Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:BLATANT LIE!!! I have been home for DAYS with an illness PLUS I have caller display and voice mail!! NO ONE from VB has attempted to contact me NOR, obviously, did I say "this was not a good time to call and promptly disconnected" Yes It is true I received "numerous quotes" (4-5?) and NONE of them was satisfactory!! Either not WHAT I wanted, or the prices were no better then any other travel sites Sincerely, [redacted]

The first and only time this customer contacted Vacation Breeze was in December of 2014, which was six months after her initial purchase Her call was returned and a voicemail left for her on December 14, A review of her account shows that she has never logged in, and has never contacted Reservations for any type of assistance In addition, this customer chose to take advantage of the option to finance her purchase and paid only a processing fee of $ She has failed to make the monthly payments required on her account, and is now receiving calls due to its delinquent status Although we feel that this complaint was unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member base We have already been in contact with this customer, and a resolution is currently underway Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on September 19, 2014 with her daughter. At the time of purchase, she signed each and every document as the Co-Buyer. Together they signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks. For that reason... they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their satisfaction of the live website. They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted. Their personal login information was activated on September 29, 2014 and submitted to them via both email and regular mail. A review of their account shows that they have only called the sales office one time, on October 25, 2014, with questions about the $500 Resort Condo Vacation Certificate they received at the time of purchase. A login audit shows that their last login took place on August 16, 2015. They elected not to pay their Annual Renewal Fee on September 29, 2015, and their online account was subsequently deactivated from usage. This account is currently in Collections due to its delinquent status. That not withstanding, we have already reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter. This customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on January 5, 2015. At the time of purchase, this customer signed their understanding that their personal login would be issued within two weeks. For that reason they completed an online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed
their satisfaction of the live website. They further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation period, however no cancellation request was ever submitted. Their personal login information was issued on January 15, 2015, and submitted to them via both email and regular mailA review of their account shows that they have never contacted the sales office for assistance. They have also never contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or bookings. A login audit shows that they have logged into their account three times, however all three dates were in May of 2015. This customer discontinued making payments on their financed account in December of 2015. After months of unanswered calls from the billing company, their account was placed in Collections due to its delinquent status. Prior to this complaint, this customer spoke with the Collections office and made arrangements to pay their account. It was only after their payment declined that this complaint was filedThat notwithstanding, we have already reached out to this customer and have resolved this matter. are very few Resort Condos located in metropolitan areas like San Francisco as
compared with most Vacation Destination regions throughout the world. On the website today, there are roughly
hotel properties available for booking. However,
Reservations is more than happy to assist with searching for resort condo inventory
in those locations, provided the customer contacts them for assistance. Our records indicate that this customer has
never contacted Reservations for assistance.
Messages
were left for this customer on November 30th at 12:54pm and again on
December 1st at 2:30pm. The
phone number called was ***, which is the primary phone number on file
for this customer. Please
encourage this customer to contact us, and to notify us if their contact
information has changed. Thank you

This

still have full access to the program and benefits at this time

would appear that this customer is simply looking to cancel their account based
on fear of the unknown. There is clearly no actual complaint
here. That notwithstanding, we have recently
reached out to this customer in an effort to resolve this matter, and look

