[redacted]We have reviewed your request and before responding let's first address a few items. First, the system was purchased on January 15, 2014, which is 2 years ago.  We are aware that it is impossible to remember all the details of a transaction that long ago, let alone 2 months ago...

so Valley Environmental Resources has a policy that has helped us obtain an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and that is we will comply with all written documented promises and work orders, therefore eliminating any and all confusion.  Here are the details of your transaction.  A canvasser in a company shirt and company badge collected a water sample from [redacted]at your home on 12/9/13. At that time she gave literature on our company and what we sell.  It includes the following statement " This test is not being conducted by the city or state agency... ".  Approximately 1 month later a representative called [redacted]and [redacted]greed to an appointment to have our company come out and do a demonstration of our products on 1/15/14 at 8pm. [redacted]nd [redacted] chose to purchase the product.  At that time a work order was completed and signed with all of the documented work to be done.  The system was not installed until the next day, when a completion certificate was completed and signed.  We then came back out to the house on 1/21/14 to do a full PR visit, check the system, get the finance paperwork completed, and finalize everything.  On NONE of those documents was anything noted or documented in any way to return to do any additional work, move the system, anything ( and there are spots on all the forms to document it, and all were signed [redacted] ).  All this being said we would like to help.  If you would like us to move your system simply call us and we will have a technician come out and give an free estimate of the charges and we will give you 20% off our already discounted customer rates.  Thank you for being our customer.  Thomas O[redacted]

I love my new water softener from VER. [redacted] was great. He explained the system in a way that was easy to understand. The installation crew showed up on time, finished when they said they would and Introduced me to the system. They made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Now my clothes don't fade in the wash. My showers are so much quicker and rinsing is a breeze. No more calcium build up in my teapot or anywhere else and the water tastes so much better. The sales process is a little unique, its not pushy at all but they show you how average (not surprising) Tucson tap water is compared to their system (using a mini version of their system connected directly to our tap is a interesting way to show the improvement in water quality during the sales process). The salesperson (BJ Holloway) was quite excellent to work with.

The installation was very fast and professional. They were able to run new copper pipe from our water main outside into the new water softener/purifier system installed in the garage.

Since then there's a noticeable improvement in water quality around the house (again not surprising given how hard Tucson water is). We love having hard water stains to scrub everywhere - already much less cleaning and no longer need harsh cleaning products in the house (also we recently replaced several appliances such as the water heater, so hopefully these last longer with better water quality coming into the house). The water particularly out of the reverse osmosis unit tastes noticeably better as well. We will see how the unit goes in the long run, though these guys also offer servicing and sound like they take great pride in selling and servicing a reliable product. So far however very happy!

Fast friendly installation, professional representatives and answered all questions I had directly and honestly. The filtered water for drinking saves me money every week and tastes amazing. My skin has been smoother and not as dry as before I had the system. I would recommend this system to anyone and everyone. The amount of soaps I use for cleaning dishes, laundry and body washes have drastically decreased. I have no complaints!!

Every contact we had with VER, from the initial knock on the door through the installation, was extremely positive and professional. [redacted] our Sales Representative, was very knowledgeable in every aspect of her delivery. She answered all our questions and gave impressive demonstrations of what to expect with our Water Treatment System.

The installers were efficient, and they explained exactly what they were doing each step of the way. We were instructed about the unit, and how to maintain it. All follow up visit was made a few days later, and we gave our initial review to the representative.

We have had the system now for two months, with noticeable differences in the softness of our water:
We use less detergent, soap, shampoo, and it leaves no residue
Our coffee is less bitter
The cats' coats are much softer
There is no longer a buildup of calcium in the shower and cats' water bowls
The dishes dry spot free
Our skin in not itchy any more
The taste of the water is more refreshing

We had one issue that was quickly addressed by one office call, and fast response by the service representative, [redacted] and his assistant.

Lastly, if it weren't for the young lady who first rang our doorbell, we would not have known about this great system. She was enthusiastic, and knew her product so well, that we set up a sales appointment. Hers, I believe, was the hardest job, because we are always a "hard sell" from a cold call at the door.

We are very pleased with the whole transaction from start to our continued use of this Water Treatment System.

We are very pleased with our water treatment system. [redacted], the Marketing representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer our questions without pressuring us. The men who came to install it were also very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up afterward. We have noticed how much softer our skin feels after showering, the lack of calcium build-up in our teakettle and elsewhere. There seems to be a stronger water flow from our facets and the water no longer has a bad taste or smell, which occasionally was the case before it was installed. The water in our area is very hard and we have peace of mind now knowing that the pipes and our appliances are not going to clog up with mineral deposits.

