Vivint Solar has cancelled the account per the terms of the Agreement and has sent a confirmation of this cancellation to the customer. Vivint Solar has also provided the customer with a personal contact if anymore issues were to arise.

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer, regarding the billing matter. Vivint Solar has submitted to have the customers billing account credited. We are still in the process of finalizing a resolution for any outstanding concerns.

Vivint Solar is currently working closely with the customer on a resolution to this issue and have been discussing possible solutions.

Vivint Solar has been and will continue to remain in contact with the customer to resolve the roof leak that is present.
