Very very happy with my tshirt, the artwork is amazing, very good quality and it fits perfectly!
The only downside is the time it took to get here, but I know that cant be helped! All in all im extremely happy!

I am very pleased with the way they handled the drawbacks of the holiday season. recolendare widely.

I placed an order for a mug with Viralstyle on August 3, 2016 and was sent an order confirmation and tracking. Two days later I noticed nothing had changed with my order so I emailed support asking why nothing changed they told me there is a campaign and once this has ended it will take 10-21 days to process the order.

My campaign ended the next day and I waited 24 days then emailed them again asking for an update and was told that due to the popularity of this item it is taking a BIT longer than anticipated to print.

This is unacceptable to me and I would have never spent my money here if I knew it was going to take this long getting orders out that are paid for should be priority and I am still waiting to this day to receive my product I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I ordered a t-shirt in the summer time and put it away to save for a Christmas gift. After looking at it last week I realized it runs quite small and the size I ordered would not work. Emailed the company and got a very quick response and told me to return it for a full refund, even though it was after the 30 days stated policy.

Danielle was very responsive and clear in telling me what to do. I appreciated that.

Would definitely order from them again.

Even though I had a bit of a Hick-up receiving my order... I am still very happy with my customer service from Angel C. She did an amazing job getting right back to me and answering every question or concern I had with my order. Keep up the good work, thanks a bunch... I just ordered a "hoodie" for my son. When I placed the order I was confused and accidentally added the promotional item to my order. I never seen such amazing turn around from a customer support team before. Viral Style support online and phone were so helpful. The problem was resolved immediately. I loved the fact that I could reply to their emails. Most emails from company are set up to where you can not reply. Viral Style actually encouraged you to do so. Great team. I hate a great experience with your customer service, they solved my problem immediately and were extremely friendly!!! I will definitely be buying more clothes from your website.

My target date was 11/21/14 and I should have received my item by December 3. I have yet to receive it and it was promised to me several times through phone calls and e-mails it would be here by Christmas. That gift will not be under the tree. I have asked for a full refund. I have tried to reach them recently and cannot get anyone on the support line and my e-mails have become unanswered.

Love the t-shirt. It looks exactly like the picture, it's a good fit, a nice length and the material feels and looks nice. I'm really happy with it

I purchased an incorrect style shirt, so I attempted to contact the company in hopes of getting a different style shirt. Nahom was quick to reply, they could not exchange because it was a custom shirt, but would refund my money. That was more than I expected as I thought I was out of luck because it was custom. Nahom also told me the campaign had been relaunched and I could purchase a different style and provided the link.
I have since received my refund and reordered my shirt. What great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Ordered a hoodie, paid upon placing order, waited over a month , got the hoodie, it was the cheapest quality you could imagine, not looking fwd to washing it, absolute rubbish, gonna have to put it down to experience but please don't order stuff from these thieves

I ordered two shirts and it had taken over a month for them to mail them to me. I bought them for Christmas presents and they just barely got here. I also ordered the shirts in the same color and I got one in the blue that I wanted and one in black. Also they had very poor customer complaint response. I am very disappointed in this company and I will never use it again and I strongly urge that no one uses it. They are not worth the money at all. The Shirts are all Gilden 100% cotton shirts. They are not as high quality as they claim them to be.

There was an error in shipping a product. At first I was worried never having worked with this company before. However, they were quick to fix the problem and reship it to the correct address and polite along the process.
