were to take care of any and all dealings with the student loan companies I was currently with (ACS and Nelnet) and consolidate my loans into one single payment with a five year payoff date and average interest of 5.3%.

At this time, no part of our agreement has been done; but they have taken the $299 and EVERY monthly payment of $53 out of my bank account. Thus far they have: Consolidated only two of my loans with the company Fedloan servicing, to a new loan with a TEN year payoff. (There are multiple loans with ACS that they have done nothing with). The ten year payoff date they have set will now make it so I pay for 13 years on my student loans that they changed; thus increasing my interest by hundreds of dollars over the life of the loans.

I spoke with a UAG representative, [redacted], on June 16th at 1515 central time. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the company services and was assured that the consolidation process was underway to get exactly what was promised to me in my initial agreement, but these things "take time". She was to check into my account and call back that evening, but never did.

I have since sent 3 emails to cancel my services with UAG, one that prompted a phone call and others ignored. I have left 3 messages, no calls have been returned.Desired Settlement: Desired resolution explanation: I want them to STOP automatically withdrawing monthly fees from my bank account.

In the three emails that I have sent to [email protected] (this is listed on their website for the contact email) I have told them that I was notifying them of cancellation of services with their company, and that I "no longer authorize" UAG to withdraw funds from my bank account.

I have left messages with different customer service representatives reached via the number provided on their website and have not received any return calls to personally notify them over the phone of the cancellation as well.

Ultimately, I do not want to do any further business with them for them to STOP taking my money every month when they have not done what they promised. At this point I feel like they are stealing funds from my bank account. I really don't care to get the money back because of the lengthy battle I'm sure it would evoke, I just want no further funds taken.

Business

Response:

This client is really upset that no one at UAG called her back months ago when she first requested to cancel. Explained that the employee who was supposed to call her back no longer works at UAG and that will not be an issues moving forward. Client understand and wants a refund of the payments she's made after she spoke with [redacted] and UAG employee. Refunding 3 payments of $45.00. The client will reply to the Revdex.com as well. Thank you for your time.

Review: I contacted United Advisors Group in order to receive help with my student loans today. However, upon reviewing my finances I noticed that I'm unable to pay the down payment of $299 on 1/28/15. I was advised by [redacted] that I have 14 days to cancel the account and nothing would be charged. I called [redacted] back and advised that I would like to cancel my account and that I would not like to be charged he transferred me to another gentleman who tried to convince me not to cancel. After telling the guy four times that I'd like to cancel he said he would cancel my account and I would receive an email confirming the cancellation then he hung up on me. I have not received the email confirming the cancellation and I'm unable to reach anyone in order to resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like an email confirming that my account has been cancelled and that nothing will be charged or taken out of my checking account on 1/28/15. I would also like a phone call stating same very soon from a supervisor or [redacted]. I do not want anything taken out of my checking account and would like the account CLOSED IMMEDIATELY.

Business

Response:

This client was canceled out on 1/15/2014. The account was closed and a cancellation email was sent. The client complaint unable to pay the initial payment. At this time manager [redacted] offered to waive the initial payment to help the client and the client still wanted to cancel. The client was canceled out at that time on went on their own way. I'm not sure what the p[redacted]lem was as everything was done as we said we would. The account was canceled as requested. Please explain he reason for the complaint. Review: I signed up for student loan consolidation with United Advisors Group, the company requested a $260 fee for their services and a monthly payment of $39.45 that would go to the student loan that they were to consolidate. On 1/9/15 I received a bill from my student loan company stating that I have been late on payments. I proceed to call them, not one payment has been paid by UAG and neither were the loans consolidated. I have paid 5 payments of $39.45 and one fee of $260, I would like to request a FULL repayment of those amounts immediately.Desired Settlement: I have paid 5 payments of $39.45 and one fee of $260, I would like to request a FULL repayment of those amounts immediately. A total of $457.25.

