I ordered two shirts from them, but meant to order one. I contacted them immediately, and the refund was processed on line and responded to in less than 24 hours. Bryan was very helpful and proceed excellent customer service. I look forward to order from them again.

When I thought I needed to cancel my order they were very understanding and quick to respond. I ended up keeping my order as a REALLY wanted the shirts and was only gonna return due to a funds issue (that awesomely resolved itself 1st). They were polite, easy to understand (not a bunch of technical talk) but conversations from one person to another. They also were very clear on dates for ending, printing, and shipping, as well as up front about the payment process for items printed and not. Awesome experience and customer service!! 5 Stars!!

Their customer service is wonderful. I had a problem when I was ordering and my items actually got ordered and charged 2 times. I sent an email and Gabriela T took care of the problem right away. The duplicate order was cancelled and the refund was sent to my account right away. Less than 24 hours. I'm impressed. Thanks Gabriela.

Great service and customer support, my items were lost in the Mexican postal service and Viral Style took all the responsibility and refund me, some time later the Mexican postal service gave me the items and Viral Style (Danielle) aloud me to keep them. Excellent service goods arrived promptly and as described

Placed an order on November 20, 2014 for 2 sweatshirts my credit card was charged the very next day 11/21/2014 and I have still yet to receive my merchandise when I tried to call the 1-888-491-8876 customer service number lo and behold no representatives are available to take calls. I bought these with the hopes of giving for Christmas presents but it looks like that wont be happening. I will NEVER order from this company and I will tell everyone I know what terrible service they offer. Shouldn't even be in business!!

There's nothing wrong with the print, and the shirt is 100% cotton as described by the seller, but it is actually the worst shirt I have purchased in years. The sleeves are ridiculously short, and they pop up at the shoulder. After wearing it for an hour it started to stretch and misshape like I had been wearing it for a week without washing it. And after I did wash it, the whole thing shrunk, including the already tiny sleeves.

I spent $25 on a $2 Gildan tshirt. THE WORST!

This company should focus on quality, rather than telling printers how much money they can make.

So,my experience with Viral Style started out not very good. However, Danielle did everything she could to turn the experience into a positive one,and I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered a t-shirt from Viral Style. I contacted them asking when my shirt would be sent. Aston T. at (Viralstyle Support Team) answered my inquiry and from that point on, has helped me every step of the way. I was notified what step my shirt was in, when it was shipped, how long shipping would take and when it would be delivered. Aston kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I am happy to say, I received the shirt today. It is exactly as described. Good quality, professionally done and I am thrilled with both the product and the service I received. Estoy muy contenta con esta empresa que fabrica camisetas,son actuales,creativas,de precios asequibles,de muy buena calidad y la persona que me atendió mi pedido y mis preguntas y dudas acerca de los gastos de envio,la forma de pago,el plazo de entrega se llama Brittany,es una mujer que ha estado muy pendiente de que mi pedido llegara a mi casa correctamente,incluso le solicité un gran favor,que me lo entregara en mano o en mi buzón y asi fue.En mi hogar vivimos 3 personas,mi marido,mi abuela y una servidora,mi abuela no tiene piernas y como vivimos en un segundo piso sin ascensor,le pedi a Brittany que por favor me subiera el paquete a mi casa y asi lo hizo posible,ella se encargó de que mi camiseta llegará hasta un pueblecito costero de España,concretamente en la provincia de Castellón de la Plana,se llama Torreblanca y en un plazo de 25 días,mi avbuela recibió en mano dicha camiseta,que fue un regalo para mi marido por su próximo cumpleaños,el 17 de febrero.A medida de que pasaban los días,Brittany me mandaba correos electrónicos comunicándome el proceso de mi pedido,la fabricación de la camiseta,la estampación de la misma,el embalaje,el envio de tampa,florida hasta Madrid,españa y la llegada a Torreblanca hasta mi hogar,asi como el precio y modo de pago,con tarjeta de crédito Visa,incluyendo los gastos de envio,el pedido llegó correctamente y la verdad es que le estoy muy agradecida a Brittany y también a Viralstyle Company por el buen trato recibido,a mi marido le entusiasmó y le gustó muchicimo porque él es un gran fan del piloto de F1,Kimi Raikonnenn,la camiseta decía unas palabras que comentó el en una entrevista que le hicieron en un programa de radio y que además es el lema favorito de mi marido,además la camiseta es una edición limitada,asi que no todo el mundo la tiene y mi marido la llevará muy a gusto este verano.La empresa Viralstyle y su colaboradora Brittany me han hecho muy feliz todo el tiempo transcurrido y volveré a repetir la experiencia muy pronto porque trabajan muy bien,son fiables,serios y muy atentos con sus clientes y me he informado de que es una empresa solvente y que es muy conocida en EEUU,Canadá y Mexico y ahora también en España,muchas gracias por atenderme tan bien Brittany!! Was updated every week as to how my order was doing and when I emailed the response was answered with in hours. The top ordered is of the highest quality and the fact that it is a limited edition is even better as we know it will be unique to us. Brilliant service will order again if we see something we like

I ordered a shirt from their Facebook link. The shirt arrived, great quality, and fits true to size. I only wish they would have posted the ship date before I purchased. Otherwise, perfect!

I recently purchased a Purple XL t-shirt, however when I received my order; I received a Gray t-shirt. I immediately contacted your customer service and was amazed at how quickly I received a response from them. I complied by sending my order number and a photo of the t-shirt that I received. I was assured by Kris T. that the mistake would be corrected a.s.a.p. I truly appreciate buying from a company that have people in their Customer Service like Kris T. It's been a pleasure dealing with you all. Can't wait to get my Purple XL t-shirt. :)

I'm a Jersey Girl who moved to Florida in December!! Saw this shirt and hubby said I should get one. It's a really nice shirt and I will be very proud to wear it. Can't take the Jersey outta this girl!! I also liked the fact that you kept me informed of the status. I got a shirt from another company and it took them 2 months to even let me know the program had finished, thought I was being scammed!! Not Viral Style.......Thank you Viral Style!!!

I saw an ad for Viral Style "Blackbird" tank top. I really thought it was unique and that is one of my favorite songs by the Beatles. I ordered the tank top in dark grey, with black printed lyrics/letters on it. I was very excited to receive the tank top, however the tank top was much darker than the one pictured online. The lyrics/ words were not visible due to the dark color of the shirt, I could feel that they had been printed but could not be seen. I contacted Viral Style via email to inform them of this. I was assisted by Ryan, who responded in a timely manner and was very helpful in resolving the issue. Ryan was very understanding and he informed me that it was unacceptable for Viral Style and they would be reprinting and delivering the correct items free of charge, and that the team was working to ensure that this error did not occur again. I would recommend this business because I believe they have unique clothing and I was very impressed with the customer service. I look forward to receiving my tank top!
