This client will not be continuing with UAGUAG should have done her program placement about weeks ago. Unfortunately an employee is not longer with UAG did not add this client to the list for program placement when her proof of income was receivedUAG did consolidated her loans but we didn't do her program placement and it should have been doneThe client will be refunded for June and July when the program placement should have been done This file will be closed out and she will continue to work on her own accountThank you for your time.Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

UAG's Service agreement states multiples times that the consolidation to save money on your student loan can be done on your ownOur office is open hours a day with a client relations team ready to answer client callsAll client that are up for renewal receive a phone call once it is their renewal periodThis program must be renewed annually that is a requirement from the Department of Education not our companyWhen renewing you must submit new up to date income to determine your paymentWith notice the UAG service agreement can be terminated at any time at the request of a clientCalling a document prep company a scam because you can do this on your own and you don't qualify for a refund as you were consolidatedIf you take a moment to read through the service agreement again you will see that the details and process is stated very clearlyIf you need another copy sent to you please let us know.

I started doing business with this company late 2013; I too paid the up front fee and the monthly payments and was asked to wait, as the consolidation took up to three monthsmonths in, I was concerned, but still continued to make the monthly paymentsIt was late when I tried to log in to my private loan account (they said my private loans weren't eligible for consolidation) they had changed my log in information to their own information, and I had to run around trying to change it back to my personal information, so I could keep up with my loans, only to find out that my consolidation had gone through months before (I was never informed) and the loans had been sold to *** (I WAS NEVER INFORMED), and guess what I found when I logged in to ***? That I was supposed to have renewed my income based payment plan over a month ago, or I would start paying $to my Department of Education loanThey called me last year to renew, but back then, I was under the impression that the money they were taking every month was going toward the loan itself, only to find out that it's a service feeSo, not only have I not made a single payment on my Department of Education loans, but they have been stealing from me for almost yearsI've called, I've emailed, and the last step will be to shut my account down
I had thought they were legitimate, as the consolidation actually went through, but their business ethics have got me running for the hills, as now I'm further into debt and unable to find a way out
I am incredibly dissatisfied with their serviceThey have been charging me for almost two years, saying they are taking care of my loan, but haven't informed me of anything happening with my accounts, and still has me do all my own paperwork and pay all my own loan paymentsOn top of that, they sold my loans to ***, who I have a tough relationship with as it is, as I am making payments to them already (that I really can't afford) and I will be expecting to make more, larger payments on top of the ones I'm already makingDue to unfortunate circumstances, I'm only able to work part time, and simply cannot make these paymentsI am furious, to say the least

This company is a SCAM and I wish I had done more research before getting involved with themThey claim they can lower your student loan payments and get you on a year plan instead of 20, but the reality of the situation is they just take your money!! After the first year of signing up for this program they hounded me about renewing everythingI later found out that my payments were not going to the Department of Education for my student loans and were in fact just going directly to the companyMy student loans were delinquent and it greatly impacted my credit scoreAfter speaking with a very nice woman with a company called *** I was able to get my loans current and arrange payment arrangements with themI am still in the process of taking care of this United Advisors Group mess as we speak

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I would like to state that the complaint was filed after several efforts to make contact and was only contacted this week I was not speaking out of truth in my original complaint After a couple missed phone calls and an email I tried to call back and received a voice message system on Monday after the original complaint had been filed I emailed back saying that I would be unavailable until Wednesday and again received missed phone calls on Tuesday to which I again returned an email and attempted to call back I recognize I had missed calls from this company after the complaint was filed My voice mailbox is broken and have been trying to get it fixed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They never asked for the information until I contacted you about what was going onThey also refused to refund me the $that they owe me for not doing what they were contracted to doI told them that if they were not going to refund me the money, then they would be hearing from my lawyerThe person I spoke with said that is fine, but we will not refund all of your moneyIf they had of asked me for the information before, I would have given it to them, but like I stated, they never asked for itThey never even offered to fix my credit, which has been destroyed by their lack of communication with the Federal Student loan people for days.
