Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did speak with the manager that dayHowever, I am still not satisfied with this serviceHe contacted me again regarding some information for a trip to [redacted] and again I let him know that the price they quoted was still more than I could find at a travel website that I do not have to pay forHe then mentioned the voucher they gave us for a free vacationStated that I ciuld put it towards the [redacted] Like I explained even using that voucher technically im still paying moreI could go to another website and spend less and just save the free vacation voucher He actually insisted on that there were things available a low prices and he mentioned some namesAs I told him, at the time we do not have a specified time for travelingInstead he said since we are having problems that he would upgrade our membershipWhich is NOT what I wantedI want to be able to use the website and find affordable rooms/condos, with or without using the free vacation voucherHe did send me a confirmation email regarding the lifetimeHowever, that's not what I wantedAlso, now they are calling stating we didn't make a payment which has been going out automaticallyI told him I was not comfortable with giving someone my account number as they should already have itNothing has changedI told him I also didn't want to be liable for any late fees or penalties because, again, until now it had been going out automatically and nothing has changedThank you Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on October 12, At the time of purchase, this customer signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period No cancellation request was ever submitted, in person or otherwise Their personal login was issued on October 22, 2013, and a login audit shows they logged in that same day A review of their account shows that they have only contacted the sales office one time, on December 12, 2013, with questions about their account Their last call to Reservations was December 5, 2013, and they have not logged in since February 24, In April of this customer contacted the billing company to make a payment on their billing account They paid by credit card over the phone, and also requested that an auto debit form be mailed to them However, they did not return the auto debit form, nor did they make any additional payments on their account After months of unanswered and unreturned phone calls, the billing company entered their account into Collections in October of That notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on July 4, A review of their account shows that they have not contacted Reservations since March 19, A login audit confirms that they have not logged in since June 2, The last payment made on their billing account was on January 21, 2016, however there has been no negative impact to their credit report The first time this customer contacted the sales office for assistance was by email submitted on March 24, We reached out to this customer and left voicemails on March 25, March 29, and March We have since been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on June 21, At the time of purchase, they signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted Their personal login was issued on July 1, On September 1, this customer booked a Resort Week via the website in Hot Springs, Arkansas over the Christmas Holiday On November 29, they contacted Reservations with questions about booking a second unit for a family member, who had booked the same Resort through someone else for nearly three times the cost They ultimately booked a second Resort Week via the website for the same dates for only $more than their original reservation On February 3, they contacted Reservations regarding Hotels in California, but stated they would continue to look for suitable hotel rooms utilizing the website There have been no additional calls to Reservations, and they have never contacted the sales office for assistance That notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

It is unfortunate that this client has had such poor first experiences with our productAfter speaking extensively with these clients we believe that there has been a genuine misunderstanding concerning our range of benefitsWe never allow our people to say that we have "thousands of choices in any location" for instance, but "thousands of resorts worldwide"Our signature product, for example, would not be offered in StClairsville, Ohio (where these clients tried to use the product in January)We offer a wide range of resorts and those that utilize the program in destination resorts find the savings and benefits to be substantialWe do not, however, offer resort condo weeks in every location on the planet These resorts are built in major vacation destinations, and subject to availabilityIn this case we have communicated directly with the consumer to resolve this issue to mutual satisfaction

We spoke with this customer on November 5, 2015, at which point he claimed he received quotes to Virginia Beach that he felt were high However, this customer has never contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings He made a number of hotel reservations using the website directly, but each reservation was for a short overnight hotel stay roughly miles away from where he lives There have been no vacation requests made We also reached out to this customer via email on November 8, 2015, however he has not yet responded We are unable to move forward with any resolution until he does

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 10, On September 22, we received an email from this customer, the same day that this complaint was submitted to the Revdex.com of Hawaii A response was immediately sent to this customer offering assistance A review of this account shows that they have never contacted Reservations for any type of assistance In addition, prior to September the only logins made on the account were twice in April of and once in May of Although we feel that this complaint was unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base We have already been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

