I am rejecting this response because:Wow! Where do I start? So, *** is not telling the truth in his response or he was not looking in the correct manualI have attached a copy of the "Enhanced *** hands-free package" manual that I received with my carPerhaps *** needs to review this versionThe *** was a unique model compared to the previous yearThe body style is the same as the previous year but the electronics inside the vehicle are from the *** modelThis includes the white MFD instead of the red MFD of the previous modelThis is the same MFD that was in the *** and CC that same year which did have the phone menu enabledMy model also includes the 9W*** moduleThis version of the *** module includes voice command operation (see page 12-in the manual) which my car does have.
In the manual, on page 4, it describes how to access the phone menu from the steering wheel buttonBeginning on page 8, it describes how to make a call using the menusThe only modification required is changing a code to enable the menuThis has been documented many times on the VW forums like *** and ***The function is also available as a default in other markets that use the same equipment.

Your customer service already reviewed the case and agreed to send me a replacement card with $paymentThey just sent a wrong card, Audi other than a general visa cardI am requesting VW to send me a right card
Based on what you had done (cannot find information and deny request neglecting your previous customer service acknowledgement), I don't think you quality to handle this caseYou are just wasting everybody's timePlease pass it to your manager and a higher level

I am rejecting this response because: I sent many copies to Volkswagen including hard copies by mail of similar complaints from other 2010-*** owners proving this should have been a recall issue. Since VW chooses to not address this issue after seeing evidence that these issues occurred in numerous ***s, I have no recourse but to contact all the social media to warn others not to buy VW vehicles as they do not stand behind their cars with quality. After reviewing this case, we have found that there is not a manufacturer's defect in dispute at this time. The customer purchased a vehicle without an option he later found out about and we are unable to retrofit the vehicle. It was available on a different trim
level than what the customer selected that needed to be selected when the vehicle was purchased
