On 07/17/2017 the business stated that the final payment of $60.44 is to be deposited within 5 business days. Today is the 5th business day and the company has not sent the funds to [redacted].

I choose to accept this because they sent me the money simply because I threatened them with our family lawyer. I would not suggest them to anyone because the only thing they were interested in when I emailed them about my missing books was how to ignore my emails until I threatened them with a lawyer. Still a terrible company.

Hi [redacted], thanks for alerting us to this issue.  We have spoken with our respective banks and apparently you attempted to cash the check twice.  You cashed it the first time on 7/7/17 via mobile app, and again on 8/4/17 in person at your bank.  Your 8/4/17 deposit attempt failed...

You have not ever tried to contact me. Please show me a call log or emails THAT I HAVE NOT RESPONDED too. I am a college student, and sell with my father, and two brothers. Please show me where the publisher's said they were counterfit. You are lying through your teeth to the Revdex.com. I would like payment for the books that I sent in as they WERE PURCHASED FROM you. You are caught in your own lie, and did not even provide a number to call or an email. I would like to be paid for the books I sent in to the ISBN without the connect code. They were around $33.00 a piece. Karma comes around. Be careful who you try to steal from. Revdex.com, please either let me have the books back or the money that I deserve. Thank you

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  It is ridiculous and untrue that "the item was refunded directly by the seller". Oppositely, I have confirmed and checked the status of "shipped the item" on the valorebooks website. In addition, I am the one who delivered the book to the buyer. The buyer and her neighbor are my witnesses. I have never received any payments from this book sale. The valorebooks sold this book to the seller for $73.93 and supposed to pay me $62.17 after getting a commissioner's fee $11.76 for themselves. However, I did not get any pennies. Valorebooks steal my time, money and book in this case.I want my monies $62.17 or my book return immediately.
