Victoria's Secret invites you to return or exchange any
merchandise that does not meet your expectations. Providing your ID when returning merchandise at
a store allows us to quickly and efficiently process your return; we are part
of a growing number of retailers who use this process to manage the
return/exchange processWhen merchandise is returned without a receipt Victoria's Secret will exchange merchandise or issue a
merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price for the returned
merchandise

purchased online may also be returned or exchanged at a Victoria’s Secret
StoreAn order number, return form or invoice is necessary to process online returns
at one of our stores
Your complaint
did not indicate the address that you sent the merchandise toIf you returned the
bras to our distribution center for online merchandise in Reynoldsburg, OH, the
transaction should appear in our database once receivedUnfortunately, my
search using your name, address, and email address did not locate a return or
exchange for youWhen merchandise that is unique to Victoria’s Secret Stores
is returned to the online distribution center, we are unable to process the
transaction and the items are returned to the customer
I would suggest
that you periodically call our Customer Care Center to determine if the package
has been received and processedProviding a tracking number from the carrier
may also assist us in determining the whereabouts of the packageAdditionally,
if you are able to provide a store location and transaction number from a store
purchase on July 13, 2015, we may be able to locate the purchase

Thank you for responding to my recent request that you send pictures of the tote bag mentioned in your Business Bureau case number ***. The pictures, and the examination of the bag by the Victoria’s Secret sales associate, have confirmed that the bag was given to customers as a free gift with purchase. You indicated that you purchased the bag for $plus tax in a cash transaction. As stated in our store signage and on our sales receipts, returns made without a receipt are refunded at the lowest selling price, which in this case is $0. Our stores and online business give away a very large quantity of gifts with purchase. Sales of these items are extremely rare in order to have the gifts available to customers who make qualifying purchases. The qualifying purchases are typically $or less. Due to the above circumstances, we are unable to issue a refund for the tote bag and believe that we have addressed the matter appropriately. Thank you for shopping Victoria’s Secret

The offer was subject to some restrictions. The minimum purchase of $could not include sales tax, clearance items with prices ending in $.99, or gift cards The complaint did not include the receipt, and I am not sure if any of those restrictions applied to your purchase
I truly apologize for your disappointment with this special offer. It was only good while supplies lasted, and other gifts cannot be substituted for the tote bag. Unfortunately, the stock has been depleted for this item
