I had help from several people at this organization and especially Mary K. Since this application/registration was new to me it was hard to sort out bogus requests from other companies who acted like they were a part of the application process. Mary asked me to forward anything that looked suspicious to her and she would let me know if it was something I needed to respond to - or not! One of these callers actually asked me for $599.00 and she was pretty convincing! Fortunately, I called Mary who was there to advise me that this kind of thing should be expected but not to worry - I could rely on her if I had any questions. I am grateful for her help! This is too much to navigate by oneself!
