Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I paid $for the privilege to use a convenience check interest free until January 31, However, I was charged interest $of the interest was refunded, but $was not The last time I called the business, I was informed that the remainder of the interest wasn't refundable, and that I would have to pay the account in full to stop receiving interest charges Thus, at great inconvenience to me, I paid off the account in full, and I was prevented from using the privilege that I paid $to use In order to resolve the complaint, I am asking for a refund of $ I was offered $by telephone from a company representative a day or two ago, but I told the representative that that wasn't enough compensation Regards, *** [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Your statement is completely untrue[redacted] e-mailed me through the USAA app with an apology on Friday, March 2nd for not getting back to me with a response from the bank, and I responded that evening asking why she was unable to communicateI received no response through her preferred communications channelInstead, she called me late on Monday morning (5th) with a request to call her, which I did on Tuesday (6th) but she was out of the officeYou now have reported a statement to the Revdex.com on Wednesday, March 7thMy previous complaints about wrongful withholding of funds and the more & more obvious customer services issues complaints make it impossible to accept your blanket statements that you don’t do anything wrongThis correspondence is the most consistent of anything that USAA has to offer in the way of communicationIt certainly appears this way it’s because this is a publicity registered complaint since internal complaints are ignored or misalignedI’m adding falsified reporting to my complaint against USAA Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only way to get anyone to actually "review" your file from this business is to have to file a complaint with a third partyWhen I spoke with [redacted] she explained that the "tool" that is offered as a courtesyI am very well aware how tools work nor was I under any impression that was pulling my credit for the credit cardHowever, again it is very misleading to provide a "tool" that shows a credit score and recommendations, then solicit offers to clientsOne would believe based on both of these things that some sort of soft inquiry would have been done to prompt this offer to go outThen to find out Equifax was pulled to review an application and the score and information is different than the "tool" you provide, complete bait and switchWhen [redacted] went to go over my credit file with me over the phone she asked me questions as if she were brand new to credit and most certainly not privy to underwritingMy denial reasons were bankruptcy which I have re-established well since with no slow payments or derogatory since then and LOC and utilizationI attempted to discuss this but was shut down in every aspect an did not find any representative helpful, not even "hey thanks for always paying all of your auto policy payments on time and we see that you are a good client, with banking relationship, we will as a courtesy counter approve you with a small $to $to let you prove yourself" NOPENothingInsultingIt feels very cold :We will remove you from future mailings and you can call [redacted] anytime.- Thanks for all of thatBut you didn't help me with balance transfers and you dinged my credit score after getting my hopes up that I was getting a credit card offer, because that is what it was! I only applied after getting the OFFERI never apply for creditI applied after using your tool to justify if my credit would be valid to meet your requirementsGuess notEquifax was DRASICALLY differentYou should check the validity of your tools Bait and switch to the full extentOFFERED CARD after using a invalid TOOL that you OFFER and DENIED card!
