Case Manager, Mary Kelly was not only a professional supporter of our agency's work to complete the US Federal Contractor Registration, she was my cheerleader ("You Can Do This!"). Especially for small non profits like our's, complex registrations can often mean the agency does not successfully complete the form and this means a loss of access to grants and other programs for which the agency is dependent upon to deliver its mission. Everyone at this business was well acquainted with their work, each one was quite responsive to my request, and the information on each email or telephone conversation was quite professional. I would recommend this entity (SAM) to anyone, as they obviously train their staff well, and the people who are involved with customers are interested in doing a great job.
Paige was great. For me, who was entering the US registration process for the first time, Paige offered me simple instructions, and helped walk me through the somewhat convoluted process.
There was a break in the link between DUNS and SAMS and we spent a few weeks trying to figure it out which slowed down the process but this was not her fault.

We never agreed to sign up for anything or gave approval to debit our account.
We never approved the debit for $599.00 on June 28th 2019.
Seeking a refund for the full amount.
On June 25th, the client placed an order via our website for us to complete their SAM Registration. That same day, the assigned case manager reached out and confirmed that the client knew about the order and that we're a Third Party firm. After that, the client continued to communicate and cooperate with our team throughout the entire process. On 7/22/19, the registration was submitted and on 7/25/19, the registration became active. This is the first time the client has addressed any concerns with their order or charge. Otherwise, we would have discussed a resolution sooner. We request that the client reach out to our Billing Department to go over their questions and concerns further.
