Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I declined this offer because they lie and say stuff that is not true...I was on hold multiple times for an hour or more waiting for some one..I got rude with them because they over talk you where you can't say anything at allAlso I requested all the documents to be sent to me in the mail because what ever they sent me in my email you can't open upthat's why I called and requested everything in the mail.also this guy named [redacted] contacted me after he received my complaint and still was only going to give me one refund until I said I wouldn't follow through with my complaint on the Revdex.com..so I lied and said I wouldn't complain but I am going to still complain because people need to know how they are.I'm sorry for that but all they do is scam you for money because then he offered the same service for no cost at allthey paid the over draft fees after all finally..and they call me everyday since trying to get my business still and they don't get it I'm done with being taken advantage of just because I'm young but not dumb thank you Revdex.com I appreciate your awesome help with this] Regards, [redacted] ***

On day I will learn to research companies before I fall for their line of legal bureaucracyA member [redacted] called me and kept me on the phone for hours convincing me to let them help me reduce my School loan debt and have it paid off in years instead of yearsI agreed and so did my husbandA double whammy They took $ from each of us one time and then approximately $100/month for monthsThey promised we would here from them in months with a response of accepted or declinedWe paid them without a problem as a bank withdrawal and no response ever cameI started trying to call, email, text, and leaving messages within a few days to stop the processNo one answered the phone or returned my messagesI still to this date cannot reach them (949-556-3010)I had to change my debit card and checking account to stop them in their tracks and still no response from themThey are scamming individuals and getting away with itThey told me they worked with lawyers that could cut through the governmental red tapeWhat a joke!!! DO NOT EVER ACCEPT THESE PEOPLES ADVICE OR AGREE TO LET THEM HELP YOUTHEY WON'TTHEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY

This client is upset as UAG has not received income/proof of disabilityWe figured out the issue was the USPSThe following message was received by the client when the mail was returnedOn April 5, 2017, 2:pm tracking was updated to Undeliverable as Addressed IRVINE, CA The address was correct so not sure why it was returned.the client emailed pay stubs to our processing team but the picture is not clearShe is now going to resend the pay stubs via emailWe will confirm when received to finish the process

I have reviewed this client account and cancelled it out with no fault of UAG UAG is a document preparation company that processes the consolidation application and completes the program placement on behalf this clientHer consolidation went through correctly as the agreement states it shouldThe program placement phase can’t be completed until the client send UAG the income verification to submit to the servicerFor some reason it took her a very long time to get us your income verificationAs well she told UAG your income was $15,a year when you signed your agreements and when you sent your income verification in it shows you annual income as $39,This amount is more than double the original amount and will raise your payment on your student loansWith all of the being said UAG has done what they agreed to do on your behalf I’m not understanding why she need a refund when she is in the correct program and UAG has done nothing wrong Thank you for your time Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

At first, they were friendly and helpfulEverything seemed to be greatUpon re-application after the first year, THEY screwed up the paperwork somehow and canceled my account with themWhen I called to sort it out, I was told the notice I got in the mail saying the account was canceled was in error and that everything was goodA few months later, I received a note in the mail from my original lender stating my loans were in default for NON-PAYMENT!! Now, I can't get anyone from their company on the phone to sort it out and my voice messages have ALL gone un-returnedHORRIBLE business to work with and now I have a huge mess to sort out with the Deptof Ed

This client is complaining that complaining that UAG lied to her and and told her the GTX payments go towards her loansIf you read the signed agreements it is clearly written out in places explaining there is a student loan payment and a service feeUAG Explained this to her in detailThe agreements clearly state that the GTX payment go to UAG not towards her loans balanceShe has access to her secure portal with her signed agreements 24/to referenceUAG processed her student loan consolidation and requested for her income to complete the processAt this time she hasn't sent UAG her income verificationHer payments are not based off her income right now because she has not sent us her income verification and she knows that we need her income in order to lower the paymentsShe said she wants to keep the payments as is and if she wants us to lower the payments she'll send us her income laterEverything has been done as it should have beenIf you have any further questions please let us knowKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

