UAG has done everything they promisedThe consolidation was submitted and approved, the program placement was done and approved and the client was renewedThis client wrote to the Revdex.com because she did not want to pay UAG service feesIt was the clients choice to
call UAG and sign up for UAG's serviceShe could have done this on her own in the first place, UAG did not force her to pay a feeTHE UAG contract, compliance script and welcome call all tell the client they can do this on their own or hire UAG service to assist them This client thinks the Revdex.com can stop service or fees which is ridiculousThis clients file has been cancelled with no refund as everything was done correctly and the client can continue on her own All she had to do was submit a request in writing to end the service as the contract stats very clearlyIt is so important that every client reads the contract through thoroughly before proceeding which would eliminate a majority of the Revdex.com notification UAG receivesIf you need any further information please let UAG know.

If there was an option to select less as a rating, I wouldTHIS IS A SCAMDO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I have a hard time believing they are still in businessThey promised to pay off my loans for me and in turn I would pay them directly (with a small service fee)A year after signing up with this company, I received a phone call to my home phone letting me know that I was past due on my payment to the Department of EducationI logged in online to see that United Advisors Group had changed my email, telephone number, home address, etcto all of their informationI contacted the Department of Education only to find out that not one penny had been paid to them for my loans and that I was in delinquent statusI had paid almost $to United Advisors Group over the last year only to find out that they were just pocketing my moneyThat had not done what they had promised to doIf my loan company had not have found a way to get in contact with me that day, my credit would be seriously messed upI immediately put a stop payment on my accountI continued to be harassed by the company about not being able to take money out of my account until they received a letter from my attorneyThen they sent me an email saying that they were sorry we would no longer be doing business togetherI now have an attorney who is helping me fight to get my money back
When I found out that my loans had not been paid off by UAG, I tried contacting them many times with no answer/responseI left voicemails and sent emails and still received no responseDO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY or you will be in my situation fighting a legal battle over your moneyCome to find out, working with the Department of Education is much simpler and CHEAPERJust call them first before resorting to one of these scam companies

On, December 04, I was contacted by this company saying they could lower my student loans , which I really needed, they asked for my account number and said auto pay is the only way they can do it, I paid and said my payments would be dollars a month, and would be taken out of my account automaticallyI was given a long in and every time I tried it, it didn't work, I called, emailed, and even faxed them to cancel They never called me back or contacted meI was my reoccurring payments to stop and I want my to be refundedI am still getting billed by my Original Loan manager *** UAG did nothing for me

*** *** Torres signed up for our services
7/24/with *** ***This client has paid an initial payment of $on and decided she cant afford this amount so United Advisors Company refunded the $and charged $insteadThis ***ves remaining payments of to be drafted on the 30th of each month.
On 7/25/this clients file was reviewed and uploaded to GTX the Trust ServicesOn 7/28/the client had her welcome call to discuss the program with *** ***It was discussed during the welcome call that the client was out of forbearance time on her current student loan and must continue to make the current student loan payment until her consolidation goes through and gets approved*** *** called in concerned on 7/and spoke with *** *** explained the pros and cons of her situation and *** *** wished to continue.
When all of the payment information and changes were resolved the consolidation was submitted on 9/11/The consolidation was submitted through the Department of Education which can take 60-days depending on how backed up the Department of Education is.
On 9/25/*** *** emailed the client to to inform her that she is out of forbearance time with her current lender and past due.
On 10/8/the client called very upset that her current lender is past due The contract and our employees state to all clients that they must keep their current servicer current until the consolidation is complete.
Below is a portion of the signed contract by this client-
DISCLOSURESClient acknowledges that UAG has provided the following disclosures to Client prior to or at the time of the signing of
this Agreement:
(A) UAG DOES NOT ADVISE CLIENT TO MISS ANY LOAN PAYMENTSUAG recommends Client make all
payments on time to all creditorsFailure to timely pay loans could negatively impact Client in numerous waysClient should not accept
any advice to delay making any loan payment, ***n if those loans will be paid off with a contemplated new loan
(B) UAG IS NOT A LENDER OR LOAN SERVICERUAG is a service provider, providing a service to ClientUAG
does not represent Client’s loan holders or loan servicers and the Services provided by UAG are not under the direction of any student
loan servicer or loan holder.
(C) UAG IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE GOVERNMENT AND THE SERVICES RENDERED BY UAG ARE NOT
UNDER THE DIRECTION OR MANAGEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OR ANY STUDENT LOAN HOLDER OR STUDENT LOAN SERVICERS.
UAG is a private for profit business
(D) The loan program(s) UAG will be applying for on Client’s behalf pursuant to this Agreement is/are available for
Client to apply for free of charge on his/her own directly through the DOE and/or with Client’s student loan servicer(s)***N THOUGH
CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT HE/SHE IS FREE TO APPLY FOR THE LOAN PROGRAM(S) WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF UAG, CLIENT IS
CHOOSING TO ENGAGE THE SERVICES OF UAG AND PAY UAG’S FEES PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT.
(D) Notwithstanding UAG’s best efforts, Client’s student loan servicer(s) or loan holder(s) may not agree to
change Client’s loan(s)UAG CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMEIF AN ACCEPTABLE LOAN PLAN IS NOT REACHED,
CLIENT MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, AND UAG WILL REFUND TO CLIENT ALL FEES PAID TO UAG
It is very important that the client stays current to be approved for the Department of Education program to lower their payments to help the financial situation of each personUnited Advisors Group LLC is not a credit bureau or government agent we provide a service as you would hire an accountant to complete your taxes I understand that the client is upset that her credit reporting score has decreased but United Advisors Group is not responsible for making her current lender payments.

