customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on October 12, 2013. At the time of purchase, this customer signed
their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two
weeks. For that reason they completed an
online tutorial of the live website, and signed and
initialed their
satisfaction of the live website. They further signed and initialed their
understanding of the one week cancellation period. No cancellation request was ever submitted,
in person or otherwise. Their personal
login was issued on October 22, 2013, and a login audit shows they logged in
that same day.
A
review of their account shows that they have only contacted the sales office
one time, on December 12, 2013, with questions about their account. Their last call to Reservations was December
5, 2013, and they have not logged in since February 24, 2014.
In
April of this customer contacted the billing company to make a payment on
their billing account. They paid by
credit card over the phone, and also requested that an auto debit form be
mailed to them. However, they did not
return the auto debit form, nor did they make any additional payments on their
account. After months of unanswered and
unreturned phone calls, the billing company entered their account into
Collections in October of
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a
resolution is currently underway. Thank

customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 28, 2014. At the
time of purchase, this customer
completed an online tutorial of the live website and initialed and signed their
satisfaction of the live website. Their personal
login information provided access to the same website viewed at the time of
purchase.
A
review of their account shows that they have never contacted the sales office
for assistance of any kind. They
contacted Reservations once regarding a three night stay in Anaheim and once
regarding a week in Maui. In both cases
they received immediate quotes. They
have not yet completed a booking, nor have they redeemed the $Resort Condo
Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase.
That
notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to
resolve this matter, and look forward to their responding to our Customer
Service team. Thank you for your

customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on August 17, 2014. A review of
their account shows that they
have never contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings. They have made seven hotel reservations using
the website directly, but have never made any other requests, including air or
resort condo requests. They have only
contacted our office one time, on November 14, 2014. The call was in reference to a hotel booking
which they had made online, and assistance was provided that day
It is unfortunate that this customer
never attempted to resolve any of his issues directly with Vacation Breeze. Although we feel that this complaint was
unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base. We have already been in contact with this customer, and a
resolution is currently underway. Thank

I am rejecting this response because:Vacation Breeze has done nothing but lieThe log was given to us and the sells person told us to our face we would not be able to use the site right away only access itThey had us come into their off the next day to purchase activities thought themThe send provided a letter to forgive the rest of the fees and still have not contacted me regarding my account statusVacation Breeze's showed us cheap nice condo so rent under $and when we went to use the site in December the condo were low quality we had out property stolen for usWe attempt to use it again in May we paid over 2k for a week in HawaiiWhen in actually it was cheaper to use ***When we went to Hawaii we attempted to contact them but their offices have movedWe are still trying to contact vacation Breeze's about closing the account and have had no luck after their response

Processing Fee equally between their three credit cards Although we believe these complaints are completely unwarranted and have absolutely no merit, for the reasons outlined below, we assume you will agree that they collectively should be listed as only one complaint.These three consumers purchased the Vacation Breeze product together on April 17, On April 19, they returned to our office to cancel their purchase in person Their cancellation was accepted in our office and a written confirmation of the cancellation was immediately provided Their refunds were returned to each of their designated credit cards within hours. Between their purchase date of April 17th, and their cancellation date of April 19th, our office has no record of any attempts at contact by any of these consumers As these complaints are all dated April 18th, it would appear that their only contact was made to the Revdex.com of Hawaii Their claim that “They refuse to answer calls or refund my money” is blatantly false In fact, their cancellation and subsequent refund had already been processed when we received notification of these complaints from the Revdex.com on April 20, 2015. These consumers received and utilized a promotional incentive for attending the sales presentation Vacation Breeze kept every promise made to these consumers in a helpful, friendly and courteous manner Due to their cancellation, these consumers have never utilized the Vacation Breeze product, and therefore have no ability to comment on its worth, much less call it a “scam” Vacation Breeze has never operated under any other name, and has never engaged in the misrepresentation of our standing with the Revdex.com These consumers’ claims are unfounded and untrue