I am pleased. Why you ask? Well, have a seat my wary friend and let me tell you. Gone are the days of the sweet metallic taste, and the urge to gag after downing a cold glass of water on a hot day. The filtered water is smooth and crisp. The noxious after-taste of Tucson water that used to assail my senses is gone. My faucets and shower heads are no longer clogged and crusty, and my trusty icepick I would use to clean them is a thing of the past! Thankfully, this means the replacement of plumbing parts is a long way off. My clothes have a decidedly clean aroma after a wash, and my dishwasher is frighteningly devoid of deposits. The dishes it produces makes me wonder if a thief came in and replaced them during the cycle with new ones. My skin is healthy and clean, which is an effect that came as a surprise, who knew clean water made such an impact? Well, maybe you did. The money saved from parts, soaps and cleaners is quite the boon. Honeslty, from first-hand experience I can tell you that most of the filtration systems you see at the local retailers are a joke. So far I am impressed with the system, and the salesmen are upfront and friendly. The installation was fast and painless and with the finance option it was also affordable. What more can you ask for?

My son and I have been pleased with the results of having your soft water mechanism installed. Bathing is pleasant with the soft water and doesn't feel like some units that make the water feel almost slimy. The dishwasher stays clean with no mineral deposits and we noticed that there is no build-up of mineral deposit around faucets. We feel that our water pipes will last longer with this treated water and also the water heater. [redacted] was a very effective salesman. The installers were very experienced in locating the unit where it needed to be. We have been very satisfied.

Veri has again reviewed this situation and we feel strongly that we have gone above and beyond what is fair and reasonable on this matter and misunderstanding. We honor every and all documented promises and commitments, and in this case there was nothing documented on multiple work orders and installation completion certificates. Also to note is that Veri does not ship customers used equipment. It is a service we simply do not do. The equipment will be disconnected and boxed up appropriately and all plumbing will be returned to its original working order. The customer simply needs to have it moved with the rest of their appliances and belongings to their new residence. Veri has agreed to perform the disconnect and box (work that Veri is in the business of doing) at no charge to maintain goodwill. The work was completed on 3/18/2015 and again was done at no charge to the customer. We have discussed this with the customer, they have accepted the free work and we feel that we have been more than fair and reasonable. The water makes things easier to clean, my skin feels softer. The people from Valley Environmental were professional and friendly. The actual installation was quick and clean.

Our experience with Valley Environmental Resources has been surprisingly pleasant. From the sales information and demonstration to the installation and follow-up service, Valley Environmental Resources staff and service has been extraordinary. Mr. Lake was our salesman; he was pleasant, polite and very informative. He was able to demonstrate how the filtration system worked and how we would benefit in cost savings. The installation crew was on time and worked efficiently with no wasted time. They were able to install the system without damage to our home and they did not leave any evidence that they were here with the exception of the product. Since the installation of the system, I have never had better tasting coffee. My ice cubes are clear and there is a noticeable difference in my skin, hair and laundry. My family and I are very pleased with Valley Environmental Resources.

The water system is everything that we were told it would be. We love not having to clean the shower door, that our pipes and appliances are less likely to corrode. It is nice to walk out of the shower and not have to put on lotion because our skin is not dry. The dishes feel much cleaner and our dish washer seems to work better. We have not had a chance to test all the products that come with the systems. We are set for a while on those products. Our representative was ** and he was great to work with. He was very friendly and informative. He answered all our questions and even waited while we were trying to feed our twins. The install team was great as well. They were very friendly and professional. Both did a great job and made sure I understood and was ok with everything they did. . So far it has been a great experience and I would recommend it to my friends and family. Our area has some the hardest water in AZ. It is so nice now, I can't imagine going back. Thank you.

I enjoyed my interactions with each of the employees that I met through the various steps of purchase, installation and follow up, it was painless. Several of the employees mentioned their dogs seemed to enjoy the water more after getting the soft water and reverse osmosis system. You know I believe my two Aussies have enjoyed the new water and the same goes for me. My homeowners insurance guy also told me getting a soft water/reverse osmosis system was a positive step for my home. When all is said and done I am glad I took the steps to get the system for my home and well being.

We purchased our water filtration system about 6 months ago and I have to say it has been worth every penny. [redacted] came to our home and did a full demonstration which was very informative and without it I probably would have brushed this product aside. He was super friendly and made it fun. Once the system was installed it took a bit for the water to cycle through the whole house but once it did the difference was huge. Our water tastes soo much better now (no more bottled water here!). I love the way it makes mine and my kids skin and hair feel, so soft. I feel like my skin isn't as dry, especially now in the winter. It has also made a huge difference in my laundry. My clothes are softer and I am using much less soap which has been a huge savings. Over all this has been a terrific investment and one I would make over and over again.

