We had great service . They took a lot of time helping with difficult government certification. If it wasn't for Savannah, I don't know where we would be. We use them for ANY government certification.

In a world where "good" customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find, USFCR gives us hope. Regarding the more administrative duties up front, USFCR wasted no time in providing excellent instruction and advice on a personal level (1-on-1 over the phone). The staff was timely in helping me to complete my registration. Long story short: I started the SAM process last week; thanks to USFCR, I now have all of my codes in order to do business with the government.

Excellent Job! Mary K. made the whole process so easy! She actually discovered we had been registered before so we just had to go through updating our account and getting approved. She responded quickly each time I had a question which I consider a big bonus point!!! And she was able to answer all my questions easily. I will most likely consider using USFCR when it comes time to renew since they know all the ins and outs to get things done correctly and quickly.

USFCR more than helped me with my Veterans Certification and Contractor registrations,- they made it happen. Left up to me, I still would be no where near getting this done and it probably would have never happened.

Savannah S, its an expert in the matter of getting any company certify as a Veteran or Disable Veteran. she is very diligent and on top of her work. she communicated with me almost every day when ever she need it something from me she was on top of it. I would already knew before I get a call from the VA what documentation the need it.
