I filed a complaint with you the Revdex.com. because I spoke to a customer service rep that told me that I would not get my money back. I just received an email that they will return my money so the issue has been resolved thank you.

I requested a check to be sent [redacted] or express mail with a tracking number as the company claims to have sent several times. The address is correct and has been verified but we have never received it  Using any shipping method with tracking would provide proof of shipment and allow a method of following the payment but the company refused They again claimed to have mailed the check, we waited eight (8) days and yet payment is not received  I do not believe payment has ever been sent in the first place.

PROS: I concur that ValoreBooks.com correspondence superior to last two attempts in communication (much more friendly and understanding during this third complaint). CONS: ValoreBooks recently apologized for Fraud transaction as having not cancelled subscription from original complaint (Revdex.com case # [redacted] from 5/21/2016).  Alas, ValoreBooks also failed to cancel said subscription in September when they were contacted by my bank when ValoreBooks confirmed (September 24 2016 transactions were also fraud transactions, and cancelled (Revdex.com case # [redacted]).  ValoreBooks once again on October 12, 2016 allowed Fraud transactions against my credit card account (Revdex.com case # [redacted]) thus showing a negative tend of failure to correct discrepancies and allowing money laundering (terrorist actions).  I realize Revdex.com can combine cases as related hence referencing original Revdex.com case that I was not satisfied with.    As this was repeat poor performance and gross mismanagement on ValoreBooks for the third time, I applied baseball rules of "Strike Three  - you are out", and thus also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (case # [redacted]). I would like reassurances repeat Fraud transactions are not allowed or tolerate by ValoreBooks, and steps they are taking to ratify said situation.  In the meantime my Bank will attempt to block all future transactions from my account with said vender.  I am debating on contacting military sources with said discrepancies as they could ban all service members/families from using said vendor at peril of non reimbursement for tuition assistance etc.

I will not be satisfied until I have all copies of my books in hand and in the condition I sent them in. I have never sent in a counter-fit copy and that is a lame excuse to throw out there when you blatantly stole. The tracking numbers show they haven't shipped. Another failing company.

I just received an email from Valore books stating that they have rejected my sell back on 8/1/2017 through email. And will not honor the payback quote to be deposited into my [redacted] account. This comes after they sent me several emails with a promise date range of payment as well as an email through the Revdex.com with a promise of a book sellback payment date.
