I ordered a television directly from Vizio.com on Oct After many wasted hours on calls and emails it is Nov and the item has not been deliveredThey blamed me for them having the wrong number, not calling me on the number I gave them over the phone, and them not responding to my emails Reply via email only please

Representatives were rude, snappy and generally unhelpful This is the second time I have contacted Vizio -- the first time was two years ago, and the level of service at that time was much better I think the difference is this time around my product is off warranty Left a bad taste in my mouth -- as if the representatives did not feel it was worthwhile to speak with someone whose product is off warranty since the "transaction" is complete Not interested in dealing with a company that treats customers like "transactions" -- will not purchase another Vizio product again

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved, but I am without My TV, and I would apprecciate it if Vizio will send me one of their TV's from their warehouse because I feel that, yes, they owe me a refund of almost $400.00, $386.64, to be exact, but they have had me waiting on my refund for nearly months now, and let me be clear for the record, I gave them my new address long before this refund check was even processed, and not to mention all of the lies, and unprofessionalism they were putting me through during my phone calls to themAlso, for the record, my case with Vizio, was created on (3-9-2015), and I reported my change of address to Vizio, on or around (4-13-2015), my request for a refund was done on or around (3-16-2015), so, out of respect for all the anguish and misrepresentation, lies and negative representatives I had to put up with at Vizio, I feel they should honor my refund, because at first I was told that I couldn't get a refund from a Vizio rep., and the next repsaid that I am entitled to a refund I want Vizio to send me a inch TV, 120hz to 240hz, along with my refund, not one or the other, but both my refund and a new TV, from their warehouse I am in well deservence of this proposal to Vizio, and I know Vizio knows this and they should honor my proposition with all due respect Thank You! I bought a Vizio [redacted] Soundbar with Google cast, to be able to cast music from my google home device to the soundbar, when I set it up I found out it did not have the correct Cast driver Version, I called called customer service and they told me it was rolling out and to just wait for itIt has now been 4+ months and still no update to the correct driverI called customer service again today 02/16/and was told they don't know and have no way of finding out If I would have known that no one knew when I first called I would have took the device back bought a different one Now I cant and am stuck with this soundbar with no idea if it will ever do what I was told it could

I own three Vizio television displays (Models M75-E1, M70-D3, and E65-E0)I use these devices with audio equipment (onkyo sr-353, onkyo sr-373, and sharp htsb603)Prior to a firmware update 4.0.23.2, which was automatically applied to my televisions by vizio on or around 03/23/2018, these devices all functioned properlyThis update supposedly provided "CEC Auto Naming", but all this update did was create intermitten issues with the CEC/ARC functionality in the televisionsNow, these devices no longer function correctly and the tv constantly needs to be restarted, unplugged and restarted, or reset to factory settings to get it to work temporarilyIf I turn off the displays, I must repeat these steps to get it to work for a temporary period of time, thereby causing undue frustration on my part I have contacted vizio several times to get assistance with this issue and their troubleshooting issues are not a permanent solution as the issues returnThey simply advise me to wait for
