I placed an order in late November and was getting very nervous about not getting a confirmation number for the item I ordered via email and I knew my credit card was already charged. I placed an email to Viral Style and didn't get a response so then I tried calling your 800 number. Wyatt H answered and was very helpful in getting all the information I needed!!!!!! I appreciated everything he did and he was very kind. Thank you for the great customer service!! With the holidays I should of realized and considered the extra volume. Thank you again for calming my nerves. [redacted] ;)

Ordered three shirts on October 3. 2016...after 3 weeks I tried to contact the Viralstyle representative via email because each time I called there was a high volume of callers - probably asking where their orders were! I e-mailed Viralstyle, just like they asked me to, a total of three times. I finally got a chance to call and leave a message - 3 times over the next week and NO one returned my call! I finally left a message stating that I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card stating that I never received the three shirts. Miraculously that same afternoon I received an email stating that the shirts were going to be printed and shipped out soon! Well, here it is November 1st and the three shirts have not arrived! There is a tracking number and it states that the shirts have been shipped. I would never order anything from this company again. Lets hope that the shirts arrive before 2017!

Poor quality of shirt, design was not even close to what was ordered. Shirt was supposed to be a ladies fitted thsirt and I received a unisex shirt. Customer service gave me a runaround till it was past the allotted time to return the shirt. Shipping the shirt took almost a month from when I orders till it was received. Will never order from them again.

I purchased a tee shirt from Viral Style - the quality was excellent and it was exactly as advertised. I had an issue with delivery which was the fault of the post services in the UK but Viral Style were very helpful in getting it resolved. Excellent customer service.

We got our shirts yesterday and they were just what I expected. I had some technical difficulty when placing my first order and Viral Style went out of there way to help me get it corrected. I have a grandchild with an illness that we have lots of t-shirts in support of, but the Sensory Processing disorder that her brother has not been one that we have found t-shirts for. His face lit up last night when he saw the shirts. Thanks so much to Gabrielle for making this such an easy transaction!

After loosing my order completely and nothing getting done about it. I called the company and asked why I hadn't gotten my order yet. Was told that they would get right on it and let me know once they had found something. After I talked to Steffan M. and was told that the order had been messed up, Steffan emailed me back and stated that the order was being remade and would be sent to me once it had been remade. I received it in the mail this last week and they did an excellent job turning something bad for their company into good where I got my product and have shown the hoodie that I ordered to all my friends and they wanted to know how they could get stuff like this. I let them know how great this company really is. Thank you!

The customer service person was very helpful and fixed the typo I made when entering my email address.

I ordered a Ladies T-Shirt from this Company, the sizing was quite off so I contacted the Company and explained the problem...........I really loved the look's of the T-Shirt about "Grandma's and their Grandchilren" very cute..................but the sizing was way off! I had ordered a size XXL and it was like a Ladies Medium............which after washed would be a Small..............the Company was very gracious and said I could send back for a "Full Refund", which I did! If the sizing ever improved I would order again!

On the tweeted recommendation of Neil Degrasse-Tyson I purchased a shirt that says "DEMAND EVIDENCE THINK CRITICALLY". It was qjuickly delivered, and my hubby loves the high quality of his new shirt. He's worn it at least once a week.

I left a voice mail on Sunday asking a question and Steffan in Customer Support replied before I even checked my EMails on Monday morning. He replied with the correct, helpful, information for me.

As a recently retired procurement professional, I recommend Viral Style, LLC most highly.

I ordered a hoodie for my son. I was tracking it and noticed it had returned to Florida? So, I sent an email inquiring and I found the service was prompt and efficient. Danielle was great to deal with. The hoodie arrived in the estimated time frame and I was pleased with the product. I would order from Viral Style again.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed Viralstyle, and in less than that 24 hours I received a response from Frankie F. that told me everything I needed to know. Customer service like that could be taught to many many other companies out there that are sorely lacking in that area!

Purchased a t-shirt for my daughter from Viral Style, LLC. I was concerned that I didn't order the correct color and contacted the company. Carlos D. was great and replied that he would make sure it was correct. The t-shirt arrived today and it was perfect. Good quality material, great printing on the shirt. My daughter loved it and so did I. The only negative had nothing to do with Viral Style but with USPS. The package was mailed from Viral Style on March 27, 2015 and didn't arrive at my home until April 3rd. It was mailed in an envelope, so I'm not sure what the hold up was. Anyway. Viral Style was great, as was Carlos D. in making sure my order was correct !!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical about ordering from here due to all the negative comments, but I gave it a try and have to say, the kept me informed every step of the way in regards to my order and I was quite happy. I did have a minor issue that was resolved immediately upon me contacting them. The girl Gabrielle that helped me was an absolute sweetheart. Very kind and helpful. I would definitely order from them again.

Viral Style did a great job. The product I ordered was exactly as shown when I got it. I ordered mid December and wanted to make sure I was going to get it before Christmas so I emailed the company and asked when it was going to be shipped. I got the product the next day. I then received an email back from Gabriela with all of my shipping information and showing it was delivered. She wanted to make sure I got my shirt to which I did. I appreciate the good customer service to make sure I got my package. Thank you Viral Style