Business

Response:

Thank you for letting us know about this complaint. This client is confused. Our disclosures clearly state the client must continue to pay for their current student loan payments unless they have forbearance available and want to use it until the new consolidation has gone through. The consolidation through the Department of Education can take 30-120 day. United Advisors Group has not control of this time frame it depends on how backed up the DOE is currently. The status of the consolidation is still in process. The client is not past due for 8 more days on her current loans. We need her current pay stubs or tax return to finish program placement and then it will be complete and the old loan will be paid off. As soon as the client can get us this information we can finalize everything. Esther is going to call and email the client again letting her know these items are still outstanding. Thank you for your time please let me know if you need any further information.

Review: My complaint with this business is one that is already in the early stages before the actual problem exerts itself. I am throughly making sure I am well within my rights to act accordingly to the said service agreement contract I signed but came with a cancellation cause (Section 5) that I have properly executed within the 14 day cancellation period. It is to my current understanding that the company UAG is fraudulent in their practices along with no accreditation by the Revdex.com. I have already noticed a trend of unhappy consumers with the product UAG offers and am taking complaint before I go through the same hardships these others have gone through before it happens. I am also here to raise awareness of scam companies such as UAG that take advantage of an already damaging system that creates unaffordable debts to people of need. Thank you and I wish you all well.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be for the company UAG to honor my cancellation request which is well within the 14 day grace period as stated in section 5 of the service agreement or LEGAL action will be taken.

Response:

This client was cancelled out on 5/19/2015 and has not paid UAG anything at this time. Below is the email sent to the client.

Review: They are student loan consolidators that take your money and do not put any of it on the loans and then also change all our information - your address, your email address your telephone, etc. with the loans so they can NeVer contact you. When you call UAG they do not return your calls and completely ignore you - between my daughter and I we gave them about $400. We spend two weeks cleaning this mess up and areported them the local police for identiy theft. The DOE reported them as a security risk.Desired Settlement: Consumers BEWARE!!!!!

Response:

Thank you for providing us with this client complaint. United Advisors Group has contacted this client and everything is on track. The client was confused as they are pay us a management fee and we are not paying heir current student loan. There was some confusion on her and her daughters federal student loans and is all cleared up now. The client has [redacted] extension number if she needs anything going forward. This client is ready to move forward and continue with United Advisors Group services. If you need any further information don't hesitate to ask.

Review: I verbally agreed to a policy with United Advisors Group on 9/24. The down payment was $282 which was taken from my back account on 9/26. The monthly payment was to be $63. A friend told me not all of the money I would be paying UAG would go towards my loan. I sent UAG an email asking questions before I cancelled my policy. I never received a call or email in response to my questions so I cancelled my policy within 14 days, which is what they told me I could do in order to get my money back. Someone called me and told me that my cancellation was on record and that someone would call me to complete my cancelled policy. I have been calling emailing a few times a week for the past month, and have heard nothing. All I would like is my refund of $282.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of $282 credited back into my account.

Response:

to whom it may concern,

Review: On 4/3/15 I was called by [redacted] about United Advisors Group and told that in 2 years my student loan would be forgiven. On 4/28/ 15 my application was complete and they needed the start up cost of $270.00 .which was taken out of my account. on 5/8/2015. [redacted]ry month since then they have taken 56.25 out of my account for their fee which was supposed to go to my student loan. I talked to [redacted] # [redacted] from The Us Department of Education on August 28,2015. She told me that UAG just puts my money in an account and keeps it for themselves. I would like all monies returned to me, since I am a Senior Citizen and they were taking advantage of the elderly. I have called them repeatedly and get answering machines , then they call back saying they explained everything to me which they didn't. I also, sent them an email so they would have something in writing asking them to cancel my account and refund my money. According to my records they have $551.25 of mine. I have put a stop payment on my account and I am afraid to use my checking account for any of my bills.Desired Settlement: Refund for the amount stated above

Business

Response:

After reading this clients complaint it is very clear that she is misunderstanding the process and the service UAG is providing. Back in August [redacted] walked the client through the entire agreement and

answered all questions clarifying all questions and concerns. all your allegations you made in your complaint

already. If you wish I can go over everything with you again. [redacted] has called and emailed the client awaiting a response to assist her with the continued confusion. Its very important to UAG that each client understands the process thoroughly feeling satisfied with the process. The statement alluding that UAG told you your loans would be forgiven in 2 years is incorrect. There are not currently and programs through the Department of Education that forgive Federal Student loans that in 2 years. The program you signed for is a 10 year

forgiveness program as stated in the agreement you signed (10 year

public service loan forgiveness) as long as the client is employed full-time

for a public service organization. How the program works is the client makes 120 payments on-time the Department of Education allows the client to become

eligible to receive full forgiveness of the remaining balance (interest and principal) on Direct

