We had the water treatment system put in less than a month ago and I am really liking how the water is making the showers look cleaner after use! My husband likes not having to take the 5 gallon water containers to be refilled at least once a week. We had great experiences with both the salesperson and the follow up visit, very knowledgeable and friendly men. We are looking forward to seeing the cost savings this system will provide with buying less cleaning supplies and bottled water. We were given boxes full of their cleaners, soaps, etc and those will definitely save us money for several months!

Overall, we are happy with our purchase this early on and look forward to enjoying the cost savings and the time freed up from cleaning so much.

I love the water softener and RO systems that have been installed in my home! I have always struggled with my hair, it is course and curly, but now it is easier to dry and has less frizz. Also, my kids and I NEVER buy bottled water. We prefer the neutral taste of our water and save a lot of money using refillable water bottles when we are away from home. The people from this company are all caring and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

We have reviewed this unfortunate misunderstanding and let's first clarify a few details. First, you paid $150 for the disconnect on 10/6/15, not $200.  Secondly, I believe you are confusing the drawing (which we don't have) with our referral program.  If...

you'd like to know where you stand in earning your gift please call the office and we will give you let you know where you stand.  We realize  it has been over 1 1/2 years since you purchased the system and it's hard to remember all the information.  In terms of your request and concern on this matter, we will absolutely perform any work documented on your work order, installation completion certificate, PR checklist, or any other document that you signed during our transaction. I would be happy to send you a copy of all documents but there was nothing documented anywhere on any place on any form.  I might add there is multiple checkpoints to write this down and we visited your home on 3 separate times and filled out 4 separate documents to ensure these things are caught.  We simply do not do free service work.  It is clearly stated on your work order that the normal installation charge is $750 and you had 3 days after you signed this to review the document.  It also clearly states that any work needs to be in writing. 
That being said, we understand that moving can be expensive and stressful.  You mentioned to us on 9.16.15 that you were possibly moving into a rental home and we offered to store the unit for free if you remember.  If you would like to it re-installed please simply call us and we will give you 20% off our already discounted rates and we will even accept splitting the cost up into 3 payments to ease the financial stress of this.

not pushy pleasant to work with

My experience was quite pleasant with their process. The salesman was low key and didn't push. I had been thinking about a soft water system for quite some time. They came on time and everything went in without a hitch. The reverse osmosis system is wonderful and really makes my coffee taste great. After a little cleaning and in some places very little, I have ridden the calcium deposits from my glass shower walls, etc. This company does what they actually say and have a great product.

Great experience from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly customer service as well as a fast and hassle free installation.

Love our new soft water, no more water spots on dishes and can tell a marked difference in how soft our skin feels. Well worth the money!!!

We purchased our water treatment system just around four three months ago. Since then, I have noticed that our dishes are cleaner and easier to clean, our shower stays cleaner longs, our laundry is cleaner. And the taste of the water is excellent!!!
The professionalism of the techs who came out to install it were second to none and they did a very professional job and cleaned up after themselves, which is not something you see every day. The system has run smoothly and we have had no glitches since installation.
Overall, we as a family are very satisfied with the quality of our water and the investment we've made to make our home cleaner and reduce the wear and tear on our appliances and fixtures. I would recommend this company and this system to anyone who is looking to get cleaner, better tasting water.

Everything that was said regarding the system and products has been true. There was no high pressure salesmanship, no gimmicks to make the product look better than it is. Everyone involved in this process were friendly, professional, courteous, and prompt. We are finding that our water is healthier to drink, bathing leaves us clean and soft without having to use lotions or conditioners, our clothes are cleaned naturally with out added softeners, and general cleanup is accomplished with the use of plain water from the system.

I was very happy with my experience with Valley. Very professional and informative. I was skeptical at first, but now realize it was worth the money. We are using less soap, shampoo and cleaning supplies. Our clothes are cleaner and smell fresher.
I always had an issue with dry and sensitive skin. Now with this system, I don't need lotion on a daily basis. Skin is softer and feels better.

I have had my system for about 5 months. I can definitely see the difference in the water quality, it is much better. My laundry and dishes don't have a white film on them now and it is easier and faster to clean. No more scrubbing to remove the lime buildup. I do however believe the system is over priced.

