Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have left two messages for the representative that called us on 12/and are experiencing one of the same problems that was in our original complaint, we left a cell number that we can be reached at on 12/and 12/21, there has still been no response Sincerely, [redacted]

Our billing department reached out to the customer and spoke with them concerning their issuesHe walked them through the inquiry and how to set up billing statementsBilling will await a call back to confirm information to finalize billing information so that the issue can be resolved Additionally have reached out to the customer to confirm that this has been resolved and awaiting their response

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and addressed their concernsUpon review of the customers Utility bill we have been able to determine that his Solar System is producing power and that the power being produced is being read by the utility companyVivint Solar has recommended that the customer contact his Utility company to address with them the high charges for Supply and Delivery, as it is not something we are able to assist with? ?

At this time, our Damage Resolutions department is working with the customer to perform a damage assessment? We will continue to work with customer to address all concerns and requests for resolution

Vivint Solar reached ? out to the customer to discuss their complaint via telephone on 6/23, a voicemail was left requesting a callbackAdditionally, we emailed the customer on 6/Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer regarding the complaint

Vivint Solar has contacted the customer and is currently working to resolve their concernsThe system is currently in the process of becoming operationalVivint Solar has made it a priority to expedite thisWe will continue to remain in constant contact with the customer until all of their concerns have been addressed fully

We went and examined the concern of the customer, discovered that the real issue was the ground fault interrupter and that our solar did not have any bearing on the electrical issueWe discussed the issue with the customer and then identified to him what the electrical issue was that was causing his concernHe now understands that Vivint Solar is not at fault and now has an indication of what needs to be done to fix the issue.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because we have attempted to cancel numerous times and have always gotten the run aroundEvery time we call we are put on hold for extended period of timesWe've asked to speak to a supervisor and have always given the run aroundI have recently done research on Vivint and noticed A LOT of unsatisfied customers that are going through the same issuesVivint relies on their sales people to lie to the customersThe customer is forced into signing after the salesperson just fed the customer bunch of liesThe panels are put up, the salesperson disappears/leaves the company, and no possible way to ever get in contact with someone on the phoneOnce a contract is signed, there is no way to cancel because Vivint NEVER responds or will give you the run around in order to keep you around Sincerely, [redacted]

An electrical upgrade was performed by a third party contractor on the customer's main electrical panelThe contractor that performed the upgrade to the electrical panel met with the customer on September 25, 2016, two weeks after the upgrade was completedIt was determined by both the contractor and the customer that there was no error with the upgrade performedA damage assessment from Vivint Solar was completed on January 26, and it was confirmed that there was no damage to the electrical panel that was upgradedVivint Solar is not at fault for the alleged damages pertaining to the customer's complaintTo date, Vivint Solar has not installed any Solar equipment on the customer's property

Vivint Solar coordinated with a 3rd party contractor to go to the customer's home on 5/17/and are currently awaiting the contractor's submitted bid for repairsOnce received, Vivint Solar will review the scope of work needed and reach out to the customer to confirm the next steps in the process for repairsVivint Solar attempted contact for follow up to the customer on 5/18/

Vivint Solar has been in contact with the customer working toward a mutually agreed resolutionThe customer has been assigned to a representative from Vivint Solar to work with directly on thisAn appointment was also set for a technician to go out to the homeThe assigned agent will work with the customer until all issues have been addressed.?

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 11/03/We have rescheduled the reinstall of the customers system to 11/07/and have confirmed this appointment with the customerWe have also agreed to look into compensation for the time the system has been uninstalledWe have requested utility bills and are currently awaiting those billsThe customer has been provided direct contact information for the Specialist assigned to their account.?

Per the Power Purchase Agreement between Vivint Solar and the Customer, A Customer-Requested Temporary Shutdown during the first five (5) years of the Agreement will be done at Our sole discretion and at a cost mutually agreed before We remove the SystemVivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer to address the concerns listed in her complaintWe will continue to reach out to the customer until their concerns have been addressed.?

Vivint Solar has been working with the customer to come to a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreementA site survey has been scheduled to verify if the new home is capable of supporting the systemSeveral factors are considered when pricing of the relocation occurs, some of these include distance from the original home, labor costs, new permits and inspections among other factors.?

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer to address the complaint but has been unable to speak with themA panel removal was scheduled for 5/15, and the appointment was completedVivint Solar will continue to reach the customer until the concerns are addressed and resolved

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer regarding their complaintOur Fleet Performance department has submitted a credit to the customers billing account, for the time the system was not operationalThe credit is in the process of being appliedWe have also request to remove the customer from auto pay until after the credit has been appliedVivint Solar is currently working with the customer to come to a satisfactory resolution, within the terms of the contract.?

Vivint Solar has assigned a specialist who has reached out to the customer to initiate contactWe have confirmed the system issue and this has been sent to our priority scheduling to approve a Saturday appointmentOnce we have an appointment scheduled, the assigned specialist will reach out to the customer to confirm the date and timeVivint Solar will remain in constant communication with the customer until the system issue is fixed and a resolution is met