Thank you for sending UAG this complaintThe legitimate issue at hand was resolved today 4/23/This client was canceled out on 4/9/When the account was closed a message is uploaded to GTX the escrow company that handles all fundsGTX forgot to close the account and charge the client more payment when they were not suppose to causing an over draft fee for the clientUAG contacted GTX they apologize and will cover the over draft feeWe have never put this client on hold for hours at a time the opposite he hung up on a representative by the name of [redacted] and was very rudeThere is not reason to mail his all the documents when he has a secure login to the CRM and can view the documents online 24/His story does not ad upThe account is closed and there is no longer a working relationship between UAG and [redacted] ***If you need further information please reach out to UAGKind Regards, United Advisors Group LLC

UAG does not pay the current student loan paymentsThe client is responsible in pay her current student loan payment until the consolidation goes throughOnce it has been approved they will pay the new lower amount approved by the department of educationThe fee paid to UAG is a service fee for a service providedThis is clearly stated in the contract signed by the clientI apologize if the client was unhappy with the customer service as we think customer service is very important to our company the clients pay did come back higher than quoted but this is due to the clients income since this is an income based program which UAG has zero control over UAG will refund one more payment to the client but has done work on the client file up until the file was cancelledIf you need any further information please reach out.

This client has bent the truth more times than not and is wasting everyone's timeHe was cancelled with UAG begging for UAG to take him back and start services with us againThen he wanted to be cancelledHe has not even paid UAG any payments as he had insufficient funds twice. I'm not sure why he wants to argue back and forth when he is cancelled and does not want to pay for a serviceThis working relationship is done as UAG wont be working with this client and has not taken any money for payment at this time. new consolidation has gone throughThe consolidation through the Department of Education can take 30-dayUnited Advisors Group has not control of this time frame it depends on how backed up the DOE is currently The status of the consolidation is still in processThe client is not past due for more days on her current loansWe need her current pay stubs or tax return to finish program placement and then it will be complete and the old loan will be paid offAs soon as the client can get us this information we can finalize everythingEsther is going to call and email the client again letting her know these items are still outstanding. This clients program placement was denied in September for being out datedThe client was made aware on 11/6/that UAG needed income verification less than days oldThe client then changes the online access for Fed Loans ServicingThis client has stopped payments several times
through out the processUAg has done everything they can at this time and have been waiting on the clientUAG will close out her account and she can finish the process on her own since she is not doing her part in order for UAG to complete their service. I *** *** have not spoken to UAG regarding this matterThis company response is not correct stating they have spoken to me to revolve this issueThe answer to the consolidation is yes and it has been completed by me and not UAGI contacted the student loan department to revolve the phone calls and letters sent for payments due that I could not afford to pay due to my incomeSo if I cannot afford t pay them I surely can't afford to give a company payments for nothingI do not wish to move forward with United Advisors Group after my experience with this company which has been a very bad experienceAfter reading other complaints on the Revdex.com about this company who has also experienced the sameI feel as though UAG is scamming innocent people and I don't see this company is for my best interest which is my student loansI have spoken with student loans consultants and been told payments to UAG should have not never been made due to my income

I started working with this organization in They told me without their service my student loan payment would be about $1,000/month and with their service it would a little over $500/monthEvery year they would push for me to refinance my loan to lower my payment, which would ultimately reset the term of the loanObviously, this would prolong paying my student loans off indefinitelyI told them I was comfortable making the payment I have been making, which they gave me a hard time about pushing to lower my paymentI started asking about shortening the term and paying more, but they would not help with that and started making excuses why they could not do that
Then they told me that I could no longer file my taxes jointly with my wife with no explanationFiling separately would cost me more money
I finally decided that dealing with UAG was a pain and I will just pay my loans directI called them numerous times leaving voicemails and never received a call backSo when it was time to renew, they stated calling and sent me paperworkI ignored them like they ignored me and did not renew my service with them, they then continued to take $a month out of my bank account
I called again numerous times leaving voicemails with no return callI finally went to the bank and blocked them from taking money out of my accountWhich cost me $to blockNow I am waiting to see if they have the guts to call me to complain about not getting $41/month for doing nothingThe best part is that my payment direct is only $440/monthThis organization is unethical so beware!