Loans through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. UAG is not a debt negotiator nor or they affiliated with the government. UAG is a document prep company that process the consolidation on behalf the client to make sure they take full advantage of the best government program available. The service fee of $56.25 fee is for the service UAG is providing divided over 12 months to make it more affordable. It does not go towards your loan payments. The agreement signed by the client clearly states multiple

times; (â01COur Service Fees are not payments on your student loan debt.

Our Service Fees are in addition to and independent of any of your

student loan obligations and are fees paid to us for services

rendered.â01D)The complaint requested full refund. In the agreement signed it states "14

day refund policy; â01CYOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM

THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AND RECEIVE A

FULL REFUND OF ANY/ALL FEES PAID TO US.â01D). The client is not eligible for a refund. Please have the client call [redacted] so they can discuss the issues at hand and make a decision to move forward or cancel the service.

Thank you for your time please let me know if you need any further information at this time.Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

Review: I'll try and keep this short.

7/29 - Signed up with United Advisors (UA) with the intention and promise of lowering my monthly payments. Told the process takes 2-3 months and they'll request my loans be put in forbearance.

8/7 - Received late payment notice from current servicer, myfedloan.org. When asked about the notice, representative from UA informed me to ignore it and that everything was fine.

8/29 - Sent follow-up email about concerns over late payment. No reply.

10/31 - Informed that account is on hold with UA because they do not have my filing status for the past two tax years. How was this not requested sooner? Asked to speak with manager.

11/3 - Informed account is on hold because they need references.

11/4 - Application was supposedly submitted for consolidation.

11/4 - Myfedloan informs me I've incurred three months of late payments because the application for forbearance was never submitted. I apply myself while I figure out this mess.

12/1 - After calling in several times and requesting a manager, I am told a resolution specialist will call me back. Nothing for a week.

12/15 - Call back and get voicemail. Leave message for a call back.

12/22 - Call back and get voicemail. Mailbox full.

I don't know where to turn.

I'** gi**n UA almost $1,050 since signing up in late-July. Since then, I've incurred three late payments on my current student loans based on the ADVISEMENT of UA to not make them. I've ALSO accumulated interest on my current student loans of over $2,000 due to forbearance. This has easily been the most difficult/stressful choice of my life. My student loans were already a burden, but now I am down almost $3,000. United Advisors has done nothing but cost me money and time.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a complete refund of the $1,043.95 I've paid to UA thus far. I'd loe to ask that they help me out with the $2,000 they cost me in interest on my current student loans, but I doubt I'd get anywhere with that - not to mention the three late payments showing on my credit report now.

The company was unresponsive and unreliable - a complete scam!

Response:

Thank you for letting us know about the client complaint. United Advisors Group had a representative by the name of [redacted] work with this client to resolev the issues. Fed Loans had canceled the consolidation submitted on behalf the client and United Advisors Group has resubmitted to move the process along. The client does not want to wait as it is taking longer than normal even though UAG has no control of the time frame. The client has received a full refund and has decided not to move forward at this time. The client is advised to contact UAG if she needs any help in the future. Thank you for your time please let me know if you need any further information.

Review: my student loans are in forbearance and have since October 2014 and UAG has been taking $51.00 a month out of my bank account since then and no payments have been made on the student loans because the payments have been stopped while I am in forbearance. I am a disabled veteran and have submitted the documents from my doctor about my inability to work. I am seeking a refund of all money taking since October 2014 plus the 35.00 fee to cancel the with draw which comes to $800 even. thank you for your attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: for this to be fully reunded

Response:

Thank you for letting UAG know we have a new complaint. This client is very confused on how the service UAG provide works. Below are a couple important details of the UAG service and the Department of Education consolidation repayment plan programs. Below

are some reminders about the program to help you better understand the service

and process.