We love our new water system. Everyday we think of more positive reasons this was a good choice. The dishwasher and washing machine are already cleaner. The coffee maker doesn't have the residue anymore, our ice cubes are clear and don't leave 'floaties' in the bottom of the glass; our glasses themselves don't have hard water residue anymore. The water tastes great! Living in a dry climate with hard water our skin is now not so dry...we don't need to use as much lotion. We aren't going to be buying cleansers and even our 1979 kitchen sink we couldn't get clean is white again!! No more buying bottled water and filling up huge water jugs that are hard to carry. Our clothes are going to last longer being washed in soft water. In the long run it will save us money, time and wear and tear on our bodies. :-)

[redacted], Let's clarify a couple issues. 1. You are correct, we did install the system twice for you at no charge. 2. When we spoke yesterday we offered to come back to your home at NO CHARGE to recheck the system, test the water and make any adjustments if necessary.  You declined my offer. 3....

You signed a public relations check list that states " I/We understand that the system was not installed on a free trial basis, and I am obligated to make all my payments on this equipment as agreed in the sales contract. 4. You also signed that "I/We are completely satisfied with my overall experience with VERI".  Both of these were signed at a public relations visit where we tested the water, the equipment, and made sure everything was working properly.  This was also done many days AFTER we installed and then re-installed your system. We will send you copies of theses as well as the installation completion certificate which you stated everything was done correctly and we were given a "10" on a scale of 1-10, and the original work order which we have complied with 100%. I'm not exactly clear if the system needs checked or not as you said on the phone that it's not working correctly and then you said it was tested and working correctly. Amazing product, amazing service, and amazing results! My family and I have lived in the Tucson area for nearly 4 1/2 years, and we've had our whole-home water softener/filtration system from Valley Environmental Resources installed for just over 4 months. Almost immediately, my family and I could see the benefits of having this system in our home. One of the greatest benefits so far has been how the quality of water we now have in our home has the health of our family. Two of our children have suffered from eczema for many years, but the rashes went away and the skin irritation stopped within days of having our system installed. Also, I developed a history of repeated kidney stones within a year of moving here. Since having this system, I have had ZERO issues with kidney stones or any other kidney problems. In my opinion, this system is a must for any family looking to improve the water quality in their home. As an added bonus, the team that installed our system were highly professional and extremely polite. Happy with our system. We were approached to have our water measured for hardness and other chemicals, with the offer to have someone come back with the results. In researching the company, we became aware that we would be asked to purchase a water filtering system, so were prepared since we were looking to get one anyway.

[redacted] the salesperson, did a fine job reviewing with us the quality of our water against what it would look like with the softening, filtering, and reverse osmosis system. He showed us the benefits without pressuring us to buy, giving us the opportunity to review for ourselves and discuss without him in the house.

The system was installed within 3 days, and was installed very professionally by two friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. They installed the system and cleaned up the work area; they also ably and patiently answered all questions in the demonstration of the system.

After a few days, we noticed the water from the refrigerator moved very slowly. We contacted [redacted] the technical representative in Peoria, AZ, who walked us through the various possible causes, even remaining on the line as we pulled out the refrigerator to find that the water line to the refrigerator had been kinked. Once we resolved that, the water has flowed well. Over the next couple of weeks all the calcium buildup in our shower and faucet spray heads disappeared, the haze in our glasses has left, and our skin feels significantly softer after washing. Definitely, the quality of the water in our home has increased, promising to extend the life of our various water-using devices.

We did run into a problem with the way the financing occurred; however, Mr. [redacted] in Peoria, AZ immediately resolved the issue to our satisfaction, in a very professional and courteous manner. We were informed when we purchased the system, and then again when we signed the financing document, and then again when we were contacted by the finance company, that we could pay off the financed amount with our credit card. This turned out not to be true, so please be aware of this fact. Since we did get a confirmation from the finance company, they did allow the transaction. We also were informed at the time we purchased the system that we could finance the purchase for 90 days without interest. At the time the financing document was signed, we did not notice that the document did not allow for the interest to be deferred. Mr. [redacted] though, upon seeing that the salesperson indicated we would have 90 days without interest, immediately wrote and sent to us a check to cover the interest we paid to the finance company.

All in all, the water softener and filtration system has been an excellent addition to our home, with water of very high quality and clarity, and the company sales person, technical contact, and finance person acted in very friendly professional manners, ensuring that our system was installed well, worked well, and our issues were resolved.

I have had my water softening system for over a year now and I am very pleased.
When approached by [redacted] I was skeptical as most are with "door to door" sales pitches. I was impressed by the demonstration then and since have noticed a significant difference in the taste and feel of my water.
The amount of soap you get with the system is insane. I have used the laundry soap and it works very well.
I notice so much less mineral deposits now with the new water softener. That has saved me a lot of time scrubbing and cleaning.
