I am not satisfied with
the business’ resolution of refunding the last four payments totaling $
because I am completely unsatisfied with the services of this companyTo be
completely satisfied, I would like a 100% refund of all money paid to this
companyI have made eleven monthly payments of $beginning July
through May which totals $Furthermore, I made a down payment in
June of $which brings the total to $I have already received
the business’ refund offer of $159.68, therefore the remaining amount that I
feel is appropriately owed to me is $I am seeking the $because I
had paid it to the company under the assumption they would place it toward my
federal loansMy federal loan provider has not received any payments while in
association with this company, and I would like to place the amount I am
seeking toward my federal loans as it should have been by the business

This client has bent the truth more times than not and is wasting everyone's timeHe was cancelled with UAG begging for UAG to take him back and start services with us againThen he wanted to be cancelledHe has not even paid UAG any payments as he had insufficient funds twice. I'm not sure why he wants to argue back and forth when he is cancelled and does not want to pay for a serviceThis working relationship is done as UAG wont be working with this client and has not taken any money for payment at this time.

I fell for it!! I need help with my student loans-due to lack of job, monies and health issuesI saw them in my email-talked to a gentlemen, who referred me to another person (a young lady)All seemed to be good, they were going to work on getting a forgiveness for my loansI was all excited, because it would have helped out a lotOne of the first thing was auto payment set up to them monthly $(approx.)Then, I was put on a forbearanceThat was awesome! I was approved, yea!!! Then I got a letter from the Deptof Education saying they were doing my loansLower payment, but higher interest rateI would be paying till I diedThen I get a letter from Navient (who I had my loan with originally) telling me about the approval of the forbearance and when how much my payments where going to beWhat? I'll be paying to two companies, I don't think soIn the mean time I had been trying to get ahold of *** (who was suppose to be working with me) by email, Because I was concerned with what was going onReceived an email which didn't answer any of my questionsNow the emails don't go through! I have saved all emails! There's a lot more, all I got to say is people we all value our money!!!! They are trying to take it! Here I come bank!!! Their not going to do this to me any more!!!!! BEWARE!!!! Now I have to clean the whole thing up!!! Unhappy camper!!!! :(

ALL SHOULD BEWARE: My personal opinion is "This company is a righteous scam company!!!" The "sales spiel" They use ISN"T what is on the "said contract"! This company "stole" (and I use the word "stole" even though it had my permission to take from my bank account because NONE of the $I paid TOWARDS my student loans through United Advisors Group (UAG) (formerly known as Student Loan Managers) went to my student loans repayment as I was made to understand by the initial sales representative a portion should have!!!) Initially in November 2013, I was led to believe by the UAG representative that the initial $would get their service started, then out of the monthly payments I made, a portion would go towards my student loans; Eve from UAG, contacted me this morning (Never could get any response from UAG BEFORE today) AFTER I filed a complaint with Revdex.com and stated no, that wasn't what the contract stated From my own personal "Learning Experience" with United Advisors Group, I advise everyone DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY"S SERVICE!!! UAG is SUPPOSEDLY going to refund by mail, my Febpayment of $but I am OUT the $they took for paying NOTHING towards my student loans for the previous year (2014)! It's my personal opinion that United Advisors Group is just another SCAM that takes full advantage of hard-working people like myself and now I fear other things financially may befall me because United Advisors Group has ALL my Personal Information!!! If it does, I will definitely get a Lawyer, for UAG IS The ONLY company that HAS ALL MY PERSONAL INFO!!! Please Post this response as a STERN WARNING TO OTHERS who may be thinking of getting involved with United Advisors Group!

Thank you for letting us know about this complaint, UAG has been working with this client and we have come to a compromise to move forward continuing working togetherThe original consolidation was submitted through Great Lakes and was cancelledGreat Lakes says
they tried to reach the customer but the client says she never heard from Great LakesThe consolidation has been re submitted on behalf of the client to move forwardUAG is going to credit monthly service fee payments to the client since the Department of Education and Lender are taking longer than normalUAG will continue to check on the new consolidation and inform the client once it is approved and in program placementIf you need any further information please contact us.

During the past year UAG has been deducting money from my bank account; however, my student loans do not reflect any payments being made to them. The last time money was deducted from my account was on 10/01/15, the response from UAG above stated my contract expired on 9/15; therefore, I don't understand
the reason money was deducted after the month on September

This client has decided to move forward with UAG UAG has consolidated the clients loans from Fed loan and is now with NelnetUAG is waiting on the clients pay stubs to move forwardAs soon as UAG received the pay stubs the program placement

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Mrs*** did contact me in regards to the complaint and she sounded very convincing that I was getting the better deal with them and that it was too late for me to cancel my contractI ask her before we got off the phone are you sure that I can not cancel this agreement and she stated I can't and how much money I am saving with themWell, I said okayI did not authorize anything because I had back up plan to contact my lenders due to some statments that we made during our conversationFor example, she stated that I needed to provide her with access to my loan lenders login account and if I am not able to provide her with that information they will set up an account for meSuspicious! They are also seeking to write up another contract with another payment. Than, I reci*** a email asking for my bank information so they can access my account and withdraw the amount that I am disputing with my bank right nowI did contact my lenders to see if anything was processed from this company and she stated that nothing was sent to them. She did (my lender) recommend for me to take other actions and report what this company is doing because they are giving out information and seeking to access my loan informationSince I spoken with Mrs***, I reci*** multiple emails from different consultants from UAG and one consultant stated in the email that if I do not respond to their email with the information they will have no chose but to cancel the contract. Now all this time that is what I been trying to do cancel this contract and it was finally stated that it can be done

This client was made aware UAG needed updated income verification from her to apply for her program placement the last phase of the process on 11/6/Her income submitted before that was more than days old and denied by the servicerShe has had several stop payments on her monthly payments throughout when everything on UAG part was done according to the signed agreementThe account has been closed at this time and the client is responsible for finishing her program placement on her own.

This complaint is written by our clients daughterWe have been calling and emailing with out a responsewe have been waiting for a certification letter from the client to finish the program placement and complete the processAt this time UAG has been at a stand still with out the certification
letterUAG has reached out to the client many times with out response or a fax of what is needed at this time. Communication is a very large part of this processIf UAG cant get a response from a client it puts the whole process on holdIf the client can call UAG we can discuss the next step or cancel out the fileThank you for your time. This client was mad that her service fee for UAG was not going towards her loan balanceThe breakdown was explained during her initial call, when she
signed the agreements, on her compliance call and during her welcome callShe said that she doesn't remember being told that UAG explained that UAG has not been able to do her program placement and has been trying to reach because UAG needs her income verification to submit to the servicer Client says that all of UAG's emails were going into her spam that's why she didn't know until July to send her incomeThe program placement submitted in July didn't go through because by the time the servicer received her pay-stubs they were outdated more than daysClient will email me her Octpay-stubs for the program placement to be resubmittedThe client understands that she will have payments, the lender payment and the UAG service fee.

This client called demanding a refund of $when she only paid $The client is mad that her student loans are past dueUAG asked the client for her online access which is needed to manage the loansIt was not provided to the UAG there fore UAG could not access the loansA refund had been issued and the account has been closed.

If you read the agreement signed by the client and UAG it clearly states that UAG charges a service fee and non of the fee go toward the Student Loan Payment with the Servicer The client is responsible for the Student Loan Payment once UAG gets the client in the repayment program with the consolidation processThe agreements also state that UAG does not advise anyone to miss a payment to the student loan servicerIt is very important to read the complete agreement and ask any question to clear up confusion.
