Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me? As I stated from the beginning Contacting you The Revdex.com Utah and Revdex.com Boston, and Harvard Law Attorneys, What Vivint Solar has done and caused me nothing but distress and grief since the beginning with the lies, deception and all the 93A factors along with all I wrote, said and contacted all of the above, and also being on the television news and front page of news papers, there are no terms and conditions as far as I am concerned because I was deceived all along, while Greg H [redacted] said I could read the contract for to just initial or sign before I went to lady's room and kitchen and could read it when I came out of the rooms because I told him I was feeling sick so..Greg H [redacted] said ? I could SHRED IT ? if I did not agree to it and I read nothing nor received no hard copy as promised and Greg H [redacted] took off and ran out of my home as I CHASED after him trying to get him before he got into ? his car and refused to give it to me, said I didn't need it as I was chasing him and Greg H [redacted] floored his car going miles an hour on my residential street where children and elderly live and I called him several times and said I didn't need the copy or need to see it and said he would give it to me and never did so I never to this day have a original hard copy of it which is against the law, along with all else Vivint Solar has done to me, lied to me, high pressure sales tactics, saying I would get in trouble by the government if I didn't go solar etcetcetc? Greg H [redacted] ran with it before I read it as he promised I could and could SHRED it if I didn't ? agree to the terms and conditions after I came out of the lady's room in my home for I was not feeling well at that time which I stated that to him and he was well aware of thatIf I was feeling well, there is no way I would have agreed to anything and yes, the paperwork what ever it was would have been SHREDDED IMMEDIATELY! As stated, Harvard Law has sent a demand letter to Vivint and also to remove all the solar panels and equipment that belongs to Vivint, and again, Vivint Solar thinks they are above the law, which they are NOT Sincerely, [redacted]

It is a grey area As stated in my previous email, Vivint has made a proposal to resolve the matter and we are reviewing their proposal[redacted]

After "the fifth anniversary of the in-service date" the customer will then only be required to pay a fee of $The customer signed the Power Purchase Agreement on 7/7/On 8/7/the customer signed the Installation Work Order thereby accepting the system's installation and the contract terms of the PPAVivint Solar has contacted the customer on 6/13/and has provided them with this information

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the company takes no acceptance of their partthe salesman sits in front of you and goes through thecintract saying this is what this mean u til you get to the end and then has you signno time is given to read it and you would think that a company would stand behind what is said by their representatives but instead they chose to only care about the fact they stole your koneythe company never said it was our problem to monitor the panels it was stated they watch them for problems not us but now it is our fault they do nothing for customers their is a Vivint victims website and on Facebook I highly recommend you look into all of this before you trust a rip-off company such as Vivint they play on the fact you paid with a third party but none of that again is said in the representation also if they have nothing to do with the solar anymore why is it them that supposed to monitor the panels and they are the ones that do any repairs the reality is they have money to fight it the working man doesn’t dont let them take you Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: OUTRIGHT Lie to put the blame on me, Attach a copy of the email with date to show proof Send a copy of the email because I haven't receive anything My email is [redacted] Phone number [redacted] , home [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
