We are still working with the customer and our billing department regarding the billing concerns? We hope to have this resolved soon, as the customer has been very responsive in our communications

Vivint Solar attempted to contact the customer 5/and spoke with the customer 5/Vivint Solar explained to the customer how estimated billing works, and offered to credit the customer for August and September of billing statement, when the system was not communicatingThe customer has since declined this offer and will only accept the NEM charges to be paid in fullVivint Solar explained to the customer the terms of their Power Purchase AgreementSection 3(a)(i) of the Power Purchase Agreement states: " If You need any such additional energy, then You shall be solely responsible to obtain such energy from the Utility at Your costOTHER THAN AS EXPLICITLY SET FORTH ON EXHIBIT B, WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE (i) THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY PRODUCED BY THE SYSTEM FOR ANY PERIOD, (ii) ANY COST SAVINGS, OR (iii) THE EXISTENCE OF OR PRICING ASSOCIATED WITH ANY NET METERING PROGRAM, OR UTILITY OR GOVERNMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAMUTILITY RATES AND UTILITY RATE STRUCTURES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGETHESE CHANGES CANNOT BE ACCURATELY PREDICTEDPROJECTED SAVINGS FROM YOUR SYSTEM ARE THEREFORE SUBJECT TO CHANGE"Vivint Solar communicated to the customer that we would like to review the utility bills where the high NEM charges areOnce Vivint Solar receives the utility bills, Vivint Solar will help the customer better understand the NEM Charges and the benefits of having solar.?

Vivint Solar is in constant communication with the customer regarding the complaintThe customer is requesting cancellation of the Power Purchase AgreementVivint Solar explained to the customer that they are not within their? right to cancelThe customer is aware that they signed an agreement with a term of twenty (20) yearsAt this time the customer is requesting something that is not within the terms of the agreementVivint Solar and the customer? are working to come to a resolution within the terms of the agreement?

Vivint Solar has explained to the customer that the system was designed to offset their historical usage, not including the addition of their swimming poolAs stated in the Power Purchase Agreement "You shall use the energy for residential purposes only and not for heating a swimming pool"Vivint Solar did reimburse the customer for the billing mistake, and sent additional compensation to cover the increased rate the customer paid their utility companyThe system is working properly and generating the amount of power it was designed to generateThe customer is requesting that Vivint Solar offset their increase in usage, since the swimming pool was installed, which is not within the terms of our Power Purchase Agreement

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 1/16/with no responseVivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and is in the process of sending contract details to themAs stated, the customer does have a legally binding contract, so we are unable to cancel their agreementThe customer does have a buyout option available to them, which they can do so to purchase the system outrightVivint Solar is unable to provide the customer with the recorded call since the conversation is used for internal purposes onlyWe will remain in communication with the customer until all concerns have been addressed.?

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer on 7/19/to discuss their complaint, and we are working with them to come to a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreementWe have confirmed that our scheduling department is working toward having an appointment scheduled as soon as possible to resolve the system issue, and are expediting the process to the fullest extentWe are currently waiting for the required equipment to be approved for shipment and arrive at the local officeVivint reached out to the customer on 7/21/to provide a follow up with the situation, but we were only able to leave a voicemail

Vivint Solar is working to add additional panels to the customers home to maximize the annual solar productionVivint Solar will contuine to work with the customer to address their concerns, within the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Vivint has not been in contact with me since I submitted my complaint almost weeks agoI have contacted them twice since then and have gotten the run around both timesOne rep stated that she would send someone to my house to make sure the system was working properly and see if I needed additional panelsNo one has come? I will not be satisfied until they provide satisfactory service, and come up with a reasonable and timely solution to my problem.? Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It still doesn't solve the issue and my system is still not operationalThe call I received today stated they needed to come back out and replace an incorrect inverter they had installed, then it could be submitted to PG&E for activationThis has not happened yetIf they follow through and do it, it will resolve the issue, but its the follow through on their part that has been the problem Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I just received your mail in regards to the response you received from Vivint Solar or what ever alias name it goes byIn regards to my main complaints there are several complaints I have against them from day ONE, which what they wrote is just one of the complaints for they were all over the television news, and newspapers in thier lies, deceptive practices and so much more wrong doing to me, which again, I already wrote to you many times which specifically states all the wrong doing they have done to me, along ? with their deceptive practices, and all I already wrote to you about, and this is getting rediculous with what they are saying in thier responses to youThey are even sending me bills on solar which I am not using solar at all and will never use solar, because of what they have done in disrupting my life, and all the grief and stress they have caused me, and they just don't stop, it keeps continuingI also called the billing office last week to ask where they are coming up with billing me when I am NOT using solar, for it was turned off in September the day after my birthday, and having a absolute NERVE to do that and Rebecca who works in billing department absolutely REFUSED to give me an ID number or a last name, which again, what exactly are they doing? If no last name, an ID is giving by any one! I will repeat again, I sent them a DEMAND OF REMOVAL for they are TRESPASSING ON MY PROPERTY which I stated in my demand of removal also! Only thing Vivint has full filled on thier end is constantly harrassing me, continuous stress and continuous grief! I will not tolerate another day or moment of themThis is my property and my home which they are invading my life and just won't stopThey are worse than vultures in what they have done to me! They cost me so much grief, stress and other HIPPA & PHI issues which again, I will not disclose for the world to seeEnough is enough, which I have also stated several times to you and everyone! There is NO ? misunderstanding of what WRONG they have continuously done to me, nor will I tolerate any more of thier lies, deception, or anything else! Tell them to take thier equipment and panels off my property PERIOD! and STOP bothering me! Just thinking about what they have done since day one ? and continuously do seriously makes me ill! They have been and are invading my life and privacy which is not going to be tolerated! I signed a SWORN affidated, witnessed and certified along with the demand letter and other letter attached which was dated in September, which I tell the truth, unlike Vivint! I also have no problem going in front of the news cast again, which I checked off that box when I contacted Revdex.com in filling out my original complaint form, which was one of the questions asked by Revdex.com on the form.? This is completely untrue.? Vivant solar sent me one email which I can forward to you.? They simply said they had received the complaint and would like to resolve it.? I responded in an email again reviewing the issues and concerns.?
