This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on May 17, 2015.  This customer received and signed for their
personal login information at the time of purchase, which was active that same
day.  They also completed an online
tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their...

satisfaction of
the live website.  They further signed
and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period.  There have been no cancellation requests
submitted.  Furthermore, their statement
that a “fake Revdex.com site” was shown to this customer is blatantly false, and there
are certainly not “several hundred complaints” as evidenced by viewing the
official Revdex.com website today.
A
review of their account shows that they have never contacted the sales office
for assistance.  Likewise, they have
never contacted Reservations for assistance, or for any quotes or
bookings.
That
notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to
resolve this matter, and look forward to their responding to our Customer
Service team.  Thank you for your
notification, and Mahalo.

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on December 17, 2013.  At the time of purchase, this customer signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks.  For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed...

their satisfaction of the live website.   They further signed and initialed their understanding of the cancellation policy, which states that any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and postmarked within one week of purchase.  The mailing address is clearly included, however no cancellation request was ever submitted.  Their personal login was issued on December 27, 2013. A review of their account shows that they have never contacted the sales office for assistance.  A login audit shows that they have only logged into their account three times, on 12/30/13, 1/21/14 and 1/22/14.  They only contacted Reservations one time, on November 3, 2014, at which time they were quoted options in Puerto Rico.  They stated they would call back to look into some other options, however they never have. This customer chose not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on December 27, 2014.  As the Annual Renewal Fee is an optional fee, it is not a required payment.  After a 90-day grace period their online account was deactivated from usage.  However, their most recent login remains January 22, 2014. On June 14, 2016 we were notified by the billing company that they received a cancellation request from this customer.  We attempted to call this customer and left voicemail messages on both June 15th and June 16th, 2016.  We have recently been in contact with this customer and a resolution is currently underway.  Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on March 3, 2015.  At the time of purchase, she signed her understanding that her personal login would be issued within two weeks.  For that reason she completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed her satisfaction...

of the live website.   She further signed and initialed her understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted in person or otherwise.  A review of her account shows that she has only contacted the sales office one time, on March 13, 2015.  The reason for that call was to request her login information, and to change the credit card on file for both her monthly payments and the Annual Renewal Fee.  She also had questions about the $500 Resort Condo Vacation Certificate she received at the time of purchase, as she intended to take a Cruise and hoped to utilize her Certificate on that Cruise booking.  A login audit shows that she has only logged into her account three times, the most recent being March 23, 2015.  She has never contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or bookings. This customer never made any payments on her financed account, and her account was ultimately entered into Collections.  She also chose not to pay her Annual Renewal Fee on March 12, 2016.  After a grace period, her online account was deactivated from usage.  However, her most recent login remains March 23, 2015. That notwithstanding, we have already reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution.  Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on February 24, 2013.  At the time of purchase, this customer
completed an online tutorial of the live website and her personal login
information provided access to the same website she viewed at the time of
purchase.  Her only call to the sales office
was a couple of days after purchase, at which time she needed her Resort Condo
Vacation Certificate replaced as the original had fallen off her hotel balcony.
A login
audit shows that this customer has not logged in since November 25, 2014.  A review of her account shows that her last
call to Reservations was in February of 2014 regarding a week in Porta
Plato.  On February 20, 2014, a
reservation agent left a follow up voicemail, however this customer never
responded.
This
customer discontinued making payments on her financed account in May of 2015.  The last payment made was on April 24,
2015.  Due to its delinquent status, this
account was recently placed in Collections.
That
notwithstanding, we have recently reached out to this customer in an effort to
resolve this matter, and look forward to her responding to our Customer Service
team.  Thank you for your
notification, and Mahalo.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/03/06) */
We take great exception to this complaint, as it is completely libelous in nature and bears no actual facts. The facts in this case are quite clear, and there has certainly been no wrongdoing on behalf of Vacation Breeze. ...

[redacted] and her husband [redacted] attended our presentation and made a voluntary decision to purchase the Vacation Breeze product on February 11th, 2014. At the time of purchase, there were provided the opportunity to view the life software and browse the program. They returned home with ample documentation as well as our contact information, and they have never contacted us with any misgivings about their purchase. They were issued their personal Username and Password within the timeframe specified in the Terms and Conditions of their purchase. However, our records indicate they have never even attempted to login.
Fear or doubt of one's own decision is not an acceptable reason for filing a complaint such as this. That notwithstanding, we immediately reached out to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to put their concerns to rest. This matter has been fully resolved, and we expect an immediate posting by Ms. [redacted] as such, if not a formal apology.
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2014/03/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 5, 2014/02/26) */
Comment: I put in a complant on 02/23/2014 case [redacted] about getting a refund back from vacation BREEZE they contacted me and we settled.

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on September 19, 2014 with her daughter.  At the time of purchase, she signed each and every document as the Co-Buyer.  Together they signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks.  For that reason...

they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website.  They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted.  Their personal login information was activated on September 29, 2014 and submitted to them via both email and regular mail. A review of their account shows that they have only called the sales office one time, on October 25, 2014, with questions about the $500 Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase.  A login audit shows that their last login took place on August 16, 2015.  They elected not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on September 29, 2015, and their online account was subsequently deactivated from usage. This account is currently in Collections due to its delinquent status.  That not withstanding, we have already reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter.  Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo.

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 9, 2015.  At the time of purchase, this customer signed
their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two
weeks.  For that reason they completed an
online tutorial of the live website, and signed and...

initialed their
satisfaction of the live website.   Their personal login was issued on April 19,
2015, and provided access to the same website they viewed at the time of purchase.
A
review of their account shows that they have only contacted the sales office
one time, roughly a month after purchase, with questions about their login
information.  They have only contacted
Reservations one time as well, in January of this year.  However, in July of 2015 they utilized the
program to book a hotel in Seaside, Oregon, and subsequently redeemed the $500
Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase.
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and are
working toward a resolution.  Thank
you for your notification, and Mahalo.

sales office for assistance.

information at the time of purchase.  They also completed an online tutorial of the
live website and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live

customer has not logged in since September 22, 2015, only one month after their
first login on August 22, 2015.
We have
attempted to contact this customer in an effort to resolve this
matter.  We have left messages,
however to date they have not responded.
We are unable to move forward with any resolution until they do.  Thank you for your notification, and please
encourage this customer to contact us.
Mahalo.

The first and only time this customer contacted Vacation Breeze was in December of 2014, which was six months after her initial purchase.  Her call was returned and a voicemail left for her on December 14, 2014.  A review of her account shows that she has never logged in, and has never...

contacted Reservations for any type of assistance.
In addition, this customer chose to take advantage of the option to finance her purchase and paid only a processing fee of $250.  She has failed to make the monthly payments required on her account, and is now receiving calls due to its delinquent status.
Although we feel that this complaint was unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base.  We have already been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway.
Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience.
