Took a little longer than I expected to receive a response, but once contact was made, the service was excellent. There was a problem with the shipping address and the item was RTS. Once the original item was received, another item was promptly shipped to the corrected address.

I saw a tshirt by Viralstyle on Facebook, and I really liked it and knew my daughter would too. I ordered two different colors and two different sizes. The came in the mail and I couldn't believe what excellent quality they are. I will definitely be ordering from them again! They have some of the most well designed shirts, and I have received many compliments on mine. Thank you Viralstyle!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Viral Style. I received my first tee shirt and found it to be of excellent quality and nicer looking than the picture on line. The only problem was that they seem to run small, so I wanted to order some larger ones. I contacted their Customer Support and got an answer right away from Kris T. She was very helpful and friendly and gave me the link needed to place my additional order, which I have just done. I have never ordered from Viral Style before but will not hesitate to do so in the future. I is a pleasure to do business with companies that offer such excellent service- something that is sorely lacking nowadays.

I love the website for simplicity, pleasing and very easy to use. It has a lot of tools to create and manage my products. I am learning as I go along, but the live-chat and email correspondence services are very helpful. I give this company's customer service an A, especially Frankie F., who really took his time to help me solve my issues. He shows care to my problem and really go through with his words with follow ups and resolutions.

My issues were wrong product being sent (mistake in order fulfillment) and inconsistency with material (2 different brands were being used for different color with different sizing standard, choices of the material of the shirts limited). My issue with material I learned later that it is not in their total control or mine. The company model is like a broker for various printers, which may not be in your local area. They have a list of information on the shirts being used, but sometimes due to stock, you may get a different one. You get to monitor the creation and selling progress of the tshirts, but not after they are being sent out to print as far as changing delivery time. The first two campaigns I set up was processed and sent out to customers quite fast, within 7-10 days. But the last one took a bit longer. On this note, Frankie helped me checked on the printer regarding my order and hope to nudge them on delivery (the orders were time sensitive). My customers got the shirts just in time :)

Viralstyle got excellent customer service and communication. Great website and dashboard features. But if you would like total control of the materials or in a hurry to get the items then it may not be the best choice for you or go with a local printer where you can be hands on.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Viral Style and after realizing it didn't fit, I reached out re: return policies. Viral Style was quick to respond and agreeable to a full refund upon receipt of the product. I mailed it off and in less than a week I received an email that a full refund would be credited to my account. I am very happy with the speediness of their response.

I received my original order of a shirt for my husband. We both were very pleased with the item. He asked if it was possible to order more for family members so I told him I would check. I emailed the question and immediately received an answer stating they would let me know. Within 24 hours I received another email stating the campaign had been reopened and I could order additional items. Unfortunately my husband changed his mind but it had nothing to do with the service and support we received . I am very happy with the support and service I received and would not hesitate to order again.

After over one year of ordering a sweatshirt but returning it for larger size I never received it. I thought Virastyle was possibly a scam and decided to give up pursuing a refund. I finally (a year later) decided to contact them to see if it were possible to get the exchanged size and thanks to their wonderful customer service they still had record of my purchase and return! My sweatshirt is being sent out again!Thank you so much Virastyle!

Took over a month and a half to even hear from the company regarding my purchase and then was sent the wrong item. Now it's been another month and I'm STILL waiting for a refund! Costumer service was ok but only tell you what you want to hear ND don't follow through with what they say! Will NEVER order from this company again!

Hi, I have had a lot of live chats that I would say turned into trainwrecks...BUT your Nahom D was amazing! He was informative and to the point of my questions . There was no guessing on my part as to the answer of any of my questions. Viral style helped me tremendously!! I wanted to find a gift for my brother, whom is a veteran, and I found the perfect gift but messed my own order up!! Gabriela helped me out and fixed my order via email and now my order is correct and my brother will be thrilled!!!

I purchased a t-shirt and received an email on 4/6/16 that it had shipped. I wrote to the company on 5/3 stating I had not received it yet as I needed it for a birthday gift soon. I received an immediate response from Wyatt stating it was delayed but they would get it out as soon as possible. I received the product on 5/9 in upstate new york. The shirt was perfect, exactly what I expected. The customer service was great and I would definitely purchase from them again. just be sure to give yourself plenty of time for arrival!

I purchased a t-shirt that was obviously defective. The entire hem came out after it was worn twice. Our only option was a 15% refund, or I could pay for return shipping and send it back for a full refund for the $24 shirt. There was no option for a replacement because of how their system works. There are much better options for less money and reliable service. Their products aren't special, quality of the t-shirt is poor, and customer service stinks. Canned responses that are entirely unhelpful are frustrating. She kept repeating that I had 30 days to make a return if I am dissatisfied with the product. That is not the same as Viral Style printing on a defective shirt and sending to to me. If something is wrong they should be able to replace the item or make it right.

I've made a few purchases from Viral Style and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Including one situation where for some reason my address was insufficient for delivery and their customer service couldn't have been better, solving the problem with no trouble at all.

As a customer, I try to buy my stuff where I feel the business cares about me as a customer and I found that with Viral Style. Much recommended!
