Revdex.com, I received a call today (1/18/2016) from ValoreBooks acknowledging the error and late shipmentValoreBooks states that they will send a new check with the difference as asked for in the complaintThis is in line with the desired resolutionRecommend that ValoreBooks adjusts their sellback acceptance policy into their warehouse by requiring all items to be postmarked, pending arrival into their warehouse, by a date to be eligible for the quoted priceCarrier delays will continue to happen and it is in their best interest to promote customer service. As my receipt indicates, I sent both books back to the places where they had originally been shipped from. If Valore Books is having a difficult time retrieving the books that have been returned, there may be an easier process for the customers if we receive return information with the original shipment if the return address is different from the original shipment location

it CLEARLY stated that is came with a NEW my math lab code, which is misleading and falsely advertised, I feel that your company owes me a credit of some sort, I had to pay for the code in addition to renting the book! I would've gotten it elsewhere in I knew the code was not included! This is dissapointing due to us always getting books from you! My husband through his years and myselfI understand as I stated to the very rude person that I talked to before that I understand it is listed in your faq page in tiny writing! BUT the listing also said new! I don't want to argue with you anymore, I simply told the customer service rep that I would report to Revdex.com, if not resolved and if I couldn't talk to the manager, he REFUSED to put me through to manager because he said he didn't want to speak with me because the outcome would be the same, that's poor business and at this point I CLEARLY explained what I want for this to be resolved!
