In the year since his purchase, Mr*** has never contacted our office for assistance with his program, or for any other reasonA review of his account shows that Mr*** has only used his program to book an airline ticket in
September of He contacted Reservations in April of this year to request a vacation in ***, Florida, however he subsequently called to cancel his request
Furthermore, at the time of purchase Mr*** signed paperwork which clearly states he must pay an Annual Renewal Fee to continue using the Vacation Breeze ProgramHowever, the Annual Renewal Fee is an optional fee, and not a mandatory yearly feeIt is certainly not a commitment "for life"
Although we feel that this complaint was unwarranted, we promptly reached out to Mr*** to discuss his concernsWe are working with him to resolve this issue, and appreciate your assistance in this matter

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 17, 2015. At the time of purchase, this customer signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks. For that reason they completed an
online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website. They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted. Their personal login was issued on April 27, A review of their *** shows that they have never contacted the sales office for assistance. They have also never contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or bookings. A login audit shows that they have not logged into their *** since February 28, 2016. This customer chose not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on April 26, 2016. As the Annual Renewal Fee is an optional fee, it is not a required payment. After a grace period their online *** was deactivated from usage. However, their most recent login remains February 28, This *** is under the names of both *** “***” *** and *** ***. Both parties clearly signed all documents associated with the purchase. There is certainly nothing fraudulent about the transactionThat notwithstanding, we have already reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution. I did speak with the manager that dayHowever, I am still not satisfied with this serviceHe contacted me again regarding some information for a trip to *** *** and again I let him know that the price they quoted was still more than I could find at a travel website that I do not have to pay forHe then mentioned the voucher they gave us for a free vacationStated that I ciuld put it towards the ***Like I explained even using that voucher technically im still paying moreI could go to another website and spend less and just save the free vacation voucher He actually insisted on that there were things available a low prices and he mentioned some namesAs I told him, at the time we do not have a specified time for travelingInstead he said since we are having problems that he would upgrade our membershipWhich is NOT what I wantedI want to be able to use the website and find affordable rooms/condos, with or without using the free vacation voucherHe did send me a confirmation email regarding the lifetimeHowever, that's not what I wantedAlso, now they are calling stating we didn't make a payment which has been going out automaticallyI told him I was not comfortable with giving someone my account number as they should already have itNothing has changedI told him I also didn't want to be liable for any late fees or penalties because, again, until now it had been going out automatically and nothing has changedThank you.

We received this complaint from the Revdex.com on the afternoon of August 19, 2015, however we spoke with this customer earlier that same day and believe this matter to be already resolved
This customer contacted Vacation Breeze for the first time on the morning of August 19,
2015. She called at 7:26am and left a voicemail. She called again at 7:50am and was advised that our staff does not arrive until 8am, and that her call would be returned shortly. At 8:43am she spoke with a representative who assisted her and answered her questions. An email confirming the details of that conversation was sent to her at 10:22am
Following receipt of this complaint we contacted this customer again today, August 20, 2015, who confirmed that she filed this complaint prior to speaking with our representative. Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on August 4, 2014. As they were on vacation and funds were tight, they requested to defer their initial payment until August 9, 2014. They signed a contract and credit card voucher stating such, and also signed their understanding that their
personal login would be issued within two weeks once their initial payment was processed. For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed their satisfaction of the live website. They also signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no such cancellation request was ever submitted. Their initial payment was processed as agreed on August 9, 2014, and their personal login was issued on August 14, 2014. This customer has never contacted the sales office regarding cancellation or any other questions. They have never submitted a cancellation letter. They have never contacted Reservations for assistance with any bookings. A login audit shows this customer last logged into their account on September 29, 2014. They elected not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee in August of 2015, and after a short grace period their online account was deactivated from usage. This customer made only two monthly payments on their billing account. After months of unanswered calls from the billing company, their account was placed in Collections in March of due to its delinquent status. There were no additional payments ever made on this account. At the time of purchase, this customer received a $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate to be redeemed after their first booking with Vacation Breeze. However, the Certificate was never redeemed as there were no bookings madeThis customer is clearly mistaken in a number of statements made within their complaint. That notwithstanding, we have reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and will continue to work toward a resolution. Thank you for your notification, and Mahalo

The offhand comments of the salesperson that were referenced and made after the completed transaction are a violation of our approved business practicesThis salesperson has taken responsibility for her comments and claims to have made them in jestVacation Breeze has taken appropriate corrective action with this representative and regrets her inappropriate references

A review of her online account shows that she has only logged in on two occasions this year. Furthermore, she has not contacted Reservations since April of 2014, and that was simply for assistance with her login information and accessing the website. She has made no calls regarding a reservation request.
It is unfortunate that this customer never attempted to resolve any of her issues directly with Vacation Breeze. We feel that this complaint was unwarranted, as we were not given any opportunity to satisfy this customer prior to this complaint notification. When we spoke with this customer on August 20, 2015, she gave no indication that she was dissatisfied. We have reviewed the quotes she received for the *** *** area, and compared them against retail rates available on the internet. In both cases the Vacation Breeze price was less than the online retail rate including taxes and fees.
When this customer purchased with Vacation Breeze, she elected to setup her monthly payments on automatic debit. Her payments were processed without issue in May, June and July. However, the August payment was declined by her banking institution. Within the email we sent her on August 19, 2015, we confirmed that the billing company had legitimately contacted her “due to a declined payment on August 15, 2015.” We also provided contact information to make alternate payment arrangements
That notwithstanding, we have already reached out and spoken with this customer again yesterday, August 25, 2015. A resolution is currently underway, and we thank you for your assistance with this matter

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on February 20, 2015. At the time of purchase, this customer
completed an online tutorial of the live website and signed and initialed their
satisfaction of the live website. Their
personal login information provided access to the same
website they viewed at
the time of purchase. Their only call to
the sales office was a few days after purchase, when they inquired about moving
to a different hotel. They chose to stay
in the hotel they had originally booked prior to purchase. They have not contacted the sales office for
assistance since that time
A
review of their account shows that they have received numerous quotes from Reservations,
yet they have not yet complete a single booking. They
have also not redeemed the $Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received
at the time of purchase.
That
notwithstanding, we have been attempting to reach out to this customer in an
effort to resolve this matter. We
finally made contact today, however we were informed that it was not a good
time and the call was promptly disconnected.

The first and only time this customer contacted Vacation Breeze was in December of 2014, which was six months after her initial purchase

My brother and I were approached on the beach and agreed to a presentation - we were very honest and said we were not interested up front but we would attend to give it a shot and we receive our discounted tickets. We showed up, sat through the presentation. Everyone was very nice....until we said no. The woman we dealt with got rude as well as the additional gentleman she brought in. She then made us wait for our tickets. She then proceeded to make snide comments while walking away towards secretary (before we even reached our elevator) Our 1st event went well, the 2nd event, they didn't have our name right which caused great confusion getting our shuttle and getting on our boat. We were booked under the wrong name. Not to mention -they scheduled the shuttle to arrive an hour early for our event. Wasted time.