This customer had never reached out to the Hawaii office for assistance on this issue prior to filing this complaintThis misunderstanding could have easily been avoidedThere was confusion on the terms of the annual renewal fee, which is voluntaryThis complaint is also inaccurate
concerning the sales price. Both matters have been cleared up with the client and this matter is resolved to mutual satisfaction

review of their account shows that they have never called the sales office for
assistance. They contacted Reservations
in January of 2014, and subsequently booked a short two night hotel stay in
Anaheim. They only contacted
Reservations one other time, in January of 2015, regarding a week in Las
Vegas.
This
customer chose not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on July 15, 2015. As the Annual Renewal Fee is an optional fee,
it is not a required payment. After a
90-day grace period their online account was deactivated from usage. However, a login audit shows that their most
recent login was June 20, 2015, and prior to that on January 20,

I am rejecting this response because: its not true I have tried several times to return their calls and the calls don't go through! When I called the office directly they have never returned my calls
The reason we have not booked a vacation is because there are only a few to pick from when they told us when we bought that they were hundreds to pick from After reading the complaints from other people I'm afraid to book anything in fear of losing more money!!

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on June 26, 2013. At the time of purchase, they signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks. For that reason they completed an online
tutorial of the live website. They also signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period. No such cancellation request was ever submitted, and their personal login was issued just ten days later on July 6, This customer has only contacted the sales office twice; once on July 17, regarding their login information, and once on July 10, with questions about the possibility of selling their program. They spoke with Reservations on August 22, and received quotes to the Bahamas for travel in September. They subsequently chose to vacation to Panama City Beach, FL instead, and booked their accommodations via the website. They contacted Reservations again on October 1, to obtain their Member ID, which was needed to redeem the $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase. They subsequently submitted their Certificate, and rebate check# in the amount of $was mailed to them on October 7, 2013. There have been no additional calls to either the sales office or ReservationsA login audit shows this customer has only logged into their account one time this year, on June 24, 2016. Their previous login was more than one year ago, on June 3, 2015. There were no additional logins in 2015. Shortly thereafter, on June 26, 2015, they chose to pay their financed account in full. We have re-reviewed our call logs and have found no recent calls from this customer. We have confirmed that their most recent contact was July 10, 2014. That notwithstanding, we have already reached out to them in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution. Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

their account shows that they have
not contacted Reservations since March 19, 2015. A login audit confirms that they have not
logged in since June 2, 2015. The last
payment made on their billing account was on January 21, 2016, however there has
been no negative impact to their credit report
The
first time this customer contacted the sales office for assistance was by email
submitted on March 24, 2016. We reached
out to this customer and left voicemails on March 25, March 29, and March
30. We have since been in contact with
this customer, and a resolution is currently underway

date of purchase. Their personal login
information provided access to the same website they viewed during the online

customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on August 25, 2014. A review of their account shows that they
have never contacted Reservations for any quotes or bookings. However, on October 2, they spoke with
Reservations regarding their $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate,
which had
expired. They wanted the expiration date
extended, and Reservations notified us of their request on October 5,
On
October 5, we reached out by phone and left a detailed message for this
customer regarding their request. We
followed up with an email message confirming the extension of their Certificate
to their email address on file. Later
that day we received this complaint, and we have continued to attempt to
contact them in an effort to resolve this matter. We have left messages, however to
date they have not responded. We are
unable to move forward with any resolution until they do

This customer has never called the sales office for assistance. A review of her online account shows that she has only logged in twice, on October and October 16, 2014. Furthermore, she has never contacted Reservations for any type of assistance. However, Vacation Breeze seeks
to ensure that it has a happy member base. We have since been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway

returned to the sales office on August 3, and completed a second online tutorial,
at which time they were also provided a temporary login to utilize at their
convenience until their personal login was activated. Their personal login was issued on August 11,
and provided access to the same website they viewed at the time of purchase

assistance. They have received numerous
quotes from Reservations, yet were displeased with the most recent quote received
on January 11, 2016. They did request to
speak with a manager, however the manager was forced to leave a voicemail and
they have never returned her call. We
have been attempting to reach this customer since that time, yet they have
failed to respond to any of our voicemails.
Please encourage this customer to contact us so we may work toward a
