Company Response:
This consumer, unfortunately, has been unduly swayed by internet negativityVacation Breeze is not a scamThis consumer received all activities and discounts she was promised for attending the presentation, was given a professional, honest and timely presentation and chose to purchase the product (paperwork and a thorough product tutorial accounted for the extended time)When this consumer opted to cancel her purchase she was refunded her deposit in a timely mannerAt the time of the refund this consumer assured Vacation Breeze that she had not made any complaints with the Revdex.comVacation Breeze did nothing to harm this consumer and her claim that she "was scammed" is unfounded, uninvestigated and untrueA manager (not "the owner") subsequently called the consumer to express our disappointment that she would post a letter like this under these circumstances, and lie to us in the processWe find this behavior and her comments offensive

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on April 12, 2015. As they were on vacation and funds were tight, they requested to defer their initial payment until May 1, 2015. They signed a contract and credit card voucher stating such, and also signed their understanding that their
personal login would be issued within two weeks once their initial payment was processed. For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed their satisfaction of the live website. They also signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no such cancellation request was ever submitted. Their initial payment was processed as agreed on May 1, 2015, and their personal login was issued the very next day, on May 2, 2015. The first monthly payment on this account was scheduled to be processed on June 15, 2015, in the amount of $190.45, however that payment was Declined. There were no additional monthly payments ever made on this account. After months of unanswered calls from the billing company, their account was placed in Collections in December of due to its delinquent status. This customer spoke with Collections in January of and made payment arrangements of a lesser amount. However only two payments were collected, in January and February of 2016. The following month the payment was Declined once again. In March of this customer spoke with Collections and made new payment arrangements. This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on February 12, 2015. At the time of purchase, this customer
completed an online tutorial of the live website and signed and initialed their
satisfaction of the live website. Their
personal login information provided access to the same
website they viewed at
the time of purchase. Furthermore, the
statement that a “fake Revdex.com site” was shown to this customer is blatantly false,
and there are certainly not “several hundred complaints” as evidenced by
viewing the official Revdex.com website today.
A login
audit shows that this customer has not logged in since August 20, 2015. A review of their account shows that they
have never contacted the sales office for assistance. However, they did submit a request to
Reservations on April 6, for a week at the Wisconsin Dells. On April 7, a reservation agent emailed
them a quote, and also left a follow up voicemail on *** at
3:50pm. This customer never
responded.
This
customer made only four payments on their financed account. The last payment made was on June 30,
2015. Due to its delinquent status, this
account was recently placed in Collections
Finally,
we have never received any letters from this customer requesting cancellation
or otherwise
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a
resolution is currently underway. Thank
you for your notification, and Happy New Year

After speaking to the client and subsequently his
representative it is apparent that there is a significant language barrier
which may have contributed to a gap between what our

clients’ expectationsIt is unfortunate that they believe they have been
misled, but understandableWe have been in contact with this client and a
mutually acceptable resolution is underway
Our product is used and enjoyed by thousands annually
Reservations are booked regularly in Honolulu and throughout the Hawaiian
islandsAdditionally our members access over condo resorts worldwide Gratefully, we get to see our clients and
their friends regularlyThey remind us that despite what people may say
online, Vacation Breeze is a great product delivering extraordinary experiences

This customer has never called the sales office for assistance. A review of her online account
shows that she has only logged in twice, on October and October 16, 2014. Furthermore, she has never contacted Reservations for any type of assistance. However, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base. We have since been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway
Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/06/24) */
At the time of this complaint Mr*** had never logged into his Vacation Breeze accountIt appears he had some confusion on how some parts of the program worked, and we have spent time clearing this up for him
We have thousands of
clients that regularly vacation, use and enjoy our services and choose to renew annually because Vacation Breeze delivers exceptional valueHis claims that the product is inferior or a "Scam" are uninvestigated, unfounded and untrue
Additionally Our phone records indicate that a manager at Vacation Breeze left at least messages for Mr*** during May and June and spoke to him twice, and Mr*** acknowledged this in a recent phone conversation
After speaking with Mr*** this week and assisting with his upcoming Hawaiian Vacation he has agreed to keep the membership
We wish him Happy Vacationing
