Have had a very nice experience with Viral Style. I accidently duplicated an order and they quickly cancelled the duplicate and refunded my credit card. A friend bought me a tee shirt for my birthday. It is very good quality and I have received many complimants on it. Would def use this vendor again.

I have to say working with the customer support has been very easy. I had an issue with an order and they promptly jumped on it and getting me a new shirt printed and shipped out to me. I had a couple questions along the way and I was promptly answered on everything I asked. Great customer service!!

The customer service on my request was excellent. To avoid such cancellations in the future, I highly recommend that you be more clear in that an order placed and received is contingent on a campaign, which was not prominent anywhere on what I was ordering. Most people order these days on the fly for upcoming events and had I not noticed in my email order that there was a wait for a "campaign" to close, I might have been without a gift for a family member altogether.

This week I have received the Twin Peaks T-shirt in good order.
I am very happy with it. It fits perfect and the qualtiy is ok.

I just received my order of 3 shirts/sweaters RED. (Remember Everyone Deployed) They came out great. I've been wearing red on Fridays for about 10 years. With these I won't have to explain. It's a great way to let people know that we have sons and daughters all over the world serving in the armed forces. I pray that people don't ever forget that Freedom isn't Free.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. I placed an order in Oct 2014, received the wrong size finally a month later. I then spent another $11 to ship it back for an exchange. They received the return Dec 10th and I was told thru email me replacement product was on the way. After checking, I was given a bad tracking number & then sent several emails before being promised to be contacted by management. I have emailed them every few days since & placed several calls, leaving several messages with no response except for a couple false emails promising to contact me. Here we are 3 months later and I still do not have my product. Do NOT order from this company, complete rip of!

My T-shirt arrived in the Uk in good time. Is everything I hoped it would be, quality, fit and print are all great. I am now set up for Dave Grohl's visit to Wembley in June this year!!!

[redacted] best service ever. I lost my tracking number and didn't know what to do so I sent them an email and in a matter of 1 day they got back to me with it. I would think that it would have taken them longer but no. I will definitely be back for more in the future