Federal Student Loan that is the payment split over months for United Advisors Group service fee to process the consolidation through the Department of EducationThe contracts signed by the client clearly stats the payment break down. If you would like a copy please let us know and we can send you a copyAfter the client signed the contract a compliance script was read to her as well making sure she understood which she agreed toAt this time United Advisors Group has done everything we are suppose to the consolidation is on track with the Department of EducationThe client was frustrated how long the process is taking but that is on the Department of Education and we cant change the Department of Education processThey are backed up and taking 60-days on average currently*** *** has reach out to this client and she was very rude not understanding the process the consolidation takes making comments about United Advisors Group when nothing harmful has been doneAt this time we planned on refunding the clientUnited Advisors Group LLC would like to help as many people as possible especially those who don't understand the process, but some people are to difficult to assistWe cant not refund the money as the client revoked the charges with her bank already instead of calling and asking for the money from United Advisors Group LLC Our company wishes this person the best and advises the call the Department of Education to get a better understanding of how the consolidation works to ensure she is I the best position with her Federal Student Loans If you need any further information please reach out to us.

Thank you for forwarding UAG this complaintTo start UAG is a document preparation serviceProcessing the consolidation application on behalf of the client for a service feeThe signed contract clearly state the client is responsible for the current Student
Loans until the consolidation goes through and once the consolidation is approved the client will pay a service fee to UAG and their own new payment for the Federal Student Loan Payment with the new Servicer. This client signed up for the Income based program with a $dollar qualifying payment to the Department of EducationThe client was approved for the program stated int he signed contractsThis Income based program must be applied through annually as the Department of Education needs to update the clients income to re approveThis client renewed on 11/14/for a new one year contract starting on 2/10/One payment has been made for this contractThis client is claiming UAG did not do what was promised and that is falseEverything has been done according to the contract and the client is on tract with her student loans forgiveness programthis client is requesting all service fees back when all services were providedThe Client said she needs the moneyThe client is being refunded the 1 payment made from the renewal contract and wished the best as it is not a good fitThe client wont listen and is trying to tarnish the name of UAGIf you need a copy of the contracts or further information please let me know.

This client thought she was being ignored and did not realize the consolidation process can take 30-days on average with the Department of EducationThe sent in her updated pay stubs are requested and is waiting for the program placement to be completeThis

After reading this clients complaint it is very clear that she is misunderstanding the process and the service UAG is providing. Back in August *** *** walked the client through the entire agreement and
answered all questions clarifying all
questions and concerns all your allegations you made in your complaint
alreadyIf you wish I can go over everything with you again*** has called and emailed the client awaiting a response to assist her with the continued confusionIts very important to UAG that each client understands the process thoroughly feeling satisfied with the processThe statement alluding that UAG told you your loans would be forgiven in years is incorrectThere are not currently and programs through the Department of Education that forgive Federal Student loans that in yearsThe program you signed for is a year
forgiveness program as stated in the agreement you signed (year
public service loan forgiveness) as long as the client is employed full-time
for a public service organizationHow the program works is the client makes payments on-time the Department of Education allows the client to become
eligible to receive full forgiveness of the remaining balance (interest and principal) on Direct
Loans through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
UAG is not a debt negotiator nor or they affiliated with the governmentUAG is a document prep company that process the consolidation on behalf the client to make sure they take full advantage of the best government program available
The service fee of $fee is for the service UAG is providing divided over months to make it more affordable. It does not go towards your loan payments. The agreement signed by the client clearly states multiple
times; (â01COur Service Fees are not payments on your student loan debt
Our Service Fees are in addition to and independent of any of your
student loan obligations and are fees paid to us for services
rendered.â01D)
The complaint requested full refundIn the agreement signed it states "
day refund policy; â01CYOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN DAYS FROM
THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AND RECEIVE A
FULL REFUND OF ANY/ALL FEES PAID TO US.â01D). The client is not eligible for a refundPlease have the client call *** so they can discuss the issues at hand and make a decision to move forward or cancel the service

""> Late this past week, the Business that I filed the complaint against contacted me and responded to my repeated attempts at resolving my issueThey reluctantly agreed that they did owe me a refund and have since made good on it. This client has one FFEL loan with NavientTo consolidate and get into a repayment program she must complete the PSLF (public service loan forgiveness) applicationThe application was was mailed to the client for her current employer to completeThe client called the Department of
Education and they told her she can do this on her ownSo at this time the client mailed the application to the DOE on her own awaiting approvalUAG informs the client they can do this process on their own int he contract and compliance script read to them when they sign upThis is not new news she hired UAG for a service to assist herUAG has a money back guarantee if they don't successfully get the consolidation done or it does not get approvedThe client did not allow UAG to finish the process now demanding a refund as UAG was still waiting for the PLSF form from the clientAnyone can do the process on their own but this client hire UAG for the assistance it the serviceThat was her choice as she contacted UAGThe account has been closed and the working relationship is doneIf you need any further information please let us know.
