Its incredibly easy to use. Direct deposits come way early which I love. Easy to find atm's. And its all free.

I truly love my Varo Money account simply because I have never had any problems with it so far to date. Plus, ever since I had opened it along time ago I had made several small deposits into it starting out small and working up to making larger deposits later on. Recently though I have noticed that it takes a little while for them to receive my payroll deposits from my federal government employer's financial banking institution and then to update my Varo Bankcard account afterward. So, I am not at all worried about not receiving my actual payroll right away simply because I know it normally takes up to 3 to 5 business days for it to be updated and posted into my Varo Bankcard account at one time. Also, when I have called there customer service department by phone I have never had any problems getting things resolved right away on any type of technical issue and alike. At this time though I don't understand why others have had so many problems with there Varo Money account in the first place. Unless they are doing something wrong on there own end and trying to blame Varo Bank for the wrongful doing period. I don't think that is right of anyone doing that to a company or business which is wanting their business in the first place. Now, if anyone had a simple technical dispute or even a problem and would have tried to contact there customer service representative in the first place maybe then they could have figured it all out and fixed the problem by resolving it for them from the start. But, if you never even attempted to contact them in the first place to let them know you had a simple problem with your card account then how are they going to be able to resolve it for you all.

I love Varo because it’s easy to send and receive with online transactions. You can save money while you save money while earning interest. I would definitely recommend banking with Varo to anyone who doesn’t have a bank account or would like to switch with no hassle. They also offer other services through third party lenders such as Self, a credit builder account, which I’ve used personally used to help save money and build credit.

. up to 10k with few other constraints get 2.8 APR
. if you balance is 11k you get paid 1.21 APR... which is stupid. it should be something like 2.8 on first 10k and 1.21 for rest...

Due to COVID 19 my small business was affected. So I reached out to a legit lender, ***, and was approved for a small business loan. Once approved, I provided Varo with my identity as well as ALL supporting documents for the loan approval. I was reassured SEVERAL times that I would be responded to via email in 1 to 2 business days. My account was suspended. And had been suspended for a total of 7 days now. Every single agent that I have spoken to constantly reassured me that the problem would be resolved by 7/2/20 because I presented all requested documents. Now, it’s a holiday weekend and my funds will remain suspended. Leaving me to still not be able to pay my employees and start business

Never had a problem and the one I'd did have was *** company trying to charge my card a year late for freight charges. Varo took care of it immediately a d had my $69 back instantly and new card in 3 days
