I just received my order of 3 shirts/sweaters RED. (Remember Everyone Deployed) They came out great. I've been wearing red on Fridays for about 10 years. With these I won't have to explain. It's a great way to let people know that we have sons and daughters all over the world serving in the armed forces. I pray that people don't ever forget that Freedom isn't Free.

I had issues with shipping but was able to get it cleared up in time for the birthday as this was a birthday gift. Thank you.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed Viralstyle, and in less than that 24 hours I received a response from Frankie F. that told me everything I needed to know. Customer service like that could be taught to many many other companies out there that are sorely lacking in that area!

This week I have received the Twin Peaks T-shirt in good order.
I am very happy with it. It fits perfect and the qualtiy is ok.

Very unique and professional company. There was a mix up on my order and my questions were answered almost immediately. I highly recommend Viral Style!

Purchased a t-shirt for my daughter from Viral Style, LLC. I was concerned that I didn't order the correct color and contacted the company. Carlos D. was great and replied that he would make sure it was correct. The t-shirt arrived today and it was perfect. Good quality material, great printing on the shirt. My daughter loved it and so did I. The only negative had nothing to do with Viral Style but with USPS. The package was mailed from Viral Style on March 27, 2015 and didn't arrive at my home until April 3rd. It was mailed in an envelope, so I'm not sure what the hold up was. Anyway. Viral Style was great, as was Carlos D. in making sure my order was correct !!

The customer service on my request was excellent. To avoid such cancellations in the future, I highly recommend that you be more clear in that an order placed and received is contingent on a campaign, which was not prominent anywhere on what I was ordering. Most people order these days on the fly for upcoming events and had I not noticed in my email order that there was a wait for a "campaign" to close, I might have been without a gift for a family member altogether.

Thanks to Rafael my matter was cleared up quickly and with out any hassles.

Have had a very nice experience with Viral Style. I accidently duplicated an order and they quickly cancelled the duplicate and refunded my credit card. A friend bought me a tee shirt for my birthday. It is very good quality and I have received many complimants on it. Would def use this vendor again.

Viral Style did a great job. The product I ordered was exactly as shown when I got it. I ordered mid December and wanted to make sure I was going to get it before Christmas so I emailed the company and asked when it was going to be shipped. I got the product the next day. I then received an email back from Gabriela with all of my shipping information and showing it was delivered. She wanted to make sure I got my shirt to which I did. [redacted] best service ever. I lost my tracking number and didn't know what to do so I sent them an email and in a matter of 1 day they got back to me with it. I would think that it would have taken them longer but no. I will definitely be back for more in the future

Took a little longer than I expected to receive a response, but once contact was made, the service was excellent. There was a problem with the shipping address and the item was RTS. Once the original item was received, another item was promptly shipped to the corrected address.

Great product I'm so glad I ordered my shirt from them can't wait to get another one.

I received my original order of a shirt for my husband. We both were very pleased with the item. He asked if it was possible to order more for family members so I told him I would check. I emailed the question and immediately received an answer stating they would let me know. Within 24 hours I received another email stating the campaign had been reopened and I could order additional items. Unfortunately my husband changed his mind but it had nothing to do with the service and support we received . I am very happy with the support and service I received and would not hesitate to order again.

I saw a tshirt by Viralstyle on Facebook, and I really liked it and knew my daughter would too. I ordered two different colors and two different sizes. The came in the mail and I couldn't believe what excellent quality they are. I will definitely be ordering from them again! They have some of the most well designed shirts, and I have received many compliments on mine. Thank you Viralstyle!!!

Took over a month and a half to even hear from the company regarding my purchase and then was sent the wrong item. Now it's been another month and I'm STILL waiting for a refund! Costumer service was ok but only tell you what you want to hear ND don't follow through with what they say! Will NEVER order from this company again!
