Varo Money

I requested a check through the Varo Money application on my iPad on 1/12/2018 to be sent to my father in Abington, PA who also has the same name. The app sends a physical check to the mailing address. The issue is my father never received the check and after further investigation, which h could only be brought in by me sending an email complaint on the check timing, it showed in Varos system that the check was cashed. They sent me a copy of the check with the signature, and my father, who does not speak english, confirmed with me that it was not his sigmature. I then advised Varo it was not cashed by my father. They advised me it was cashed at bank of America and till this day, they have not been able to provide me with the location of the bank of America the check was cashed. It has now been over a month and they haven't provided any sort of provisional credit while their investigation is pending. They asked that I file a police report, but without the location the police Dept will not provide any forms. Also since the check was sent from the banks location and theres no telling where the actual check was cashed, at least based on the info they provided, it's a possibility that even if they provided a location, it may be out of the jurisdiction of my local police department. They have made me jump through over a month of hoops and I am tired of it and this is money my dad needed to pay certain bills and now he has incurred fees. I can not send him another $600 ajthout putting myself in a financial hardship, understandably. All I want is while the investigation is pending, I would like them to add the $600 provisional credit into my account until they verify the fraud investigation on my account. It is there responsibility to find the location of where it was cashed and I have spent way too much traveling on buses back and forth to gather the info they need. It's information they should have provided from the very beginning so I can gather everything at once. I would like them to provide the $600 provisional credit to my account since that was the amount of the check. I am not asking for any additional due to the stress and traveling and incurred fees on my dad's account. Last point is they say it was cashed at a bank of America, but my dad does not have a Bank of America account.

I have been calling this bank as regards to where is my other bank card its taking them almost a month to get my card and I didnt even cancel the card I had before they canceled it without my knowledge I called today and they just said I have to wait another week