I wanted to share a positive experience I had with this business, especially with our sales representative Mr. Robert S[redacted]n. Mr. S[redacted]n came to our home and demonstrated all of the benefits we would obtain from having a water treatment system in our home. He provided a wealth of knowledge on the benefits of having treated water, and outlined the specific benefits of they system he was presenting. He provided us with lots of hands on experience during the visit, and answered all of our questions with friendly confidence. Our new water system makes our skin feel softer and was quick and easy to install. We especially love how great the drinking water actually now tastes and have found ourselves drinking more water and cooking more often as a result. We truly appreciated the opportunity to work with Mr. S[redacted]n to obtain this system and cannot recommend him, and his company, enough.

Valley environmental Resources is awesome company with great water softeners. Robert S[redacted] did a great presentation and showed all the benefits of the system. The water is much softer, dishes are cleaner, and the laundry is cleaner. Also the installation was very simple and the installer was very polite. I would definitely recommend them to any and all friends and family.

First Class organization from the sales individual to the installers. Salesman did an outstanding explaining the product as well as demonstrating how it works. It changed everything from scrubbing the tub to feeling softer skin. If I ever leave I am taking the system with me!!

The system works well. The multi-level filtration is unique. We have purified soft water that is better for our bodies and the water pipes. Now we don't have to waste money on harsh abrasive cleaners that compensate for hard water. And we can take the system with us if we move. The sales staff and the installation crew were very professional and friendly. We are pleased with the service and will recommend it to others.

The sales person was kind, and made sure we understood the benefit we would receive by having their system. There was no pressure to purchase at all. The installation team was great. Cleaning is so much easier, especially my glass shower. I had my hair cut recently and my stylist made a comment on how soft my hair is and asked what products I was using. I realized it was our "magic" water! Thank you Valley Environmental Resources, Inc.!

I have had my system for about 3 months now. I no longer have to buy bottled water. Cost savings for me. I no longer have to buy conditioner for my hair. Another cost savings. I like that I have to spend little time cleaning my glass shower that I use everyday. It uses very little salt so It's not an expensive unit to run. The sales rep was courteous and friendly, not pushy at all. The installation went decent. I myself, would of did a better job at cleaning up. But then again I am [redacted] about that.

I am very pleased with the way the water tastes, how it makes cleaning al ot easier, no more calcium build up. I like knowing the water I drink is free of sediment and germs. I would reccomend it to my friends. The representative was Wayne, and he was very nice and knowledgable.

Living in Avondale, AZ as most cities in the Desert Southwest we deal with hard water everyday. Initially opposed to the water softener idea, after [redacted] in home demonstration I was convinced my family needed to have one for many reasons. I think of all the demonstrations the undisolved hard particles in our water was the determining factor, plus they offered financing. Since the installation we have been enjoying the water, and the reverse osmosis system installed on our kitchen sink and hooked to the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. We no longer buy cases of bottled water which is a pretty good savings. The water is not crusting up our fixtures and we have enjoyed the way it leaves our skin feeling clean. You can actually feel the difference, call [redacted] if you want to become a believer. I don't like the fact that in order to clean and sanitize the filter which puts sodium water back into the city water system but for the time being having the clean water in our home outweighed this cost. One day we will come up with a sodium free system.

Installation was quick and with very little disturbance to current systems. I have a filtered water spiqot available for use outside at all locations but one and I use it for landscape watering other wise you would be running all that water thru your system and robbing the plants of the minerals that are removed from the water.

We have been using the soap that comes with the system with favorable results, not my first choice but they do work and are clean for the environment.

This is the first time I have had soft water. The first time I showered I felt like I was showering in lotion. My coffee taste great with the new water system put in @ the sink, my creamer no longer leaves a film @ the top of the cup when I reheat. Best thing is with the reverse osmosis system for my coffee, jucies, etc., I have learned to like water for the first time in over 40 yrs. My dishes are even coming out pretty again. The sales people were not pushy, tested our water in front of us & it was an eye opening. The systems we purchased are well worth the price,

My daughter and I purchased a water system for our home, and we love it. We have been enjoying our system from cooking to bathing. Our skin feels great and our food tastes a lot better. I would recommend home owners to buy this for their homes.
