Client was consolidated and program placement was completed in October The payment break down was suppose to be uploaded to Secured Account Service (Trust Company SAS) in order for SAS to start making lender paymentsAn old employee of UAG [redacted] never did uploaded the document as she was suppose toShe is no longer with us as this was not the first mistake she made Instead she had them make a one time lender payment on 10/and 3/This client was given a refund of all payments made after March $total when the mistake occurredThank you for your time please let us know if you need any further informationKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

Thank you for letting us know about the client complaint. United Advisors Group had a representative by the name of [redacted] work with this client to resolev the issues. Fed Loans had canceled the consolidation submitted on behalf the client and United Advisors Group... has resubmitted to move the process along. The client does not want to wait as it is taking longer than normal even though UAG has no control of the time frame. The client has received a full refund and has decided not to move forward at this time. The client is advised to contact UAG if she needs any help in the future. Thank you for your time please let me know if you need any further information. Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

This client claims no payments have every been made to her account and because of that she will be contacting an attorneyUAG explained to the client that because she qualified for a $payment through the Department of Education due to her income back last AprilEven thought the client qualifies for a $payment that payment still counts towards repayment and discharge of the loanClient was extremely rude, telling UAG employees shut up as well calling them a [redacted] UAG told the client that not only did we do the work but also completed a whole yearthis client does not understand how the program worksAs to the client stating they are past due days, this client is up for renewal as of April This program is income based and must be re applied for every months through the department of EducaitonThey take the most current income and determine if the payment should stay the same, increase or decreaseUAG has been trying to renew this client with no successIf a client fails to renew each year they automatically fall into a standard program that is the largest payment you can have with the servicer If the client would take the time to review the contract signed it is very clear as to the process and service provided by UAGThis client has been cancelledThere is no reason for an adult to speak to another adult in this manner especially when the job was done correctly Below is a link that explains the program from the Department of Education website to ensure the job was done correctly https://studentaid.ed.gov/repay-loans/understand/plans/income-driven To make such treats as this person has one to UAG without understanding the process is very un professional and should be removed Thank you for your time please let UAG know if you need any further information at this timeKind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

UAG engages in fraudulent and unethical business practices Not only did they take my money for months with no proof of any work done on my student loan consolidations, they only responded when I stopped paying them monthly payments for the "services" they allegedly provide In addition, they are highly unprofessional, rude and unresponsiveMy case was not worked on until I sent strongly worded emails indicating I was filing a complaint with the state Attorneys General office After repeatedly trying to cancel with them, I was told I "could not cancel." Suddenly, and without any communication in writing or verbally, my loan was sold to a company I did not approve or chooseBecause of UAG's fraudulent practices, I lost a considerable amount of money to them and now have a loan with a servicer that was far worse than the government loan servicer I had before This company should be shut down and I am hoping my complaint with the California State Attorney General will do so I urge others who have been scammed by UAG to contact their state attorney general and file a complaint

This is a complaint in error as this client has been cancelled with UAG for a yearThe client was not even a client for a month when she told UAG she was cancelling to work with another company Client will reply to the Revdex.com as wellIt is clients like this that have placed so many UN necessary complaints on the Revdex.com about UAG without looking at the details or reading the contract before submitting a complaintThe contract gives the details of UAG's service very clear with a very fair refund and cancellation policyUAG's Revdex.com shows many complaints but it does not say how many of the are bogus and should be removed hurting our reputationIf you need any further information please let UAG knowKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This was NEVER told to me. Mr. [redacted] did not tell me that I qualified for a $0 payment. If that is the case, why did Fedloan.gov report that I was past due and no payment was ever made on my account since December of 2014 when they acquired my loan? When logging on to my account, my monthly payment was $1846.19 a month not $0. It was also never told to me that my payments still counted towards the discharge of my loan. Yes, I was rude to Mr. [redacted] , who continued to talk over me as I was attempting to get answers to my questions. Yes, I did tell him to shut up and did call him a [redacted] *** He and his company took money from me! I was completely upset! Yes, I do know how the program works and I know after investigating the status of my student loans, that my income based repayment plan which I sent UAG the paperwork for in September of 2014 for 2015 including my current pay stubs and tax information from 2014 was never submitted as stated it would be. Again, since Nov. of 2013 I have been making monthly payments to UAG through Secure Account Services with the promise that my monthly student loan payment was being made on my behalf. This was clearly never done. Taking money for services that were never completed sounds like theft to me. If my monthly payment was indeed $0 a month, why was UAG collecting monthly payments from me in the amounts varying from $360 to the most recent payments of $150.20 per month? Where did this money go? Obviously not to pay my student loans as stated it would in the contract that I signed in Nov. 2013. I was not up for renewal as of April 2015. I was up for renewal as of Jan. 1, 2015. UAG contacted me in Sept. of 2014 and asked me to provide my income, and tax information so that they could begin the process of renewing my income-based repayment program. April of 2015 means nothing, other than a date that UAG is putting out there. Being 97 days past due had nothing to do with a renewal in April of 2015. It means that UAG did not pay my loans and hadn't since they were consolidated with Fedloan.gov in Dec. of 2014. Nor did they pay my loans prior when they were with Great Lakes Loan Servicing and Navient. Both organizations verified that no payments in any amounts were ever submitted on my behalf since I signed up with UAG. Since Nov. of 2013 I have paid $4132.11 to UAG. I was able to get a refund back from Secure Account Services who was the trust company who held my money. However, there was only $1334.88 in the account. I was also able with the assistance of my bank to file a bond claim and get two payments of $150.20 back for a total of $300.40. This leaves $2546.83 which was taken and unaccounted for. I have reviewed my contract several times and UAG is in clear violation of it. It should also be noted that since I canceled my account with UAG on 6/17/15, and told them they are no longer to have access to any of my accounts, UAG attempted to illegally log into my Navient online student loan account to change my address back to the address of their company in Irvine, CA. Navient caught this activity and contacted me immediately. UAG does not have permission to access any of my student loan accounts. With Navient's assistance, I am reporting to the US Dept. of Education that my account was accessed without my permission. As far as contacting an attorney, yes I have. I have several written complaints sent out to many different state and federal agencies that will be investigating the alleged fraudulent activity. Also, as far as making threats, there were no threats made. The fact was stated that I would contact an attorney, which I did, and follow up on the options that I have in order to file complaints against UAG which again I completed. While I admit that I could have handled myself more professionally on the phone, I do not dispute the fact that $2546.83 was taken from me and I want that money back. [redacted] N. [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