This response applies to complaint# ***, as well as complaint#
*** and complaint# ***. These three consumers attended our presentation together, and subsequently chose to purchase a program together. In fact, they split the Processing Fee equally between their three credit cards. Although we believe these complaints are completely unwarranted and have absolutely no merit, for the reasons outlined below, we assume you will agree that they collectively should be listed as only one complaintThese three consumers purchased the Vacation Breeze product together on April 17, 2015. On April 19, they returned to our office to cancel their purchase in person. Their cancellation was accepted in our office and a written confirmation of the cancellation was immediately provided. Their refunds were returned to each of their designated credit cards within hours
Between their purchase date of April 17th, and their cancellation date of April 19th, our office has no record of any attempts at contact by any of these consumers. As these complaints are all dated April 18th, it would appear that their only contact was made to the Revdex.com of Hawaii. Their claim that “They refuse to answer calls or refund my money” is blatantly false. In fact, their cancellation and subsequent refund had already been processed when we received notification of these complaints from the Revdex.com on April 20,
These consumers received and utilized a promotional incentive for attending the sales presentation. Vacation Breeze kept every promise made to these consumers in a helpful, friendly and courteous manner. Due to their cancellation, these consumers have never utilized the Vacation Breeze product, and therefore have no ability to comment on its worth, much less call it a “scam”. Vacation Breeze has never operated under any other name, and has never engaged in the misrepresentation of our standing with the Revdex.com. These consumers’ claims are unfounded and untrue

This consumer appears to be mistaken about many of his stated issues:
No one at Vacation Breeze ever referenced any "set price" for any of our vacation opportunitiesOn the contrary, a variety of pricing options were referenced
verbally and shown visually on a huge presentation screenThis client either is being untruthful or failed to pay attention to what he boughtthis is unfortunate either way
Similarly, there is no way for us to "block any negative Google hits"That would be extraordinary technology for which major corporations would pay billionsNeedless to say we do not posses it and have been flayed online by comments that are unfounded, untrue and uninvestigatedConsumers like this subsequently read and believe these comments....then add to the pile of trashThe bulk of all online negativity directed at Vacation Breeze are comments from people who have never used our product and are worked up by comments from other non-usersWe cannot blame them, however, for being afraidThis is the case here and we have assisted this client with resolution
The truth is that over 300,private clients use our exclusive vacation services and due to high satisfaction voluntarily renew the program annuallyThat is factWe do not, however, claim or present the product as perfectIt delivers exceptional value to those that seek a higher quality vacation experience at a reduced,unpublished rateIt is a Members Only environment and certainly not for everyone

The cancellation period specified in the contract is one week, and this customer signed and initialed her understanding of that right at the time of purchase. Furthermore, she received access to the program the day of purchase, in addition to a complete tutorial. Shortly after receipt of
this complaint, we received a letter from this customer requesting cancellation for financial reasons. We have attempted to contact this customer by both phone and email in an effort to resolve this matter. To date she has not responded, and we are unable to move forward with any resolution until she does

This
customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on December 13, and the address
listed on her agreement was taken directly from her Driver License which was
issued in Alaska. She chose to take
advantage of the option to finance her purchase and paid only a processing fee
at the time
of purchase. She completed a
credit application in which she listed a monthly gross pay of $4,along with
a co-applicant monthly gross pay of $3,000.
This credit application was signed by both the customer and the
co-applicant. The last monthly payment
made on this account was in March of 2014, and several months later this
account was sent to collections due to its delinquent status.
This
customer has never contacted us for assistance.
A review of her account shows that she has not logged in since May of
2014, and she has never contacted Reservations.
Although we feel that this complaint
was unwarranted, Vacation Breeze seeks to ensure that it has a happy member
base. We have already reached out to this customer, and a
resolution is currently underway.
Vacation Breeze continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers
who appreciate a high quality, members only Vacation Experience

customer purchased with Vacation Breeze on January 20, 2014. At the
time of purchase they completed an
online tutorial of the live website, and signed and initialed their
satisfaction of the live website. They
further signed and initialed their understanding of the one week cancellation
period. No cancellation request was
subsequently sent
Their
personal login was issued on January 30, 2014, and provided access to the same
website they viewed at the time of purchase.
However, a login audit confirms that their first login did not take
place until almost six months later, on July 6, 2014. Their second login was more than six months
after the first, on January 25,
A
review of their account shows that they have never called the sales office for
assistance. They have also never
contacted Reservations for assistance with any quotes or bookings.
That
notwithstanding, we have already been in contact with this customer and a
resolution is currently underway. Thank
