Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:this is the same response from the last oneYour customer service is one existent never got a call from anyone to upgrade my system and fix the paper work that is incorrect and that is why I will not sign itAlso was told from sales and corporate I would be getting a 250$ visa gift card for mehaving to take a full day off of work to get the system installed back in septemberThis is very sad when you have a 50,dollar system waiting and you can't get any customer service and have the company keep there word.? We have contacted the customer in regards to her concerns about her solar panel systemAt this time we are still working to accommodate her needs and are in daily contact with herWe will continue to work with her and make sure we are in constant communication

Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer, we have looked into compensating them for the time the system was downCustomer is not willing to accept money from Vivint Solar ? regarding compensationOnce the compensation is accepted billing will be able to credit the amount on the billing account.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have not responded to me and I have not heard from them in regards of the removal of the panels in which is a broken agreement on their part and puts them in default because they specifically said that we needed to have it removed or pay them to remove itWhen I asked them for assistance that"s when they added more charges and said that they are not responsible of the removal of the mounts and I needed to get a third party contractor involve to have it removed? Vivint installed it so they should be the ones to remove it, that made it difficult for me to have that type of funds available for that serviceSo we went into a stand still and didn't hear from them until just before I sent out this complaint, and Vivint told me that they removed the panels and system and didn't know where it was??? But at the same time they still wanted for me to purchase a system that was already removed from the home and no idea where it is or what kind of condition it is??? Very Unfair and to be put in a predicament where the company is making up rules as the time goes byBottom line was that they stated the system should not be removed unless we are the ones to remove it and they went ahead and removed it, so now they broke our agreement and went into default! Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer regarding their complaintWe have received copies of the customer's Utility bills, and are in the process of coming to an agreed upon resolution

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: According to the business card that I have Mitch C [redacted] is a sales rep and not a sales managerWhen I reported this to Vivint Solar they told me that they would talk to the sales manager to conduct training with him over the issueWhy would A sales manager need to talk to a sales manager? It doesn’t make sense for me to ask you to run my credit, then take all these steps to make a complaint with first, Vivint Solar, then Solar mosaic, then the Revdex.comAlso the sales rep also did the same thing to my neighbor who is willing to come forward and tell a similar story like mineI run every credit application with my wife as she has a better credit score then meThis is a predatory company that has a history of use of this tacticI know this because Vivint Solar has a system in place in case someone noticesAnd now they want to lie about what happened in a attempt to not have to take responsibility for their actionsHow come this wasn’t written in the first responseI will not be happy until this comes of my credit report and because the company is now trying to lie and make me look bad it is my goal to let everybody I can know about how Vivint Solar does business Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Section 1.A of the customer's Power Purchase Agreement states "We will design and install a solar photovoltaic system on Your Property, which will include all solar panels, inverters, meters, and other components (collectively, the "System") as further described in the Customer Packet and the Work Order and We will proved to You hereafter" The Customer Welcome Packet designed and presented to the customer prior to installation shows panels, as well as the Installation Work Order which was signed by the customer 2/20/accepting the Installation shows panelsThere is no record on file of any designs of panels Vivint Solar is with in the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement signed by the customer on 12/14/and put into affect 2/20/with the acceptance of the installation through the Installation Work Order