This complaint was completely unwarranted, especially considering that this complaint was submitted to the Revdex.com prior to this consumer ever contacting Vacation Breeze for assistance This complaint was submitted on May 1, 2015, however this consumer did not contact our office until May 2, to request cancellation He was instructed to follow the cancellation procedure as detailed in his contract, and his cancellation request has subsequently been received and processed This consumer was never treated in anything less than a courteous manner Furthermore, due to his cancelling his purchase, he has never utilized the Vacation Breeze product, and therefore has no ability to comment on its worthWe take exception to these fictitious and libelous statements being portrayed as “fact” That notwithstanding, the underlying issue here has been resolved Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied consumers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on December 6, At the time of purchase, this customer signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period No cancellation request was ever submitted A review of their account shows that they have not contacted Reservations since October 15, A login audit shows that they have not logged into their account since July 26, The last time they contacted the sales office was in February of 2015, at which time we assisted them with bringing their financed account current and waiving their past due payments However, in December of they discontinue making the monthly payments on their account After months of unanswered and unreturned phone calls, the billing company recently entered their account into CollectionsThat notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on August 1, At the time of purchase, this customer completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They returned to the sales office on August 3, and completed a second online tutorial, at which time they were also provided a temporary login to utilize at their convenience until their personal login was activated Their personal login was issued on August 11, and provided access to the same website they viewed at the time of purchase A review of their account shows that they have never called the sales office for assistance They have received numerous quotes from Reservations, yet were displeased with the most recent quote received on January 11, They did request to speak with a manager, however the manager was forced to leave a voicemail and they have never returned her call We have been attempting to reach this customer since that time, yet they have failed to respond to any of our voicemails Please encourage this customer to contact us so we may work toward a resolution We look forward to their responding to our Customer Service team Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

This consumer purchased the Vacation Breeze product on May 26, On June 2, she submitted a cancellation request via email The email was time-stamped at 9:57am HST A written confirmation of the cancellation was provided by reply email and time-stamped at 10:51am HST Our office contacted her later that same day at 2:49pm HST to confirm that her refund had been processed and that the receipt was being mailed to her address on file We received notification of this complaint from the Revdex.com today, June 3, However, the actual complaint is dated June 2, and time-stamped at 4:51pm HST This complaint was filed AFTER the cancellation and refund of this account had already taken place, and was therefore completely and utterly unwarranted This consumer chose to cancel her purchase, that cancellation was processed with professionalism and expedience, and she was promptly refunded This consumer was never treated in anything less than a courteous manner

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on June 10, This customer received and signed for their personal login information at the time of purchase, which was active that same day They also completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period (not three days) There have been no cancellation requests submitted A login audit shows that this customer logged in a handful of times in July of 2015, and then once again on November 3, There have been no logins since November 3, A review of their account shows that they have only contacted Reservations one time, on July 22, That notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on December 13, and the address listed on her agreement was taken directly from her Driver License which was issued in Alaska She chose to take advantage of the option to finance her purchase and paid only a processing fee at the time of purchase She completed a credit application in which she listed a monthly gross pay of $4,along with a co-applicant monthly gross pay of $3, This credit application was signed by both the customer and the co-applicant The last monthly payment made on this account was in March of 2014, and several months later this account was sent to collections due to its delinquent status This customer has never contacted us for assistance A review of her account shows that she has not logged in since May of 2014, and she has never contacted Reservations Although we feel that this complaint was unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base We have already reached out to this customer, and a resolution is currently underway Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on December 17, At the time of purchase, this customer signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website They further signed and initialed their understanding of the cancellation policy, which states that any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and postmarked within one week of purchase The mailing address is clearly included, however no cancellation request was ever submitted Their personal login was issued on December 27, A review of their account shows that they have never contacted the sales office for assistance A login audit shows that they have only logged into their account three times, on 12/30/13, 1/21/and 1/22/ They only contacted Reservations one time, on November 3, 2014, at which time they were quoted options in Puerto Rico They stated they would call back to look into some other options, however they never haveThis customer chose not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on December 27, As the Annual Renewal Fee is an optional fee, it is not a required payment After a 90-day grace period their online account was deactivated from usage However, their most recent login remains January 22, On June 14, we were notified by the billing company that they received a cancellation request from this customer We attempted to call this customer and left voicemail messages on both June 15th and June 16th, We have recently been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: number one: I purchase this in August thinking I would be able to afford using itnot knowing that in December I got rear ended in a car accident which has left me not working! Alas, since it was job related I am currently on [redacted] which only pays 60% of my wage! This is a medical and financial hardshipwhich I am still facing! I don't recall being compensated for two monthsI will be looking into my checking account further Two: I cant log in to my account to check on deals if I am unable to afford them at this time! Three: I had to get a credit card with lower interest to pay off this high interest account!!!! Four: I have made several attempt to resolve issues with this company and have not gotten the matter resolve to my satisfactionFive: They said they contacted me on october 6, and yes we chatted a moment, at the time I was going to be available the next afternoonI had a personal emergency that came up and could not respond thenTheir message said they would contact me by monday october I have repeatedly left messages since October 7th no return calls on their endPatiently waiting for this to be resolved Sincerely, [redacted]