·

You understand the Services we will provide includes preparing and

submitting the DOE paperwork and application(s) on your behalf for the

repayment plan requested by you

·

Our Service Fee for the first year of service under this Agreement is

referred to as “This Year’s Fee.” This Year’s Fee is to be divided up among an

initial down payment (the “Down Payment”) and twelve (12) equal monthly

payments.

·

(A) Our Service Fees are not payments on your student loan debt. Our

Service Fees are in addition to and independent of any of your student loan

obligations and are fees paid to us for services rendered.

·

(B) We are not a lender or loan servicer. We are a service provider,

providing a service to you for a fee. We do not represent your loan holders or

loan servicers and the services provided by us are not under the direction of

any student loan servicer or loan holder.

·

(C) We are not an agency of the government nor are we associated with

the government.

·

(D) You may submit applications for repayment plan changes directly to

your student loan servicer or the DOE without our assistance. Even though you

understand this, you have decided to employ us and pay Our Service Fees to

assist you with the DOE application and renewal process.

·

(G) We do not advise you to miss any loan payments. We advise you

to pay all payments on time to all your creditors. Failure to timely pay loans

could negatively impact you in numerous ways.

·

The Department of education programs must be applied for

annually. This programs is based on her current income. The monthly payment

through the department of education should remain the same as long as her

income remains the same. Should her income increase it is likely that her

payments will increase and should her income decrease it is likely her payments

will decrease. Every year UAG will submit the application for the income based

program along with her new pay stubs or tax returns to stay in the income based

program. If she fails to re-apply she will automatically default into the

standard program which increases her payment. If she applies every year for the

income based program her payment will stay the same. Below is a link that will

explain as well. Below is a link to the Department of Education to better

explain how the repayment program work.

Repayment Plan (ICR Plan)

These plans are designed to make your

you’d like to repay your federal student loans under an income-driven plan, you

need to fill out an application.

https://studentaid.ed.gov/repay-loans/understand/plans/income-driven With all that information being provided I would like to start by explaining disability discharge takes 3 years to discharge the loans completely while making student loan payments. This client was qualified to the a $0 payment with the department of education. It does not get any better than $0 a month due to his income. After 3 years of payments even if they are $0 qualifying payments the loans will be discharged since the client client is disabled. UAG had fulfilled the service agreement signed but understands that the client wants to cancel his agreement no longer continuing. The refund policy is as follows: CANCELLATION; FOURTEEN DAY FULL REFUND PERIOD; MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN 14

AMOUNT OBTAINED THROUGH OUR SERVICES EXCEEDS THE ESTIMATED MONTHLY LOAN PAYMENT AMOUNT STATED IN SECTION 4 ABOVE.The client did not request a refund within 14 days and he was not denied the estimated payment provided from the start of the signed agreement. This account will be canceled out and UAG will no longer assist this client. If you need any further information let me know if you need any further information. Review: I have been a customer of United Advisors Group for about two years. I was originally with student loan managers until they sold my loan to UAG. Since then it has been nothing but trouble. every year they make you reapply based of my income. every year I turn my information in 4 times because the seem to have "lost" my information. My information is my tax return and current pay stubs. Scary. My payments are suppose to come out of my account every month. My last payment came out in April. Since then the loan company has called me stating I have a delinquent status. I have called UAG since May and emailed them asking form someone to return my phone calls. No answer. No email. I live 9 hours and am pregnant. I have two months until I deliver. My next move is showing up at their office since they NEVER respond! Is this a scam? Is this a company? Did they sell the company or go under and never notify their customers? Can anyone call or email me back to resolve this issue? What is going on? Tomorrow I will be calling the US Dept of Education for advise.Desired Settlement: I want to the company to contact me and help me fix my issue.

Business

Response:

UAG called this client to discuss her concerns. This client remembers signing the contract but didn't remember the details. UAG Re explained the details. As well UAG let the client know the program placement had been done and she was supposed to start making payments. She didn't so she feel past due. UAG was able to use some forbearance time to bring her current. The client understands and will continue with UAG. At this time all UAG needs is her online access which she says she will email to [redacted].

