Vivint Solar is currently working to address our customers concerns? A technician was at the home today 4/4/performing further diagnostic work, a follow up appointment has been scheduled for 4/12/? A consistent effort will continue to be put forward as we work to address all customer concerns.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Though I now have someone calling to address the issue with me, there have been no actual steps taken to remedy the situation? There has still been no one sent to my home or any refund given for the months where they estimated bills when my system was not even turned on? There is not yet any urgency on their part to make this right, though at least the person calling me is more polite? Vivint Solar reached out to the customer on 2/to discuss the customer's concernsVivint Solar requested the customer send in recent utility bills, to review the customer's concerns regarding the performance of his systemVivint Solar has also made the customer aware that we will continue to enforce the Power Purchase Agreement signed by both parties and will not be removing the system installed at the customer's propertyVivint Solar will continue to work to resolve the customer's concerns

Vivint Solar has identified a resolution with our customer, they have accepted the offer and we are working to complete all necessary actions at this time.?

But I was told that my complaints was going for review this Thursday.? So it's not really a week as they stated.? its more like or three weeks.? Can you keep this open until then?? Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 5/11/regarding their complaintVivint Solar explained to the customer that in order to receive the monthly discount they will have to pay automatic from their bank accountOur Power Purchase Agreement for this customer on Pg:states the following ? " The Energy Price includes a $monthly discount for paying by automatic debit from your bank account." Pg:Section Under Price and Payment (b) (iii) "Account Debit DiscountThe Energy Price and all other payments in this Agreement will include a Five Dollar ($5) monthly discount if You allow us to automatically debit Your checking accountYou will not receive such Five Dollar ($5) monthly discount if You choose to pay by any means other than automatic debit from Your checking account (e.g., credit card or check)."

Vivint Solar at this time remains firm that cancellation is not approved however our number goal is to work with the customer and resolve all of their concerns In order to do so, we have asked that our customer forward along her electrical bills from the utility company for the past months The customer confirmed she will be sending these for our review, she is sending them via mail so the process will take longer than general Once the bills are received, a full analysis will be performed, we do believe that our customer is experiencing unrealized savingsWe are committed to continuing to work with our customer towards a resolution that remains within the terms of the agreement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am not sure what communications MrScott D [redacted] is referring to, but our last response is the same as todays responseNo one has answered my question as to whether or not I can be FORCED to subscribe to an "Auto-Pay" scenario through my bank or credit card company.As I have stated, I do not now nor do I intend to have any of my debts paid through such a p rogram.? Furthermore, I demand that I receive a proper Billing Statementin a timely fashion, so that I can pay my debts by personal check.? The Vivint Company is absolutely not responding to these basic requestsThey continue to insist thatI subscribe to their "Auto-Pay" program before I can have access to a monthly billing statementThis seems absurd and possibly illegal to meIs there anyone at the Revdex.comwho can advise me about my rights as a consumer?? As far as I am concerned, if they cannot bill me in a fashion, they (Vivint) can come and remove their equipment from my homeThe sooner, the better Sincerely, [redacted] ***

In fact, we had? to contact the contractor to schedule the repairs.? Vivint had not been in? touch with them.? Those repairs are now scheduled to begin on Tuesday,January 24.We would like you to stay with us until all repairs are completed to our? satisfaction and the removed solar panels are re-installed Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Vivint Solar has made contact with our customer, we will continue to work with them until a resolution is met? No determination on the situation has been made at this time.?

As a matter of fact, I don't want to hear from them; however, I filed a dispute with? Equifax, and in response to Equifax, the company has agreed to have their entry removed from my credit profile Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to Derek fron vivint solar who advised me that he could not help or address my concerns as I would have to speak with someone else from Vivint security due it being two different companies which was never disclosedThis company is very dishonest and no one from Vivint security has reached our to me since November Vivint solar is given me the run around and not adressing my complaint and I'm not pleased by farI expressed to Derek that I have been taken advantage of and I need to address this concern but however no responsePlease assist me into getting this issue resolved asap Sincerely, [redacted]

Vivint Solar has contacted the customer and is in the process of addressing their concernsWe would like to perform an analysis on the customer's usage, and have requested a year's worth of utility statements from themVivint Solar will remain in communication with the customer until all concerns have been discussed and addressed