Review: UAG misrepesented as a Studat Loan repayment program and charges $300 for handling fee. UAG is a Consolidation Service that allows a student loan to be forced into a Delinquent Charge Off status and ruins the customer FICO. I paid the $300 Start-up fee in October/November 2014.Desired Settlement: $300.00

Business

Response:

UAG explained to the client that her consolidation was rejected due to the fact that she has a FFEL loan with ACS. UAG explained to the client that she needs to complete the disability discharge to be entered into this program. Client understood and would like to continue with our services. Thank you for your time.

Review: Sunday, April 26th, I received an e-mail that my student loans were 132 days past due. United Advisors Group was paid to keep my account current, and they failed to do so. I had worked out with them in October 2014 to defer my loans until October 2015. I am now $7,450.32 past due on my account. They never communicated to the Federal Student Loans that I was in deferment, but they continued to take money out of my account every month for a service they were not providing. My credit score has taken a serious hit, dropping from 680 to 566. I have called several times during their business hours, left messages for [redacted], and never had a returned phone call to discuss this matter.

This is not the first time I have had issues with them. When I was refinancing my house, they were very difficult to deal with. I even got a manager involved, then finally everything was resolved, but it still seemed kind of fishy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $749.56. This includes the consolidation fee of $140 and 7 months of payments to keep account current at $67.08 a month. Plus they need to report to the credit bureau that they did not communicate with the Federal Students Loans and need to fix my credit score. That I am not behind on my loan payments, because I was in deferment. I would like to cancel my account and a refund.

Business

Response:

This client called demanding a refund of $700 when she only paid $542. The client is mad that her student loans are past due. UAG asked the client for her online access which is needed to manage the loans. It was not provided to the UAG there fore UAG could not access the loans. A refund had been issued and the account has been closed.

Review: I renewed my contract with United Advisors Group last year in May to work with my student loans, and work out the details to get me into a program, I have been paying them $524 each month which $514 should go to my student loans, but upon filing my tax this year I realized no interest had been paid, upon further investigation I found that no payments have been made on my loans since 9/2014. I saw where I was not placed in the program they has promised I was approved for back in May and it was not until I called them that I found out they needed additional information, my calls are not returned, my emails are not answered.

As of now they have collected over $7800 of my money that should have went to paying my student loans, instead they just keep filing for forbearance, over a year's worth so when I really need it, I will not be able to get it. According to the contract

20. Guarantee. Client will receive a 100% refund of the Management Program Fee any other fees and any money not already paid to loan holder. If (a) Client is rejected for a

Federal Student Loan Consolidation by the Department of Education OR (b) repayment plan is not achieved using current lenders.

21. Cancellation Policy. Client may cancel this contract by sending written notice (a) before Loan Program begins, (b) after Consolidation, renewal may be canceled if done

90 days prior to each anniversary date of this agreement.

since the I have not been entered into a program I feel I have the right to cancel and fully refunded all of my money and fees.

I have never called and felt like I was working with an accredited companyDesired Settlement: I want a my contract cancelled on ground the did not hold up their end of the contract, I want all my funds and fees refunded to me at once.

Review: In August of 2014, I hired United Advisors Group (UAG) to consolidate my student loans. Since that time, they have been taking out $431.00 out of my checking account each month with the notion that they were paying off my lenders. Long story short, I have come to discover that they have not been making any payments. They have kept my money and simply contacted my initial lenders telling them that I wanted a "forbearance". Please help me. I have contacted my bank to cancel the monthly payments. They will initiate a formal investigation next week.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money. Deduction of the interest accrued.

Thank you for informing us of our client complaint. An employee from United Advisors Group by the name of [redacted] spoke with this client today and let the client know everything has been done as promised. The client is not happy with the time the process is taking. Unfortunately United Advisors Group has no control of the time it takes for the [redacted] and the servicer to complete the consolidation. United Advisors Group ensure it is submitted correctly and monitor the process but cant speed up the process. This client has decided not to continue even though United Advisors Group has done what was processed and is on track. This client is out of the 14 day full refund policy but United Advisors Group is going to refund $2770.67 from the clients trust account and $665.56 in service fees providing a full refund.
